A nice hotel. Good breakfast. Good, clean rooms. Our bathroom was an odd shape and a bit crowded fitting both bowls in and being able to reach bench space comfortably, but that I think had more to do with the placement of that particular room. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool and gym are in a separate building. The downstairs bar/restaurant served very good food for dinner with excellent service, though as a non-smoker I wouldnt go there outside dining hours because of the cigarette smoke. They have a little shop with souvenirs and small items travellers sometimes run short on like toothpaste. All in all I liked it, it was a good price for what it offered and I would stay again.

Proactive service of the staff. "Always greet with a smile" concept. The amenities, location and transport connectivity makes this a good hotel. Rooms are also good with good views. Hello staff. Food is also good.

Great location and right next to metro stop. Hotel rooms were good size and very clean. Service was very good too. I had free WiFi also thrown in as I had a little wait for my room. Buffet breakfast was decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay downtown.

Lovely room on 18th floor with complimentary bottles of water and all the facilities. Loved the large window seat and excellent Sheikh Zayed Road view. At separated building, through the rear of the hotel, you can access to pool, gym, sauna and facilities. Towels is provided and bar near the pool area. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Theres an Asian restaurant and bar if youre looking for other options. Concierge was helpful in arranging city tour and guide. Very convenient for the train with the Dubai Mall just one stop. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful waiters and staff. Asked for a harder pillow and housekeeping provided a makeshift pillow which worked. Food is decent. The free wifi is slow - 1 MB but works for most people. Only drawback is that the walls and doors are super thin. Was placed in a room with two adjoining doors - both neighbours were noisy. I didnt ask for a room change since the first two nights things were quiet however if ure checking in try and get a room with no adjoining doors. Also the elevator noise (bell?) can be heard through the room doors. Change the doors please! Overall decent place - would stay again

Services not up to par. Served food is inedible. Guest rooms are littered. They even place the blame on guests if something happens and guests are unaware of that. If you have a plethora of money prefer this hotel and feel contrite about that.

prime location 4 stars hotel. compare to other 4 stars hotels is a little bit in higher side! friendly staffs. walking distance to metro and public bus. many restaurants are around. very nice view with sofa stand behind all windows its a unique design for this hotel.

Great place, location to Metro, shops, cabs and Malls. Staff are superb, helpful and always help, just ask. Has a swimming pool around the back which is nice and quiet although you have to get a lift to it and via a carpark, but no big deal. Sun all day and open until 10pm with a bar and server for food. Lovely hotel rooms clean bathroom and clean everyday tip the staff, they will help you even more for water, tea and coffee. Just dont advantage. Lovely people.

I love staying at this hotel. It is central, and has all the amenities i need, which includes a gym, spa, swimming pool and hairdresser. The rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. The staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. Be sure to try out Teatro on the 3rd floor, where you can sample an array of intercontinental cuisines in a casual and relaxed setting. This is a great restaurant to try with friends, as you would want to order many dishes to try. The menu is insane!

Its a pretty good and decent hotel and also pretty close to the dubai mall and burj khalifa, only one train stop to reach both. But beware of the services you ask for, always ask for the price if they dont inform you. Me and my brother requested our clothes to be cleaned and ironed, they gave us a bill of $100 usd! Total rip off. When my brother was arguing with the general manager, the manager used an excuse like he has a thousand services at the hotel and cant inform us of all of the services yet neither the people at the reception nor the person i was on the phone to informed us of the fee, they had the paper of service cost hidden in the closet, expected us to open every damn compartment and look for paperwork -_- pretty damn ridiculous. The manager was also rude, kalb. All in all, reception is friendly, room amenities are good and the rooms are clean.

Update 26/5/16: Stayed here again and it seems that management have addressed the issues that was mentioned in my earlier review. Therefor giving them well deserved 4 stars. Nice and central hotel, however the hotel staff at entrance is back AGAIN at pushing limousine cars whenever you ask them for a NORMAL taxi / red roof car. It can be easy to suspect them for watching each others through kickbacks... I would normally give it a 4 star, however, this behavious makes me as a guest loose trust in them.

I stayed in Towers Rotana for one night at the beginning of September. Location of this hotel is really great, very close to metro station And only one stop from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Smooth check in, helpful staff and really good breakfast , all we needed after overnight flight. Room was clean and spacious with complimentary Hi speed Wi-Fi. The hotel have also nice bar in the underground, so we can enjoy cold Beer and cigarette in the evening. Overall really nice hotel.

Fantastic hotel! The entire staff, from Front Desk to Club Rotana, is friendly, personable, and remember your name and favorite things. The place is clean, quiet, well-priced, modern looking (recently renovated), and the food is fantastic, even room service! Its also true that there is no free wireless, and the gym is a bit tired.
