Sharnay NaidooI had a booking for 3pm today which I made 2 days in advance. Matic calls me at 3pm to say they cant send anyone. I had structured my entire day in order to be home in time for the cleaning. Being Eid weekend, I had guests arriving for dinner at 6pm. But Matic decides to only inform me that they cannot come at the very last minute... therefore throwing off all my plans. This was completely unprofessional, disruptive and absolutely not acceptable. A company like this should not even be in operation.... as this is not the first time that they have done this to me. If I had simply received a call a few hours before, I would have been able to plan my day accordingly... but now Ive been left in the lurch at the last minute, without even a proper apology. In fact, every time I tried to complain, the call center agent put me on hold!!

Ali SalemGreat customer service. They make sure to call you if you forget to book yourself. You can either pay by cash or credit card. You can always pay after the cleaning is done.

Gosh PoshVERY BAD, THEY CANCEL LAST MINUTE AND THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME. CLEANERS DONT PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, THEY DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS GOOD.... WHILE IRONING THEY DESTROYED MY IRON BECAUSE THEY PLACE IT FLAT WHILE HOT ON THE IRONING BOARD ALL THE TIME....

Sonia SThey were doing fine until May. I used to have a good maid come in regularly. Then I got a text from the company informing me the maid had been promoted and wont be able to come anymore and that a replacement would be sent. No replacement ever showed up. After several calls to follow up, they finally sent a maid over who did a terrible job. After this, again, no one came over even though there was a clear schedule agreed upon. Ive spoken to them multiple times and other than telling me their system is getting an "upgrade" and that theyre going to send someone over the following Saturday, Im yet to see anyone. Very disappointed.
