Came here for an event a few days back. The ballroom was beautiful and spacious. The event went well and the staff were extremely kind. I enjoyed my time at Conrad. But, the joy came to an end when I went to collect my car. Took me 45 minutes to take it back. Not sure if its from the event or if its usually like that. It creates a huge traffic block on the streets and many hotel customers who were staying there were really annoyed. Not sure if Ill come back with my car again if there is an event here. But the staff and everything else was magnificent.

Usual Conrad high standards. Rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are generally courteous and helpful. Bathroom is enormous and quite practical although the lack of separate door to the lavatory was unusual. Nice to see a bath tub and separate shower. The dual basins make this a good choice for couples. Convenient location next to metro station so easy access to Dubai mall and the airport. Wifi was good and stable but limited connections to set number of devices so it might be worth bringing a travel router if you are needing to share to more devices. Generally, I do like Conrad hotels and this one did not disappoint.

Big drop off compared to last year. Location is excellent when attending a convention in Dubai- just across the street from the hotel. Close to metro station and several restaurants. Rooms are large and clean. Big problems with keys in elevator. Had to return to reception 4 times in 6 minutes to finally get a key that allowed me access to my floor. Restaurant on pool deck running out of house wine and items from the already limited menu. Owners / management are in cost cutting mode. Fewer staff than last year, towels worn out on pool and in rooms. Staff not as polished as a year ago.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest prices around... Conrad high standards. This was one of my all time favourite hotels. I have stayed here every year since it opened, sometimes for a month or more at a time. The staff, facilities, service, rooms, leisure, dining were all first class. However this year 2017, something has drastically changed. Lack of staff, lower quality food, less facilities, lower standards in most departments generally. Have been told a new GM took over recently. The staff are what made this hotel spectacular and it appears that most have moved on since the new GM took over. Its still a nice hotel, but Ive been really disappointed with the new regime. Its expensive, but you used to not mind because of the service. Now thats gone . . .

The location is perfect and right behind the World Trade Centre Metro station. Crossing the station gets you to many good food and shisha outlets (Hotels pool side bar ises at 11:30 pm) Mr. Prajot at pool bar was cool and very helpful. Great guy! The pool isnt as big as it appears in the pictures but it is inviting nonetheless. Strangely one finds a lot of intimate couples, more than families, here considering its business nature. Everything costs 5 star rates but there is no need to pay that if you dont want to. One thing to note is that just like Hilton Ras Al Khaima resort and spa, the washroom has a glass partition with the living room with only an electronic curtain that just barely covers the glass partition. Some shy people might feel uncomfortable if their partners arent intimate.

We Stayed at the property last week. This is the 6th hotel weve stayed for the last 2 months in UAE. 4th in Dubai. Room is spacious and very clean. The view is awesome. ( We selected skyview - high floor). Superb Swimming pool, Gym is quite okay. Staffs are very friendly and always smiling aside from the Manager in the restaurant at 6th Floor who didnt even give us a little smile. The Chef paid us a visit and talk to us regarding the food. The Filipino barista is also well trained judging by the coffee he made for us and a short talk. Special thanks to the lifeguard from the pool - Arnel who attends to us as if we already met him before. At that time hes the only guys around and evidently doing a great job greeting guest and making us feel very important. Room Service are quick. And also the SPA attendant are very sweet. All in all this hotel is highly recommended. Could not ask for more than the service, cleanliness and food they have.

Conrad at four seasons in Bangkok is at least 30% better this one in every aspect. Perhaps something the hotel needs to work on is building a stronger management team and focus all the tiny mishaps that happen frequently. Being myself manager of a hotel I can nitpick issues that should never occur in first place. 3 stars because of its glits and glamour and a few friendly staff. Such a shame as this place has a lot of potential

I attended a congress at this hotel last week. Valet system is really inefficeint. This is the first time I see Valet Parking where guests need to give car card at front door then told that they have to go one floor down to wait for their car in the street at a different exit. I saw an old guy who had difficulty walking and told the same. The employees said it is Manager policy, I think it is a non sense policy.

I stayed here for four nights and it was a really great experience. The staff here are so attentive and sweet and it really enhances the stay. My room was more than spacious and the bed was really comfortable too. Breakfast in the morning was more than plentiful and if its a nice day you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the sunshine. We ate at the beach bar too which had very tasty food. There is a bar on floor 7... I personally would avoid it as its a bit strange. On the whole a wonderful hotel with stable internet access which is always appreciated.

First I want to thank Mr Ehab (duty Manager) because his is the only one who slove the problem. I stay at the hotel for two nights I arrived in the hotel at 5pm and normally check in time is 2pm and they told me my room its not ready!! And then directly told me that my room is ready!!! I dont know how its ready within 30 seconds When I reach the room I fond theres problems with AC (too hot) And problems in the bathroom Im trying to contact the reception via room telephone but nobody answers the phone. Then I go to reception and asking about the duty manager I found (Mr Ehab) And he slove all the problems.

I love The Conrad Hotel BUT when you eat in the lobby of the hotel downstairs you feel like youre being ignored the waitress here lack professional skills and they dont greet you or offer you a menu ! I was waiting and made contact to one before but its like they dont want to help you . They dont smile or anything . Get some training done here ! Dont order food here it took 30 mins just to get a grilled cheese and fries !!!!!!! Dont waste your money ! The Fairmont Hotel next door is better in service !

