    Although the staff is very polite and the actual procedures are very fast, waiting times are really long. We arrived before opening time (were there at 7:00am), were second in the queue, but still waited for more than an hour before weve got our vaccination done. So either arrive early or take a day off, because by 9:00am there are about 20 patients waiting already, be prepared to probably spend around 4 hours or so waiting.

    Staff are extremely friendly however the reason I dropped my rating was due to the waiting time procedures. I recommend to visit less busier hospital if you are looking to get the yellow fever vaccination e.g. Nadd Al Hamar

    Convenient location but waiting times are too long for travellers clinic. Does not take appointments, and at 8:50am there were already 12 people waiting which would take around 2 hours according to the security. They also keep trying to send you to the Nad al Hamar clinic 25 mins away as this supposedly has more doctors and can pretty much see you immediately. This was not the case when I finally got here.. not sure if I should have just waited it out.. Shame as the facility is otherwise very clean, modern and looks good in general.

    Highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Also much less expensive than private hospitals. Go to them before any clinic!

    was disappointed for the service/receptionist team, trying to call for my baby vaccination but no one is picking up the calls, i tried for a week to call and the reception only pick up and transfer without screening the call. Sad the service its not according to what government hospital will do. how i suppose to do to book appointment for my baby? Receptionists need to be more kind and assist the patient. Regards, Herba

    I have tried to call them on the landline number for more than 30 times and I am still keep try calling them but its useless no one is/are answer the phone.

    very upset. my babys vaccinetime was 10am but she got vaccine at 12.30. its not even funny because babies get real irritated and hospital is not a fun place. moreover when i went on reception to ask the lady, she said , so what? everyone is waiting. Not a pleasant experienc.

    The waiting time is a bit long, however they will not make you go through tons of tests just to make you pay and steal your money like most private hospitals.

    Im deeply disappointed in this centre. I was told To get vaccinated for yellow fever and we waited for 30 mins in the waiting area and then was told that the time is up and we cannot go for the vaccination anymore. I am travelling tonight and Im in an absolute delema. Im so disappointed in this place, will not recommend to anyone.

    Got my kids vaccinated there and that was for free and the team was all helpful and friendly.

    Very bad experience those who are sitting in the counter they will not give the correct information.... They are sending some other places... If we have the appointment also they will not follow the timings.... My country they wrongly mentioned.. Two times I went to change but they said theyll update that later but they didnt do that after 1month I went they didnt updated.... Telling me to come tomorrow that was there mistake but they are not willing to accept the mistakes... Because of them patients only suffering.....

    Very bad service and unfriendly staff, they lost my wifes file and even refused to issue a new one and refused her to visit the follow up clinic. Very rude employee, caused much suffer and nervousness and i will issue a formal complaint againest them

    The worse service ever! First of all providing wrong information over the phone like we all have plenty of time to drive to there and back several times! And that is if you are lucky enough to get them answer your call. Without mistake i have been trying for days more than 20 times to call and book an appointment for my childs vaccination, no one pick up the phone. When you go there, they are chilling on their iPhone. Disaster!!!! And the nurse in vaccination room with extremely fake smile! I just couldnt take it! Better pay and have it done at Mediclinic or somewhere else.

    Very good and modern healtcare facility with proffesional doctors. However the organization can be improved to reduce the misscomunication and the waiting time between the services. There is a coffe shop available in the lobby to grab a snack or a drink.
