Went on Sunday afternoon with a group of 6. The restaurant had waiting and we were quoted waiting time of 15 minutes. We places the order while we were waiting to avoid delay. However it took them 55 minutes to get us seated even when half the restaurant was empty within 20 minutes of our arrival. The restaurant has sitting of approximately 60-70 but only 2 waiters to serve them and almost 3-4 waiters were overlooking the takeaway orders . The waiters took more than half an hour only to clear and set up the tables for waiting crowd. And to top it off, it took another 30 minutes for the food to come to our table as our order was given to kitchen only after we were seated on the table. The food quantity is good for the price but the taste is ordinary. It seems the delivery business is more important for them than customers dining in.

I dont think I have ever written negative review about any restaurant before, But i have to make an exception this time. We ordered the food at 1:30pm location only 10 minutes from the restaurant. After an hour i still didnt receive my order, after one and a half hour nobody is answering. Absolutely disgusting and unethical behavior. Heard so much about it but completely disappointment by their ridiculous service. Never going to order from this restaurant ever again. Deeply disappointed.

The best biryani you can get. Ive ordered from Gazebo many times to satisfy the biryani craving and it never fails to deliver. Just amazing. Highly recommend. It is a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth the money. Keep up the great work

This place is always packed to capacity at lunchtime and can take a while to get served. Worth the wait though as the biryani is absolutely worldclass. I prefer the mutton variety, as their chicken one seems to have frozen instead of fresh chicken in it. Not a fan of that at all. Still, the mutton more than makes up for it. The Murgh Masala and Lahori are excellent too, as are their bread choices. Best part is they also deliver the biryani in the same clay pots!

Superrrrrrb taste.. Perfect blend of spices and finely cooked.. We order boti masala and mutton biryani.. Both the items were really good.. As we went on valentines day.. Lot of rush there but still they maintained the quality n the taste of the food which is apriciable. The service was also friendly n with smile.. Overall experience gr8!!
