I had small issue with confirmation email, I contacted the team after 2 weeks since order and we solved it. The communication with the team was fine and I got the watch in 5 days. Minus one star because I think theres still a room for improvement :)

The staffs is very approachable and respectful. There was a bit delay with the delivery because of some uncontrolable circumstances with customs. But the staffs are very attentive to your concerns.
