Bolke RijndersBeen to eat there a few times and I am always satisfied with the food. The food is fresh and you can see it be prepared in front of your eyes. The conveyor belt style is the key gimmick of the place and is a great way to present the food. The seating is comfortable the clean. However the customer service leaves something to be desired. You can get some good deals off your bill but without it can be expensive. I have recommend to many others and overall a good place.

blablageistI worked in the f&b industry before, but I never experienced this kind of service. Itll take long time before they attend you, the crew was slacking so much, the boss was more hardworking than his team, and I saw dirt(looks like mold) sticking to the salmon itself and Ive ordered a handroll, that when it came to me, was smaller than what I had in other yo sushi outlets. Ive visited Yo sushi in MOE and in Mirdif City Center, those outlet were awesome unlike in Dubai Marina. Hope this message will help you get better.

Gregg van der WesthuizenRestaurant was filthy. Waiters ignored us even after the manager told us where to sit. Didnt even bring us bowls for soy after we asked. While we sat there so many people got up and walked out for not getting served. We did the same eventually.

Maark71 horvatthTerrible service!!! Staff requires more training and general understanding of customer service! We are eating at let 3 times a week in this outlet and have a feeling that its every time worst .. Last time we eat there we waited 45 minutes for our hot dishes to come, when they finally came half of the things they forget .. after we notify no apology was given and no action was taken ! When the bill came we were overcharged even for the items which never came and again no apology ... For sure will never come again and not recommend this place!
