I was concerned that staying at the airport would be noisy and loud with planes landing and departing, I was wrong. The rooms were quiet, comfortable bed and nice accomedations. Even ordered room services. I will definately stay here again when I have a long layover.

Non Smoking room turned out to be ex-smoking room. Tiles, sink and shower damaged , everything else quite used as well. Insufficient and noisy air conditioning and the obligatory dark long hair in the bathroom. Two Stars earned by nice staff and accessoires.

We thought this might be too good to be true...on arrival into Dubai we were met by a very helpful lady. Escorted us via the fast-track transit to the hotel, which we wouldve otherwise struggled to locate, assisted us with check in and took us to the room. Within 30 Minutes of arrival we were in the room! Executive rooms well worth that extra cost...massage chair, lounge access, snacks/drinks, breakfast included. Very large room and bathroom! Very comfortable bed and pillows! Basically checked out and straight to the boarding gate for the next flight. Very convenient and nothing was too much trouble. Our children were also made very welcome. No need to check out and re-check your luggage. Cannot recommend enough! Just what was needed! Will definitely stay again!

It was a great feeling to see my name on the sign the man held up as we entered the airport. It felt like "coming home" although we were only half-way on our journey to the Philippines. The rooms were great, very good beds, the massage-chair an extra bonus. It was quiet and clean and absolutely an oasis for tired travellers. The food was also delicious- great service.

This was fantastic. I had a 10 hour overlay from 1am to 10 am approximately. A lovely lady collected me off the plane and guided me directly to the hotel. It was late. I was tired and very hungry. Included in the hotel price was snacks upon arrival(yummy pasta) & breakfast (yummy fruit and eggs) The massage chair was excellent The bath - bliss I didnt have time to use the swimming pool or spa as I had to sleep before 19 hour flight ... but I was very happy with my stay. Thank you !

We had over twenty four hours between flights while at Dubai airport so decided to stay at this hotel. We were met off the plane by a very courteous member of the hotel staff. He took us to the Emirates desk to make sure our checked in luggage was directed to Manchester airport and organised our ongoing boarding card. When in transit you cannot leave the airport building. We were then escorted to the hotel where our room was ready for us. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities that you need from bathrobes, lots of towels and every courtesy goods that you require. There is a Spa, swimming pool, steam room and gym. A twenty percent discount was given for use in several very nice restaurants on site and also room service. On leaving the hotel we were escorted again to our departure gate. I cannot recommend this hotel and its staff too highly, we would certainly use it again.

It was good to have been met at the arrival gate and escorted to the hotel. The team were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. Ill definitely be using this service again when needed.Its the easiest option when you have a long layover and need to get some sleep. The convenience of not having to travel from a hotel outside of the airport in the morning is worth the cost.

First time to stay at DIH. I highly recommend it for long stop-overs. Great for travellers who doesnt want or doesnt have enough time to go to the city and just want to have a very comfortable waiting time at the airport. This idea made our economy class flight less tiring since we had time to recharge for our next flight. Keep up the good work

We stayed here overnight before flying to Delhi. Warning -- you have to be checked into your flight with your luggage checked in order to get into the hotel since it is located inside the terminal. Emirates lets you check your bags 24 hours ahead. We opted for the Executive floor upgrade which was amazing. They have food available 24 hours and also drinks. Then they personally escorted us to our gate which was in another concourse. The room had a lovely massage chair, too, and was quite comfortable.

Before our stay we were offered an upgrade to the Executive level for 200 AED which made it worthwhile as we were then able to have breakfast and lunch before our flight. Our layover period was 18H and the comfort and thoughtfulness of the staff were excellent. Attention to detail was very good such as including a small oral hygiene kit and razor really made a difference.

We accepted the offer to an upgrade to Executive Suite and really appreciated the "Meet & Greet" on our arrival. Staff were all very friendly, accomodating and helpful. Hotel lounge was small but impeccably clean and service was very attentive. Food was also very good. Overall great stay.

This was an excellent overnighter rest for interim travel. The room was sensational. We upgraded and had all meals and drinks included which was well worth it. The location is just brilliant for a quick stop over as you can do all your duty free shopping at your leisure before your fly out again. I will definitely be coming here again.

We only stayed for one night during a long stop over between flighs. All staff were very polite and helpful although the queue for check in was the longest we had all holiday! The rooms were kept clean and tidy and were very quiet considering. The only thing we noticed was the glass doors in our room which you could see straight in!

