Sisters aroundtheworld

The basement parking is free for hotel guests and from there the elevator brings you straight to the lobby of the hotel where we received a very warm welcoming and the hotel staff offered cold drinks and cold hand towels as a refreshment. The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped kitchen utensiles (toaster, plates, glasses, cups, pans, etc.) and it has a washing machine and a flat iron. The gym has everything what is needed for a work out with a very friendly instructor. The steam room takes about 20 min for preparation after telling the health club team and works very good. The pool with jacuzzi is the highlight of the health club and we enjoyed it very much. The in-house restaurant offers fantastic a-la-carte-dishes and has a great breakfast buffet. We highly recommend Dunes Hotel Apartments!

I flew all the way from sydne after the long flight the last thing i needed taff un professional host i have found them so tude towards the guest no visitors allowed policy must be a joke i had a family visiting me and they were not allowed in the room i have requested the shift incharge name was Ashley some indian guys couldnt even speak english didnt understand what i was saying very annoying i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there

The situation of this hotel is ideal: 10 minutes by car from the Dubai Mall, 1 minute from the highway, 10 minutes from the airport... Very easy to go almost everywhere in Dubai! The rooms are ok but not very clean. During my 9-night stay, most parts of the room were not cleaned, no shower gel every day, every day one towel missing. There is space enough as well in the bedroom as in the bathroom. There is a free parking available 24/7 so easy to park here. Breakfast is awful. It is not tasty, most meals are Indian ones and not baked enough. There is only 10 tables for more than 100 rooms so absolutely incredible. The staff is really not kind. At the breakfast, we are quickly asked to move. In the hall, the staff is never in a good mood, the room service is awful... I would recommand this hotel for the price and location but I would probably never come back again.

اجنحة فخمة وتستاهل خاصة غرفة وصاله كبيرة مساحته تقدر تضيف سريرين في الصاله اذا عندك أطفال بسعر 50 درهم فقط ويوجد بها مطبخ رائع مجهز بكل شي الخدمات كل شي حولك اكثر من 3 بقالات توصل ومطاعم قريبه ايضا وحلاقين وصيدلية ومسجد بالخلف قريب جدا يوجد فيه صلاة جمعه بس عيبه المطعم اذا صحيت متاخر بعد 9:30 ص يبغالك تنتظر لانه صغير والنت فيه لشخصين فقط مجانا وإذا تبغي زيادة تشتري بطاقه ب30 درهم في اليوم لشخصين إضافيين
