Jan Kon0 stars . Very bad customer care service. I wanted to make insurance for my mother and they were refusing. Specially a agent called Maya .They should help people not send them away. And respect everyone. Disappointed!

Midhun M ChayananiThe worst experience ever. We applied for the insurance, paid the fee and had waited over a month to get the card. Most of the claims were declined and now when we wanted to add the dependents they say it is not possible and we were asked to go for individual plans. Will never recommend NGI at all.