We were met at the gate by a member of the hotel staff - this takes all worry out of finding the hotel & removes any stress. The room was ready. It is large, well equipped and quiet. We are able to shower & relax & feel so much better for our onward journey The bed is very comfortable & we always sleep well. We will stay again when we are next in transit.

Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the dact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. All in all best transit hotel I have stayed in and is our go to hotel when flying through Dubai.

I stay in the Dubai airport hotel because it is the most convenient, well run, and a very high class of service. I travel home after a 5 week working period in unhospitable places and this certainly brings me back to life and feeling alive again. I can recommend to anyone this as a must, I was met straight off the plane and guided through the airport on route to the check in desk, this alone was excellent as you are made to feel a very valued customer, and makes the arrival and check in swift allowing you more time to relax or shop.

We were met by hotel staff straight after disembarking our aircraft to take us to our room which was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. We were helped with our bags and lead through the first class security lane even though we were travelling economy. The check in process was quick and the room was clean and spacious. However as we laid down to rest after our 17 hour flight before our next one, loud drilling and banging started coming from next door. We were not told that there would be repairs being carried out which was very unprofessional. After telling the reception staff in our pajamas that the noises were very disturbing they assured us that they would do something about it. However minutes later nothing had changed which forced us to complain again. We were given another room to sleep in while leaving our belongings in the noisy one. Upon checking out the lady at reception did not want to let us into our original room until the manager who knew of our situation arrived. Im confident that our situation was an isolated case and beyond this our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Was met at the gate by our host who was very friendly. She led us through the quickest path from the gate to the hotel. When we found out that my wife had left her passport on the plane, not only were they able to contact the airline and retrieve it, but they sent us periodic updates on how the search was going. Without them, we would likely have been stuck in Dubai for longer than our 10 hour layover!

Breakfast is not included in the price, that was for me a big disappointment. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is also spacious and clean, unfortunately there was no bathtub. Free fruit basket was a big plus.

From beginning to end: 1) The hotel is in the airport. The signs to get to the hotel when arriving by plane are non-existent. This is more difficult if you have to switch between concourses (terminal 3 has a few concourses). The airport staff giving different directions didnt help which meant we followed a few wrong directions and roamed around for a while and went up and down lifts unnecessarily NOTE: you still have to go through a long airport security queue to get to the hotel 2) When we finally got to the hotel (in concourse B) we were told they had a water problem so we had to go back to concourse A (where we had just come from). However, it was nice of the staff to upgrade our room for the inconvenience. They also sent a staff member to guide us to the concourse A hotel 3) The executive club room (where they serve snacks) is okayish. Please dont picture loads of delicious snacks being laid out. There is a menu and you can order mini dishes from it like pasta or burgers 4) TV reception was poor so almost 90% of the channels were unavailable. The ones that were available kept cutting out 5) Room service food was cold and refrigerated. I ordered a mixed grill. Extremely poor 6) Breakfast was okay. The tables werent setup (maybe someone ran late into work) so a little messing around but the staff did recognise this and apologised If you visit: - just arrange for one of their staff to collect you from your flight - get food from one of the many restaurants in the airport by the gates (hotel is on the floors above these restaurants and shops) - hopefully theyve fixed their tv reception by then I wouldve given a 1 star rating if it wasnt for the massage chair and the kindness of some of the staff.

Primarily a transit hotel. We stayed about 9 hours for a nap and a shower after a long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bath had a nice offering of high end shampoo and soaps.

