Layal Al-awadhiI forgot my rings in the safe box of the hotel room and as soon as i reached the airport i tried to cal them and there was no answer so i asked my sister who was checking out the next day to get them for me but ut was too late and they arealdy cleaned the room and opend the safe. It has been three days of me trying to get to the bottom of the sutuation but the staff is unhelpful and each one of them tells me different story and telling mebthat someone will contact me within an hour and no body calls, so im the one who keeps calling and after a few days they conclude the story by saying that the ones who enterd my room have writtin a paper that the safe was empty and that this is all they can do. I am so frustrated with how they are unhelpful and how they kept me calling for 3 days and finally telling me that they can not do anything more!

Geht niemand was an!I was there at the end of July 2015. At this time, the hotel was a stand-alone-building… they were building the district from the ground up at this time. This means, around the hotel there were a lot of construction sites, but almost no other buildings. But this didn’t really disturb me, because my room (with Burj Khalifa view) was on the 16th floor and I almost didn’t hear any noise from the construction sites. The hotel itself was great and noble, and I never had better WIFI in my own room than in this hotel! The staff was always friendly and was cleaning everything very well. A few days after I returned home to Switzerland, somebody from the hotel even called me on my mobile phone and asked again if everything during my stay was OK. So this showed me once more that they really care for their guests.
