Good, professional guys. I was skeptical for buying insurance online however Mr. Jaymeet was very convincing and professional in all his dealings. He got me the best deal possible and avoiding the hassle of dealing with the insurance company directly, god forbid, when the need arises is a big deal. Dont buy the insurance from your car dealer without checking with AFIA 1st. You might save a couple of thousand dirhams.

Your contact number as you provided in the site is not responsive enough. Calls are not being attended promptly. Need multiple attempts to get the call attended by someone. This was my first and last time dealing with Alfred Insurance ... Maybe my misfortune that i got the best of their most incompetent customer service agent (mazhar khan). After providing all required documents and details, - 1. after I approved the quote (within an hour), when i called him the next morning on my way to Tasjeel to register my bike, he informs that they cannot honour the quote ! 2. the day before i had informed him that i will be taking leave from the office just for this work and he assured me that next morning by 9.30a RTA will be updated with my policy 3. he kept asking for the same vehicle details (and i insisted he re-check his emails) 4. would always assure that the work will be done in "5 mins" nor did he think its important to call and update me. I had to keep calling and asking and at the end of it be told that the quote they provided and which i approved will not be honoured. 5. Finally contacted RSA directly and got my work done in 20 mins.
