Sylvia FrancisIm finding it very odd to be typing backwards but hope you can read the review. Overall I am very satisfied with the support provided by Al Wafaa on any technical issues that I encounter with webmail like increasing quota or releasing the blocks put up by webmail. However, it would be also very helpful if Alwaafa can offer suggestions for overall improvement through introduction of current web technology so that I dont receive emails from other web designers who point out many flaws which they feel is the reason why our website is not performing at optimum level. That having been said, I must add here that recently I interacted with our Site Administrator for purposes of editing the contents of some critical web pages as they contained quite outdated information. I was pleased with the speed with which he incorporated the proposed changes and clearly understood my suggestions for improvement. Overall my experience was positive and I am very satisfied with the speedy supportive action. I look forward to more future interaction and hope that I receive regular suggestions from their side for technical improvement of our website to conform to present trends in marketing. In conclusion I wish AlWafaa much success in their global efforts and look forward to receiving regular voluntary technical support
