Stunning!!!! Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. It offered everything I wanted and then some. I also got a room on one of the higher floors by special request and it was well worth it. The view was wonderful! There are always stunning sunsets here. Breathtaking! Awesome staff, clean rooms, excellent service.

I cant even fault this hotel. The staff were extremely amazing, and they were ever so happy to help. Always replacing toiletries and bottled water in the room every morning as I and my husband were on a half board basis. The food was absolutely amazing too as there was a variety to pick from, their pineapples were out of this world sweet. I can highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

Really nice hotel and nice staff. If you need to print they can do it for you for no extra charge. It was also my mums birthday and they were kind enough to leave her a card, cake and apples in the room as a gift. The downside is that there is no free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area. Requested an extra bed in the room and they did it no problem. Also at a very good location, just 1 minute walk from the nearest metro and Dubai mall is not far.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was close to a metro station but then you had to take a taxi as the metro doesnt always take you to the places you want. Taxis can be cheap but you also need to be lucky and find a good taxi driver. Staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful with special compliments to the the lady at the welcoming area.

Una vista incredibile del Burj Khalifa! E che dire della colazione presso il Club Rotana, con un servizio ottimo, e del quale dobbiamo ringraziare tutti i ragazzi e le ragazze sempre con il sorriso! WIFI sempre presente, accoglienza ottima. Vicinanza alla metro (2 minuti) e circa 20 minuti dallaeroporto. Utilizzabile con la tariffa Club Rotana anche il servizio auto, e perfetto lo Shuttle gratuito per la spiaggia! Questa era la mia seconda volta al Rose, ma sicuramente ci sarà una prossima e poi altre ancora, ma ora solo con il CLUB ROTANA! Grazie
