I was missing a Lacoste t-shirt, called them few times asking whether they have it and they denied for few months, only to find one of their staff wearing it afterwards.

They ruined all of our curtains... Requested and paid for dry cleaning, but realized when rehanging them that they had clearly washed them and shrunk them. So instead of sending them out, the crooked guy behind the counter clearly pocketed the dry cleaning fee and tried to wash them regularly... Tried relentlessly to come to a resolution with the store staff and even spoke to the owner, but all of them were unapologetic and nothing short of rude. Avoid at all costs - thieves. Also, this same crook (SK) is the one that has posted the only other reviews for this laundromat - bogus reviews by a bogus company citing bogus opinions. Dont trust.
