I have been staying for more than 3 weeks in Dubai and I can say that this is definitely the best italian restaurant in the whole Dubai. The large majority of the customers are italian and this is a genuine certificate of warranty regarding the excellent quality of the place. This is not a chain but a real high quality place with 2 very good chefs, fantastic crew and a very attentive and helpful manager. Menu is short but effective, presentation is outstanding and the quality more than outstanding. The menu is italian but you can have a real taste of piemontese dishes (in particular from Alessandria neighborhood. I am italian and I went to Michelin restaurants but NAIS it is really a great place, again the best Italian place in Dubai.
