Why are you closed on a Friday? Many of us need a cleaning service on Fridays it is our weekend. Very bad.

The Manager Mr Abu Baker and his staff are very unreliable. When you raise a complaint or want to leave a message for the maids allocated to you, the message is never passed on. Some of my items were broken with no apology or explanation. When querying with the manager he also offers no apology or compensation. They do not keep good track of payment nor offer receipts promptly. The maids are hardworking but the rest of the staff and customer service is just appalling. I have cancelled the service and hope that my keys will be returned in good faith if that actually exists in this company
