곽재현Various of north Korean food is there. Food was so delicious though the price was slightly high. It is prohibited taking photos of waiters. Also, cards are accepted as well as South Korean credit cards(KRW).

Allard de MonchyAn interesting experience to be in a North Korean environment in the Middle East. The place was decorated with paintings of nature, mountains and a tiger. Interestingly enough no photos of Comrade Kim Jung Un. After we sat down a group of ~20 student looking boys came in, all with the same hair cut and same clothes. They also all had a small red badge on their shirt with a picture of Kim Jung Un on it. Not surprisingly not one had a mobile phone which meant they were actually talking to each other just like "we" used to do prior to the smart phone era. We spoke to a few of them and their English was better than expected and when I told them Im from the Netherlands they immediately referred Arjan Robben! The students are in Dubai for 3 months from North Korea to get to know more about the city. Must be a unique experience for them compared to living in Pyongyang. The food was alright and the service was good. The waitresses didnt mind answering a few of our questions about North Korea but we kept it quite general. I can definitely recommend going here, partially for the food and partially for the performances that start around 8pm. We didnt book a table but I think we were lucky that there was a table for 4 available. If you sit on the left side facing the podium, you might get lucky and receive a bouquet of flowers during one of the performances...

Mark LPyongyangs cultural outpost in Dubai serves up authentic North Korean food in a dining room adorned with paintings of North Korean landscapes, a stage for late-night karaoke performances from the waitstaff, and a large television, showing off some of North Koreas best karaoke videos. The food was reasonable - with a good-value lunch set menu for around ~40 DHS, although the menu does offer more expensive hot-pot and BBQ options. But lets be honest - many will be visiting here for the cultural experience instead. Come in the evening, and youll be rewarded with live performances from the restaurants stage.

Alex SmythThough Ive never been to Korea, I love Korean food and Ive eaten it all over the world on many continents. This is, by far, the best Korean food Ive ever had. The kimchi platter was amazing and a great value. Id recommend it to split because its a lot of food. All four kinds of kimchi are amazing, but my favorite was the radish kimchi. I also got the bi bim bap and thought it was amazing. This is a dish I order at every Korean restaurant I go to because its a good way to tell if a Korean restaurant is a good one. It was perfectly seasoned, the portion was large, and the waitress prepared it perfectly. Speaking of the waitresses, the staff here was incredibly professional and helpful. They were all incredibly kind and helped to make my dining experience the best one possible. They are very attentive and all greeted me with a smile. If you dont think youll make it to Korea in your lifetime, I recommend a stop at Okryy Gwan. This was the best meal I had in Dubai by a lot, and I Dubai has some really good food. Please go here!

André Bose do AmaralThe menu is extensive, and there are loads of seafood options too. But most certainly its not the food that is the main attraction of this place. Do come and check it out for yourself. Karaoke rooms can be rented for 100AED a night.
