Heba AI will not be working with this company again and highly recommend you take your business elsewhere as well. Whilst some of the maids are professional, there are a few Ive had who lack understanding and training in basic cleaning chores. Unfortunately, the biggest fault is the booking system. Ive been given confirmations on bookings and sat at home waiting and had to call myself to find out nearly an hour and a half later that in fact the booking was never made. This wasnt an isolated incident but one that has been repeated on numerous occasions. What a waste of time.

Nadim BadrWe had an excellent maid, unfortunately she left. We used this company for 4 years. At first the rate was 35 dirhams per hour. It then went up to 40, then 45. Suddenly they tell us 60! Ridiculous. They say its because they need to pay their maids more. I have 4 friends using (used to anyway) this company, all asked their maids and none have ever seen their salary go up by 1 dirham. However, if you ask for a "male maid" then the price is still 45. Shame....

Chris GregoryUsed these guys twice now and both times the maid has arrived at 9.20am and left at 12.30pm. Im paying for 4 hours not 3 hours 10 minutes Not enough attention to detail, basic things like not cleaning the mirrors and dusting underneath appliances. Maids do not carry change so i was forced to pay 200 instead of 160. I will not be using this company again.
