Its OK. Rooms are average, quite large. I would prefer full shower over existing bathtub. Hair dryer is located in the middle of the room and fixed to a drawer which is not a very good idea. Breakfast is not good for this class, quite limited choice. What I really liked was the modern gym and nice pool. Overall quite good price value

Located on the main highway which is the only good thing about this property, but many taxi drivers dont know where it is. Its nit straight forward to reach it too like you need to go into different routes to reach it. Food is as usual Egyptian style, the pastries are always dry probably because of how it is displayed. Room are not so quiet noise will come from neighbours, people walking in the corridors or from outside the building. Only tea and coffee is free in the room plus two bottles of small mineral water. It is easy to steal the cashier here as the counter is just inches away from the main entrance glass door, security was available on day shift but wasnt there at night (at least in the 5 days i spent).

Really nice place. Nice staff. Manager Abdul was amazing. Staff offered nice suggestion on where to go. Prices were affordable. Breakfast style buffet. Different food everyday. Coffee types to choose, really good taste. Housekeeping impeccable. Have a pool and a gym.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is wonderfull and food delicious. The suites are spacious and the beds sleep well. Too bad this hotel doent serve a cold beer.

We stayed a few nights at this hotel, reasonable priced, comfortable rooms with all the amenities provided for a good stay. 5 min drive to/from Dubai mall. The hotel staff was wonderful and friendly, tried there breakfast buffet was decent. The roof top pool was one of the best with exceptional views of Burj Al Arab. Will definitely stay at the Rotana chains of hotel next time im in Dubai.

I have stayed at most of Rotana hotels in Dubai and today I stayed here. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very calm and relaxing. I am enjoying my stay here to the max and would recommend it to anyone. :)

Travelled on business and stayed for 5 nights. Disastrous experience. 1. The wifi is horrible in the Atrium suites. The lower floors seem to have better wifi(the suites are the most expensive rooms!!!) 2. Du mobile reception in ZERO in the rear side of the hotel. I could not receive or make calls from my room. Etislaat works. I had to come to the lobby to make calls!! Gosh... 3. The food is mediocre... Definitely not 4* status. Never staying here again...

Also this time for the fifth time we chose this hotel, for its location near Downtown Dubai, for the quality of service that we know past three years, and for the accommodation that is an excellent 4 star. As always the reception guys were professional and helpful, as well as all the staff. We had a Premium Suite City View Walk and offered free WIFI and this was a nice surprise! We arrived at the hotel and we were assigned very quickly our premium suite, which, however, did not correspond the characteristics indicated at the time of booking, that is, separate shower and bath. We have pointed out it and we were immediately given another suite with the right characteristics. So I can say that the hospitality was very positive. It remains our favorite accommodation in Dubai and I think we will be back again

Tried this hotel for the first time this week for the convenient location. I was positively impressed by the accessibility and product level. The service was five star and they allowed for a late check out so I managed to finish my business meetings and freshen up before leaving. Highly recommended

This is the hotel you should stay in when visiting Dubai. The best hotel with easily accessible location, superb attentiveness by staff & fantastic value of money. The rooms are spacious & the hotel facilities including rooftop swimming pool, gym, Jacuzzi, cafe & business centres are amazingly beneficial. The hotel is best for everyone who is travelling to Dubai for anything from leisure to business.

Im late on posting my review but Id be reminded if I didnt share the wonderful experience my husband and I had here during our Jan/Feb stay this year. The staff is bar none! The staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful with everything and anytime of the day. We were about and Abbott a lot, even during ate nights & wee hours of the mornings as we went out partying and no matter what time we got back, the staff would be standing there smiling greeting us and offer to assist with our shopping bags! Were from New York where its always busy but no one is as friendly so this staff was incredible! Mohammed, Anne, Emmanuel & Smiley were my favs❤️ Our room was remarkably clean and always smelt lovely! The hallways and even the facilities were always prescribe. The bed! Oh God, that bed!! I wanted to bring it home with us! We travel often and never felt a bed that was like home or better! There were days where we had no choice but to sleep in late because the bed grabs you and wraps its arms around your soul thats just how good it feels to your body! And, especially after all the walking that one endures in Dubais enormous malls and other areas such as Global Village. The location of the hotel is perfect as the Burj Kalifah is just 1 stop away ok the train and you can see if from the entrance of the hotel. It is literally right across the street, a few lanes away. Getting a taxi to anywhere was just the snap of a finger and very inexpensive due to where the hotel is situated [middle of Sheikh Zyed Rd]. Another thing that I loved was the sound of the shalats [prayers] that streamed through the speakers of the Mosque behind the hotel. That sound was just sooooo soothing to the soul and Were not Muslim. We were up and out so much that we never got the chance to eat at the hotel so unfortunately I cant comment on the food. However, I will say it looked amazing and we could smell the pleasant aroma of the food as we were rushing out to hail a taxi for our well planned out excursions. We will have referred so many to stay here when heading to Dubai and you can bet that well be back next year and we will be staying here each time we arrive.

Clean and bright and within easy reach of Metro Station, Business Bay. I am confused, however, as to why this hotel receives such good reviews. It is not particularly child friendly and the fifth floor swimming pool, although great for swimming lengths, has a very deep shallow end of one meter which is too deep for small children. It was not always easy to communicate with staff in this hotel who often misinterpreted requests. Having said that, staff in leisure area were very willing and helpful. Be aware that if you are walking on foot with small children the pavements are not at all accessible for pushing a buggy and indeed at present, building works beyond the Business Bay Metro Station is an accident waiting to happen for pedestrians and it is impossible to reach the park further along this road. Also watch out for two small metal rods protruding from the pavement between Metro Station and Villa Rotana. We were disappointed in the food, again not particularly great for children and certainly not comparable to Hotels of equal status in Doha, Qatar. We are not likely to stay in this Hotel again and feel it is possibly more suited to Business customers although even for that purpose there is no public lounge for one to one meetings other than the cafe where one must sit at a table. As already noted by one review the Wifi connection is poor, costly and Face Time is not possible, which is hopeless if you have planned business calls.

Solid true 4* hotel in a central location. Basic room had great bed (true king size, firm, good pillows) kitchenette, decent pool deck with spa style bathrooms. Downside, no quick bite food items - Cafe is focused on buffet breakfast and fairly pricey dinner menu and room service menu.

Slow internet. You only get terrible free internet in the lobby. In the room, its still terrible (less than 3MB/s) but they charge you up to 75AED/night. Very frustrating.
