Please dont not apply or dont do any documentations for schengen visa here.. as they dont know how to prepare.. as my personal experience.. I had applied schengen visa through them but it got rejected... initially they told me they took the date for application and when the date about to come they told that the date is now available because some problem in vfs.. but it was fake it was their mistake... and in application their was lot of mistake and I told them to correct it.... I have called 100tims to their office to know the application status but they only called me 3 times only.. Better to choose a nice agent or it is too better to do your self..

Worst company ever. If nitially told me that it will take 1 week and charged me 1450 dhs for 1 month UAE visa. Took 18 days to finally tell me that visa is rejected, every time they kept delaying by 2 days. Staff was very rude, kept saying they will call back but never did. They told me incase of rejection will refund amount minus 350 dhs, but actually deducted 400 dhs. And now are asking extra 150 dhs just to cancel their application. Horrible experience. Please avoid this company.

Over priced, i paid 575 dhs for some general guidance that is provided at the japanese embassy as well. BTW japanese multiple entry visa is for 25 dhs ONLY, so you can imagine, how cheated i feel right now for paying almost 20 times more for just guidance. Its my mistake though, shouldve gone to the embassy first. Any way if any one wants guidance for free, for the japanese visa please feel free to connect with me i have all the formats and the procedure of filling up of the application form(app form to be picked up at the embassy).

Visa in 2 days is in your dreams. I am rebooking a ticket because of their misleading advert and pay more obviously. This is my second experience in a year and such a disappointment from the first day you walk in. It has been a week and still havent got it while I am writing this. Dodgy reasons like immigration system is updating which other visa processors dont know about. No updates coming till you call them and ask. Selling over quota or something goes on there. I thought second chance was deserving but guess this remains to be the last.

It was the worst experience in my life dealing with them I never regret anything In my life but i did when had business with them. I was ready to pay double and triple to make it urgent, at first they tell you, what is the nationality of the visitor, you give them the answer, they tell "ok sir sure sir ... sir ... it will take only 2 working days, you ask them do you need any documentation, they give you the list, you provide that, then they tell yoi just make the payment sir, once you make the payment you will start hating your life and hate the decisions you made to deal with them.. you start hearing sir sir sir for thousand times it took me 10 days to finish one touristic visa with them... even though i complained to the manager 3 times! 10 days of ignorance and waiting because they are unprofessional and careless! (I have worked 5 years at dubai airport and 10 years in tourism with Emaar And now am pro visa department ) so i know pretty much what is a visa! Am unhappy and so mad... and i will never deal with them again. Note: 1 star is just because of the system to put my comment 1 star is not for regal tours.

ZERO Rating - One of the worst experience I had first of all they will say that you will get visa in 2 day make the payment as earliest possible but ones they recieve the payment their procedures are very slow and i understand that immigration might takes 2 days more but not one week so there are no point of paying you 1000 AED if your service is not a five star service. And I had to call every day to follow up with them but they dont know their own job I had to explain 100 times and when I asked. I wanted To speak with the manager they did not allow me to speak with the manager. Whenever ever I called them to check regarding my visa they always used to tell me that its under process and will check and "call u back " the term I will call you back they said every time and never got call back from them. How unprofessional is this if you dont know what to answer let someone one else handle the situation who knows better after all that hassle still the manager did not call me back. I understand you guys are working there so u meet different people with different requests but do you guys ever think when people check your website they think that you will help them they trust you no matter how difficult and emergency situation they face but still they are hoping that u guys will help them but this kind of service really shows that you dont care. After that I had to ask my visa application no to follow up by my self than I got to know that my visa has been rejected but still they were pretending that they are checking my visa how ridiculous is this they were giving me hopes that may be I will get my visa today or tomorrow but they knew that my visa was rejected atleast you guys should have told me so that I can plan something else. Very very bad service and I need my refund back. It doesnt matter if the visa is rejected I know that the security issue but the service is worst.
