Igor DrzikDo not recommend this laundry at all. First they completely destroyed the color on one of the shirts, then the top was when they lost two of my shirts. After multiple calls with the supervisor, they send me shirts that were not mine. Never got any kind of refund or apology, no one answered any of my calls or whatsapp messages. You are better off doing it yourself or ask your maid to to it.

Ahmed ShoaibI have used Monarch Laundry several times and cant fault it all. So easy to book, so quick, washing/ironing is done to a high standard, and its collection and delivery is also on time and by very friendly staff. Specially customer service is outstanding.

Basil A.They pierce your shirts and trousers to attach labels to them so as not to get lost. After three times i noticed my shirts have been pierced with many holes in them. This is the worst dry clean service ever. I wish i had time to sue them.

We found Monarch by chance as we were driving by and stopped in. The attendant was very helpful and gave us a quick rundown of the payment process and how to work the machines. The facilities were clean and the machines did the job.

Ben RussellI have been using Monarch Laundry in the Marina and I think their service is excellent. John, who works in the Torch Tower branch provides very good customer service and describes options of different services. He also ensures that my dry cleaning is collected and delivered within my desired time-frames and that everything is accounted for. In the 6 months nothing has been out of place, Id also like to thank his assistants who help him provide this service. Very Good and wont use any where else. Ben

Zareen SultanThis is a terrible laundry service. We gave them 8 shirts and they lost one of our shirts. After we informed them they didnt bother getting back to us. I call them and chase them every week and there is always some excuse that one person or another is on holiday. Apparently the manager is on holiday and the owner is in Canada so there is no one you can speak to get the matter resolved. I STRONGLY Reccomed NOT using Monarch laundry as they are completely unprofessional

sidhu singhFantastic, simple, easy, and convenience. Doesnt matter if your in town for business or family this service rocks. I used the same day rush twice over several weeks and it was flawless. A lot cheaper than the hotel laundry and the pickup and drop off at my work site was perfect.

nicole baileyIve used them for years and over the last four months Ive had at least three deliveries missing clothes (one top never returned and one I had to chase down for a function the morning of the flight.) Ive just had a carpet return that is shrunk, a 250aed dress shrunk after one wear. I call and call and get told John will call me back and never hear a thing. Im down at least 500aed in ruined/misssing items.

Akash MoreStarted using them when I moved to the area a few months ago. Ive used both their drop off and do it myself services. Clothing is always dry clean and folded well. Always done ahead of when they promised you and easy to work with if you have special requests for how it should be done.

Ive had them fold my shirts when I travel and they do an excellent job. Keep it up Monarch. Will definetley keep using them.

Mohammed AbufoolI wanted to change my provider as my formal shirts need extra care and has to look crisp. I was deceived that since monarch laundry is expensive it must be good, right? WRONG I had to call them to get my shirts as they forgot to deliver them, returned 2 shirts that were ironed badly I wont pay a penny for this quality. The next day they promised to deliver and to my surprise the day went by and no delivery... Not sure how they are in business yet charging a fortune. I would gladly replace them with the cheap mediocre ones that charge less than half with the same quality. Not recommended

One more phone call and we set up for next day. Nobody came! Twice. Phone call one week later. Not even single "sorry". Delivery postponed for 2 weeks. Tried to give them second chance. They failed.

Seabreeze JulyMonarch laundry is absolutely not customercentric service provider and doesnt have a value in providing customer support. They collected my wool expensive carpet one month ago and never returned me.I was trying to reach them on all telephone lines, sent emails but nobody helped to resolve the problem. They intentionally dont provide receipts at collection to prove the service or file the report to consumer rights . Be extra vigilant taking their service and always require a receipt upon collection.

Rasmus Holm JensenMonarch Laundry and dry cleaning probably delivers the worst service and after-service ever experienced. They managed to destroy a brand new item worth 1030 dhs, only used twic. Their "compensation" was a voucher worth 300 dhs, which should be used at their cleaning service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Eva MaWorst company ever!!!! They have : damaged my shirt lost over 600 dirhams of beddings and lost a skirt that somehow was found after 3 days!!!!! Losing over 600 dirhams of beddings is already bad enough - they took 1 week for them to look for it as they admitted that they have picked it up Since they cant find it - they completely denied it in the end and refused to pick up my calls - no compensation no nothing worst service ever! worst company and worst managers !! rude completely rude and unprofessional people

Quentin PellechiaPersonnal experience, MONARCH LAUNDRY WORST LAUNDRY EVER. Ok Ill develop .. I gave to dry clean 3 items ( jacket, shirt and pocket square ). This laundry is offering a next day delivery ... So Im calling back the driver because nobody called me to ask where is my laundry the next day, after 5 attempts which nobody answered to, I decided to call the marina branch. They told me the driver should arrive around 8 pm. Of course nobody came ... So same procedure the next day and after 4 calls my laundry was here, but not my pocket square and one black shirt was completely white ( but I didnt even try to fight for it ... Hopeless ) ... And here starts the trouble, hours on the phone with all different numbers people telling me they dont know, so I contact the manager of the laundry explain him the situation and he tells me to wait 2 days by the time hes checking ... 6 days after nobody called me again ... So I call again and ask for a refund and hes asking me for the receipt for the pocket square, that he will check to offer me the same amount in laundry vouchers .. Which of course I will NEVER USE. Really bad company and incompetent people. Be careful

Adam WebberSimply awful. My suit trousers were dirtier than when I handed then in once returned. I handed my clothes over a month ago and I am still missing a shirt and 2 pairs of shorts. They ignore my calls continually when I ask where they are. When they even charged me the cost of cleaning them and fixing a botton on them on return of the other items. Never use this company! !

Aline KLMHorrible! They delivered the clothes with all the stains back, so I sent them back and they were redelivered in the same condition again and they were expecting me to pay money for something. Find someone else. These guys dont do anything.
