    Whizz maids is an unprofessional and irreputable company, lacking customer service recovery policies and customer-centric service delivery. The owner, along with their office member Mr Ali Qasim Abedi, were unable to resolve issues concerning their cleaner damaging our household appliances and displaying rude and racist behavior. The owner was too cowardly to react personally to these issues. Within a six hour time frame he was unable to make a 3 minute call to a dissatisfied customer, and showed an unwillingness to speak to me to resolve my complaint. Down below I describe how their cleaner displayed cleanliness issues, how she damaged our appliance, how she showed intolerable, rude and racist behavior, and how they as a company illegally take advantage of their workers. Cleanliness problems: Their cleaner, Sharmilla, could not follow instructions using very clean methods in the kitchen. She insulted us about our cleaning methods (although they are internationally standardized and recognised), meanwhile most dishes she washed turned out to have dirt marks. This was an infectious hazard for our children, as they would eat from dirty dishes. Despite this being a cleaning company, they clearly do not have staff with the ability to clean dishes. Damaged appliances: She took off markings of our gas stove, we are now unable to read the temperature measure. She refused to have an explanation on how to apply our technical equipment, instead she insisted she understood how to apply them, thus resulting in damaging the devices. Specifically she did not follow explicit instructions given to her with our steam-tank iron: we told her never to open the anti-calc seal again the first time she opened it. But, instead she did so, and instead of logically filling the iron with water in the water tank section, she refilled the water in the anti-calc vault (which is double sealed, so one has to be bordering stupid to fill water in the double sealed vault instead of in the big flap on top that displays a water jug). She is supposed to be a Supervisor, however she displayed minimal levels of contemplation and expressed absolute rudeness. Considering she is supposed to be ‘the best’ in the company, it is shocking to think the rest of their staff are even more incapable. The steam-tank iron is broken, and the owner is unwilling to compensate for the damage resulting of the service of his company’s employees. Inclusive of the above she broke mugs on different occasions due to recklessness while washing the dishes, and did not use the functions of tumble dryer properly as explained to her. Inefficiency and intolerable, rude and racist behavior: This company’s cleaner was 6 times slower than our cleaner in our home country. When explaining to her she needed to kindly speed up the ironing just a bit, she remarked with a racist comment comparing her nationality with my nationality and the different ability levels. This behavior and attitude was highly offensive for me as a customer and highly unprofessional. Illegally take advantage of their employees: This company wanted to have their employee work for us during a public holiday without special compensation. To avoid this, we called the service of the cleaner off last minute to give her the holiday she deserved. Mr Ali explicitly even asked me not to inform any their employees it were a public holiday to avoid ‘’trouble’’. We did not conform and made sure the service was cancelled last minute to ensure she had her break. Bottom line is, their cleaner, even the best of them (she is the supervisor), does not follow any instructions, is rude, and damages our appliance. The owner has an absolute unwillingness to resolve my issues. Worse, he is too cowardly to even address them in a short phone call. We will be taking further action with legal departments, law enforcement (for the replacement of damaged and broken property), the economic department and REWA. We are highly dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of recovery solutions provided by the owner and office staff.

    Horrible.I told her what to do specifically. Had to tell her to re-do the kitchen. Whenever Id ask her why something isnt clean enough shed tell me it cant be cleaned more that this. I walked around the house after she "cleaned", checked my feet, all dirty!!! She spent 4 hours for nothing! She got her own "cleaning supplies" which were absolutely useless, my house didnt even smell clean. So upset.
