John TattarakisFor this review, I will try to remain as neutral and objective as possible. I will not let the fact that Grow were consistently professional and friendly influence my writing in any way. After all, what does Grows unwavering support and endless patience have to do with the quality of their work? Sure, their presentation is attractive, their process is logical, their office is uniquely charming, but this is all useless fluff if not accompanied by equally impressive results. What Grows potential customers presumably want to know is: can they build a good website? Yes, as it turns out, they can. Grow have the uncanny ability to see past what you want, giving you instead what you _need_. In just a couple of meetings they were able to efficiently interpret our requirements, our likes, our dislikes, and the nature of our business. Their preliminary designs were a step above what we requested, and their implementation took it a step further. I was particularly impressed by the various subtle modifications and enhancements made to our designs that served to improve usability and the general look-and-feel of our site. This is stuff you dont find just anywhere. Communication was a breeze, and we were regularly outpaced by Grows almost robot-like adherence to our predefined schedule. For a company likes ours that constantly worries about suppliers communication and meeting expectations, it is refreshing to do business with people who exceed them. Grow delivered a quality product and kept us happy throughout the process. All at a very reasonable price. And they didnt turn their backs to us as soon as the last cheque was signed. Really couldnt ask for more. Thank you, Grow.
