P JamAmazing artwork and ambiance with service that is second to none! The Italian menu is very authentic and diverse also which was a unique touch to an Indian restaurant. This isnt just the best veg food I have had but the best food I have had period! The staff are amazingly efficient and friendly and the ice cream choices are extensive and made fresh regularly. Definitely would go again, following my multiple visits during my stay in Dubai - thank you!

Namrata ManghnaniThis place is always packed and has queues all the way down to the street! Okay thats a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point. The food is delectable to say the least, and even though its always crowded, the service is decent. The village type atmosphere (theres a tree right at the entrance - you cant miss it even if you tried!) with the dim lighting gives the restaurant a different feel - enough to make it stand out from the other restaurants in the vicinity. A must visit, and definitely worth the wait!

Nadia ChareufHidden gem in Dubai. Food was absolutely fantastic whether you are vegetarian or a meat eater... (everything is veg)location and restaurant itself is nothing glamorous, but its just right for a laid back lunch or dinner . Thali is delicious ! Very affordable ... Staff are extremely friendly !

مريناليني كومارKnown for their Satvik preparations, this place gives you a wide array of options to choose from. Biryani is a must try. Over the years, the taste has changed a lot from very good to not so great. Still, a pretty decent decent place to dine at over the weekends (if you can spend some good time awaiting your call for the table).

Rajiv ChawlaFood quality and service has diminished over the years. Its fine for satvik or jain people as an eating out place.

Abhilash PillaiGovinda is a vegetarians gem. Although the place is quite small and parking can get tricky during peak times, the food and ambiance are great. I stick on to some of my favorite items on the menu and the taste is consistent. Dont forget to try their in-house made ice cream after your meal.

chiradip CI have a lot of guests over to my place throughout the year and majority of them are vegetarian. One place where I take all of them is Govinda’s in karama. It‘s a small vegetarian restaurant and the interiors are ok ok. I find it very dimly lit. Don’t go on the looks of it because the food is really good. We always order the vrindavan khichdi and it is so yumm. I know ordering khichdi in a restaurant is not a thing to do, but you have to try their khichdis. They are delicious. You can make out the flavors and the distinct smell of desi ghee. It will definitely remind you of home. The paneer dishes aren’t that good and can be avoided. Mirch da salan is a good dish, something different and worth trying. And after the sumptuous food, you can always enjoy the natural ice cream. One can choose from a wide variety of flavors. All in all, it’s a decent place – u can’t miss out on the khichdi.