Where to start? What an amazing find this hotel is its possibly the most relaxed environment Ive ever had the pleasure of staying in whilst travelling. Initially we found the hotel due to a mix up we had at the Cadiz lounge whilst in transit and despite the fact that it was not really the fault of the lounge that we were unable to enjoy the facilities Lawrence the manager assured us that we would receive a refund and invited us to go to the lounge on our next transit, he also escorted us to the train to ensure we made our connection. We were so impressed by his customer service we decided to try the hotel on our return journey and we are so glad we did. We booked direct with the hotel website and later on got an invitation to upgrade to an executive room which offered a meet and greet service, free drinks and snacks, free breakfast and an upgrade room, if youre thinking of booking here dont hesitate to book the executive room or upgrade on arrival. We were met by Jenny on disembarking from the plane, Jenny was polite and informative and soon had us located at check in and she also knows all the short cuts to the hotel. On arrival at check in Rhonna was there to ensure a fast and efficient check in and explained the amenities on offer which are vast. Once checked in to a huge en suite room which was all but a suite itself we went to the bar/dining area and met the two guys Eugene and Bibake who were also first class with attention to detail and service, nothing was to much trouble. After a great nights sleep in a queen size bed we made use of the massage chair in the bedroom and proceeded to breakfast which offers a wide range of foods and fruit until 10.30 when the menu changes and I highly recommend the steak and mushrooms. Free drinks and food are available at all times and there is no rush or limit. After breakfast we were talking to Pamela on reception and telling her we were so impressed with the Philippine staff we were considering visiting there next year, she took the time to tell us about the best places to visit. Laurence also came along to wish us well and enquire how our stay had been. All in all this was even better treatment and room comfort than we had experienced in some 5* hotels on our travels. If you ever find yourself stuck in Dubai airport with time to kill dont waste time and money in the concourse get a room here and you will not be disappointed. We will certainly be arranging our future flights around staying here rather than trying to book the shortest connection we will be looking for at least 12 hour connections to enjoy all the hotel and staff have to offer.

This hotel is a great solution for a long layover for guests who cant leave the airport and had to stay in the transit zone. I had to spend 11 hours in Terminal 3 without a possibility to go through the customer (hence, I could not visit the city). The hotel located in A, B and C zone. After reviewing guests comments on this hotel, I chose the room in the C zone on the top floor. There was perfect isolation and I had no issues with any airport noice (I read that lots of guest complained about the noice). The room was decent and had all usual facilities such as complimentary water/tea/coffee, wifi/cable internet, TV. There is also a gym, spa and a pool in the hotel. A very nice surprise was a massage chair in the room, which was really nice relaxing thing after and before the next flight. Friendly stuff, clean rooms; cheapest rooms are a bit pricy thought but unfortunately thats the only option if you cant leave the transit zone.

Caution – be aware that this hotel is a transit-only hotel IN the terminal, but is not always marketed as such… it is not a “normal” hotel AT the terminal, like those in SIN, BKK and others. To get to it, you need to be checked in, and go through Emigration and Security (Bag Check). You therefore can’t have your suitcase with you. Forget about staying here if you have any plans to leave the airport.

This is a wonderful airport. Me and my mom,dad and brother came here to Dubai International Hotel to rest because we had a 9 hour layover from New York. The people that guide you to the hotel are so nice and helpful (when you are super tired or have jetlag). Service is really friendly. Me, my mom and brother took a 4 hour and 30 minutes nap. My dad went to gym. I love the shops around the airport and restaurants. The last reason I love this airport is because the gates are so close to the hotel. Then we had to catch the flight to Mumbai. The people are so helpful they helped me carry my super heavy backpack and helped my mom and dad. I love this place

I stayed in it for 8 hours to get some rest for 13 hours flight, fast check in and check out, very friendly staff, great comfy clean bed and bathrom, i gave it 3 stars only for the fact that its a 5 star hotel but the furniture was outdated for example the armed chaers where extremely stained and almost no sponge left in them!! Also the mini bar was locked and we have not been informed that we should ask for it before checking in or its gone!! Ps. The water pressure for the shower was perfect.

I will not recommend anybody. 1. I had a two and half months young daughter, after booking I spoke with someone to escort me from the gate since I dont know where the hotel is. She assure me to have someone at the gate but nobody was there. I had to looking around for almost half an hour to find the hotel since there is no sign/direction of the hotel from the gate. It was very unpleasant for me when I was expecting someone at the gate specially when I had a young child with me. I am not sure why she promise me to have someone at the gate. 2. I had to rinse some bottles for my child, I requested at the check in, he said he will send someone but nobody showed up. After that I called twice but nobody came. When I called 3rd time I was told to use the hot water maker in the room to rings the bottle. How come someone from the hotel tell a guest to use a hot water maker to rinse a baby bottle? I only can imagine. 3. The room was cold when I checked in. So I called to change the room temp. The person came and shut down the ac instead of change the temperature. The room get hot shortly. So I called again and the person change the temp to really low. When we woke up the room was very cold and my daughter got cold. It is hard to believe a 5 star hotel employee does not know how to set the room temp in a proper way. I WOULD PFEFER TO SLEEP IN A CHAIR THAN THIS HOTEL. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

READ BEFORE BOOKING. It´s not a HOTEL it´s a Lounge, for travelers in connection flights only. People is rude, and do not care for their guest. I have a very early flight so I pay for a night at the hotel. When I arrived to de airport they tell me I have to pass security to get into the hotel. But what I do? I have luggage, they told me to wait for my air line to open the counter, and thats 4 ours before my flight. So they recommend I wait for the counter to open, that they cant do anything for me. I ask my self, how many international travelers, travel with out luggage? What to do if I have all ready paid 240 € for the night? I called and they told me I cant have my money back and I was the one that have to think how to get into the hotel. I never seen a airport hotel, that you had to throw airport security to get in. Amazing country, wonderful people, the worst airport hotel.