There are many five star hotels in Dubai but this one is my favourite. It is in a great spot opposite the World Trade Centre with a metro station right outside the door, from where the Dubai Mall is just three stops away. Opened in 2013 its modern, clean and comfortable, the rooms are huge and very luxurious. The bathrooms are fantastic with his and hers washbasins, a huge shower and a corner bath with a mirror above that turns into a TV screen at the press of a button relaying whatever is being shown on the main TV. Even the curtains and lights have their own touch panel control next to the bed! The main buffet restaurant on the sixth floor Ballaro is Italian themed and also serves a great breakfast with plenty of variety. The outside area of this extends out to the Purobeach Urban Oasis which has a pool and lounger area which is a very relaxing place to soak up some sun while listening to your favourite Spotify playlist via the excellent wifi which is very fast throughout the hotel. There are also plenty of other restaurants close by, both on Sheik Zayed Road and in the World Trade Centre complex.

When it comes to Hilton properties, you cant go wrong. I live in Dubai but never noticed this place until I got chance to visit for a business meeting. The place was buzzing, have various restaurants and bars. My quick review here: Location: Next door from Fairmont hotel. Prefect, heart of the city i.e. Sheikh Zayed Road. Very close to Metro station and opposite Dubai world trade centre. Parking: Valet available as well RTA paid parking in front of the hotel. Only issue with Valet is that lobby is very small and you need 10-15 minute to get there. Ambience & View: Brilliant, stunning Banquet: Attended one seminar, seems they have various meeting rooms and can accommodate small to large meetings and events. F&B: Banquet food was average, will update restaurant in my next visit.

I have been to the pool on a weekday and it was awsome I loved the whole setup and the service was fast and the staff are aware of the menu and very friendly.. the number of lifeguards is noticeable and the choice of pool day music is great. Although we had a small hickup walking in, the staff was not very welcoming but another grl (ana) noticed the glitch and did a very good job with service recovery. Clean toilets and nice greenery all around. The pool temperature was good for the hot summer day but the ideal temp. Would be 28 degrees. And one last thing the drinks are kinda expensive for the margin of the market but Ill defiantly come back and I recommend the place for groups couples or even if you Wana spend some lone good time. Weekday entry is 125 and 175 dhs for the weekend. thank you.

Perfectly located directly (you walk less than one minute) at the Metro-Station "World Trade Center". One minute vs. five minutes makes a very important difference if you visit Dubai in the summer and intend to use public transit, which allows you to get a much better impression of the people working and living in the city. Lovely room (King Deluxe, which is the lowest category as far as I know) with a nice view and huge windows. Bathroom had a large glass-separated extra room with shower, bathtub and a TV. Room is cleaned / prepared for bedtime etc. several times a day. WiFi was free, stable and fast during our stay. Breakfast is high-quality, but nothing special, just what youd expect in this kind of hotel. The pool area is really nice (not just "nice for a city hotel"!), much larger than we expected and perfect to chill out after a few hours of exploring Dubai.

Unprofessional staff asking for assistance instead of assisting guests; the room service waiter asked me to hold the door for him while he clears the room from the previous trays Those fine touches will give you a clue about management of this so called 5 star hotel Its maintenance is so poor .. Its less than 4 years old and everything started to become worn out without attention to change of parts or fixing stuff I.e : Toilet flush, curtains and accessories ... Noticed the big difference in my 2nd and last stay Last but not least, weird policy about guests visitors and very shameful Havent allowed my cousin to visit my suite !! Its a suite for gods sake, its designed to receive guests for a meal and such type of socializing ! Bottom line ... Dubai has a lot of more worthy hotels

Hotel is beautiful - room was spectacular. Although wifi is free- Connection did not allow to FaceTime via video or audio. Checkin was speedy however were directed an incorrect room number. Upon checkout staff could not provide a receipt, computer was Frozen. Hotel location is close enough to airport and 10 min drive from mall of Dubai.

Conrad Hilton Dubai is a hotel with no manners. I have personally stayed in several five-star hotels with my wife and I have never ever seen nor heard of any hotel treating her so rudely and with such little respect. My wife, who was meeting her lady friends was stopped by reception after she asked for the elevator to go up to meet them at their room.Her friends asked her to meet them in their room. However, the receptionists bullied her away from the elevator and demanded that she wait outside the hotel. She then agreed to wait in the lobby. She was talking with her friends the whole time through her phone, and the receptionists kept hassling her. They continued to demand that she sit down on the sofa instead of stand and wait for her friends. She replied several times that she was not interested in sitting because they already had upset her and made things complicated for her and her friends. This continued for several minutes and they kept demanding that she sit. I am not sure who they think they are, but they have no right to demand someone to sit down. They can ask her to leave, if they really like negative feedback, but to demand that someone sits down is ridiculous. They never bothered to apologize to her and I really hope that the global Hilton group does not encourage such behavior at their establishments. This is rather sickening to be labeled as someone whom you are not. I assume that they thought that she was there for other reasons, however, it could have been handled much better. The least they could have done is called the room and informed the person in the room that their friend is waiting in the lobby.
