The most horrific experience. The receptionist has the most horrible attitude. The supervisor/ manager is worse than the receptionist. After complaining against the receptionist attitude, the supervisor booked me for 2 hours for the following day and was also debating on the exact time to provide a quality service. Then the next day when no one showed up for cleaning, I called and the receptionist who also rated the service a 5 star in the reviews, told me "I am afraid we dont have you in the list"!!!????? And the supervisor/ manager is rejecting my calls after the first call which I made it clear who is on the line. Guess what, you just managed to lose a customer who could bring 700 Aed every month for you. I know you dont care, it is not your business to be worried about. You just get your salary. So people, apart from disastrous cleaning, their attitude and customer service is horrible too.

Terrible service. Receptionist is completely clueless. Made an appointment & then no one showed up. Called to see what the delay was & the lady said she didnt have me in her books & had no clue about the appointment & said she would call me back. Nobody bothered to call me back.