Assolutamente da 5 stelle, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, servizio eccellente nessun problema di sorta (camera executive). Mi sono fermato per un transito di 23 ore, non era necessario ritirare il bagaglio, camera senza problemi di spazio servizi igienici al top, poltrona relax in camera, con colazione e possibilità di pranzare o cenare, sicuramente per chi ha tempo e fa viaggi di molte ore vale la pena. Non si esce dallaeroporto e non si hanno problemi di bagagli dogane etc. Dopo questa esperienza ho prenotato anche per il ritorno.

Lhotel si trova dentro laeroporto nella zona di transito. Avevamo uno stop di 19 ore a dubai. Abbiamo approfittato per uscire dalaeroporto e visitare Dubai. La sera siamo rientrati in hotel e siamo ripartiti comodamente la mattina senza dover prendere navette o bus. Si può uscire dallhotel ma bisogna avere già la carta dimbarco per il volo seguente. Hotel abbastanza silenzioso pulito e staff molto gentile

Quem inventou hotel dentro de terminal de avião deveria ganhar um Nobel. O Dubai International tem muito mais do que o necessário para um hotel de aeroporto (roupão, cofre, quarto e banheiro bem amplo). Possui boas amenidades de banheiro e uma cama bem confortável o que possibilita uma ótima noite de sono e um bom banho antes do próximo voo. Um pouco caro (201 USD para 8 horas). No preço está incluso duas águas, café e chá e uma porção de frutas (maçã, tangerina, uva e banana). Para as frutas é necessário solicitar ao serviço de quarto. Vale a pena.

Hotel excelente para que está em área de transito (não pode sair para Dubai ou quer se manter dentro dos terminais) pelo aeroporto de Dubai e precisa fazer conexões. Se você fizer um booking com antecedência, o valor é melhor; porém você pode fazer o booking e check-in a qualquer momento, minha situação devido a uma conexão que perdi. A staff foi muito solicita na recepção, uma vez que fiz um booking para um quarto que ficava no terminal 1 e eu estava no 3 (atenção, este hotel se encontra no terminal 1 e 3 somente); eles prontamente mudaram o meu quarto para o terminal que eu estava, para não ter dor de cabeça. O quarto solicitado foi uma suíte, sendo o quarto bem espaçoso, com cadeira de massagem e cafeteira. O banheiro também é espaçoso, com produtos de marca; meu quarto não possuia banheira, o que não foi um incomodo. Este tem uma vista para dentro do terminal de embarque (o que eu achei bonito). Não tive nenhum problema quanto ao barulho de fora - sendo esses barulho do terminal e aviões. O hotel também fica bem localizado, possuindo diversos restaurantes, cafés e lojas do Duty Free perto. Vale a pena.

Gayet büyük ve güzel yapılmış, tıkır tıkır işleyen bir havalimanı , tertemiz tuvaletlerden mescitlere sigara içmek isteyenlere ait kapalı alanlardan büyük alışveriş mağazalarına kadar dayayıp döşemişler. Böylelikle neden aktarma merkezi olduğu gayet rahat anlaşılıyor.

Presque parfait. Quelques améliorations à effectuer dans le domaine du ménage (moquette). Excellentes prestations. Excellent en transit, pour faire une longue pose dans un grand voyage (ex Nice Bangkok). Accès direct au lounge, aux portes d embarquement. Super fauteuil massant dans la chambre (chambre exécutive étage 6). Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Nos hospedamos aquí en una escala de 12hs. Es muy bueno, habitaciones cómodas y amplias, muy bien equipadas, buen servicio, bien ubicado cerca del free shop y de varios restaurantes. Hay un bar para fumadores en la recepción.

Hospedagem no aeroporto de Dubai antes do controle de passaportes, sem necessidade de visto algum. Evite o Terminal 2, que não tem acesso ao Hotel.
