The current location is poor as the hotel is surrounded by extensive construction sites, therefore drowning in dust. Overall experience was fair for the price paid. The location will be good once the works are completed. The staff cleaning the rooms is kind, the reception is efficient but not going the extra mile to assist you. The one bedroom is comfortable.

The hotel is perfect, the team is just perfect...Peter welcomed me as I have ever seen before in other hotels. Ali the concierge is wonderful.The food is just awesome. Ok there is some construction around but for me it is not annoying, as you never hear them.

A hotel that doesnt deserve its so-called 5 stars. Guest service is non-existent, most employees are very rude especially higher supervisors. Suites are very dirty, despite changing the suite 3 times. A bad smell fills the suites no matter the number of times they "try" to clean the room. Overall a hotel that will leave you with a headache and lost sleep.

Worst reservation manager Ive ever seen he needs to be trained well or othereise travel back to Egypt and practice more in some local motels before holding a position in one of Dubai hotels! So disappointed

Amazing team, amazing property, especially Mr Peter (one of the managers) who was extremely accommodating to our needs, especially since we were traveling with kids. We loved the property so much that we extended our stay for a couple of extra days (instead of sampling another hotel). Thank you team DAMAC Maison!

Decent cost, friendly staff and clean rooms. Shower food the bathroom, bar design, sprays towards the door and very tiny so use the bathtop. Overall nice place.

Visited in Jan. 2016, Looks really different & nice from the outside. Very near to Dubai Mall entrance. Outside approach to hotel is not that clear, as it in construction zone. Construction was happening very close by.

The hotel is awesome, rooms and service are incredible. The location is however very bad. Its surrounded by constructions and the place is fully covered with white dust. That makes it very hard for someone to walk to any place. But taxi cars are always available.

Clean and big size rooms, really friendly stuff and overall a brilliant hotel. Very close to Dubai mall, Water Fountain, and Burj Khalifa by walk or free shuttle available. Overall had an amazing time staying at this place. Highly recommended

Прекрасный семейный отель. Удобное расположение, чистота в номере, от отеля ездит бесплатный шатл до Дубай молла. Не понравилось только то, что нет завтраков в отеле.

몰 과 가까운 거리 임에도 걸어다닐수 없다. 호텔에서 운영하는 셔틀버스를 이용하면 편하게 다닐수 있다. 아직 주변이 공사하는 현장들이 많아 소음이 심할줄 알았지만 방음이 잘 되고 편안하며 옵션에 놀랐다. 좋아요~^^

والله الحين فى دبى الجو جميل والفندق شي راقى والشقه خمس نجوم وخدمه الاستقبال والعاملين في الفدق راقيه جدا وانصح فى الاقامه للعوائل وقريب من مول دبي وخدمه توصيل من والى المول مجانا بس المول يبعد عن الفندق خمس دقايق مشي على الاقدام لظروف الاعمار بجانب الفندق اغلق الممر الذي يؤدي الي المول دبي لكن توفير سياره خاصه ومجانيه من الفندق لجميع النزلاء ماقصروا واشكر جميع العاملين بأداره الفندق على حسن التعامل الراقي فندق راقي جدا جدا جدا اخوكم /محمد المهيني ( الكويت )
