Zahra El SenussiWorst dry cleaning service, tried them once and never again! They are not able to remove the basic of marks off items. They tried to do the items twice and were still no different. I had to take the items to my regular dry cleaners with no issue. Dont waste your money or time. And dont be fouled by the comments.

Noor BarsikIve been a costumer for 4.5 years now... Ive also had most of what the other clients are complaining about in the reviews... Recived un-ironed cloths Un clean cloths Missing items Ive had to wait 2-3 days for Waiting for the laundry drop off for 3 hours (everytime I would call I was told the driver will be at my place in a few seconds) So Ive tried to ignore all that (even tho they are highly priced and you would expect a better service) now to top it all off I have been calling for three days straight for pickup and no one has answered the line... Ive even gone through the reviews and called the owner directly, and still nothing. I wont be dealing with this business again and honestly with this kind of service I donno who will. Its really sad...

Ilona ZDont like writing reviews, especially when they are bad ones, but cannot stay quiet this time. I came across this company accidentally and used their services (pressing only) a couple of times, although they are slightly costlier comparing to the other laundry companies, which I didnt mind hoping for the adequate quality instead. And here you go, when you think that you finally found something good, the reality hits. Received my delivery from which half of the items havent been ironed or others ironed very offhandedly. Basically everything needs to be redone. Called the company to complain, but all I received was "sorry madam"... It seems I will have to do pressing myself after paying AED 250 for the job. Wouldnt risk it calling them for the laundry pick up again. Very disappointed.

Kash MenonProfessional and Friendly Staff, The express service is actually very good. Will frequent them. Recommended to all my friends. Also they gave me a 10% discount since it was the first time I used the services. The express service that was used was a bit expensive compared to normal service but worth every single penny that was paid. I do see some bad reviews done by other customers and I dont write many reviews myself but I thought to write a good one as the service was amazing compared to what I have been getting all along.

Karlina KusumaTerrible service. I dropped the laundry on 20 February 2016, and one of the staff said that it would be finished in 24 hours time. They even offered a home delivery to my hotel, to which I accepted. Since I received nothing, I came back to Diva on 22 February 2016 to ask about my laundry. It turned out that my laundry was not done yet and they promised to send it to my hotel on the same day at 5 pm. To my surprise, the receptionist didnt have the data of my address, even though I had already informed her the first time!! If I didnt check my laundry, then it will never be delivered..because even my data was not being noted!! I received nothing that day, and on 23 February 2016, I called again..and the receptionist said that the delivery guy was already on his way. When the delivery guy came, 5 items were missing!!! Just when I thought things couldnt get worse. So he had to come back again..get the 5 items forgotten and send them back to my hotel. I paid a lot for my laundry and expected great service from Diva Laundry. Sadly, It was not the case. I would not recommend this laundry to anyone.
