Christopher SanchesWorst laundry service and customer service. Give them 2 expensives shirt to clean and explain to them to be really careful with it. Both of shirt came from size XL to M. Then the only answer they gave me: "we are not responsible in case of shrinkage" no apologies nothing at all. But as I talked the issue wiht some of neighborhood in bonnington hotel, they had the same issue with them. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CLOTHE. DO NOT USE TOM AND JERRY LAUNDRY.
