theres a big difference between being elegant and being arrogant , with attitude and ignorance of their own products , I had my nickels that Im wearing since 3 years and its very important to me , needs some polishing and changing the lace , one of the most arrogant people Ive ever met in a retail shop told me simply that shes been working for BVLGARI for 5 years and she never saw this piece , although I told her that I got it from Bvlgari shop , she insisted with a very not self confidence ,no ignorance that its fake and start giving me a lecture about the curve and the diameter of the original product , even her college tried to tell her that theres a serial number and she can check it , she was not convinced , anyway her college took it and she said she will send it to work shop , next day NOT HER , her college called to apologize and say the workshop confirmed its original and they will do the polishing and the repair , thats disrespect from BVLGARI to have this kind of attitude in there stores , really Disappointed and seriously LUXURIOUS Brand means more then adds and prices, its attitude .
