    It was amazing! We were booked in Prestige Suite that comes with the VIP Lounge access, and the lounge is so much worth it! The room is so huge and lovely. All the hotel staff from the lobby, reception and pool & beach sides are so nice and helpful. My boyfriend even received boxes of chocolates as birthday present from Sofitel. We will surely go back there!

    Arrival reception was wonderful, refreshing drinks offered. Reception staff helpful and pleasant The rooms were beautifully kept and we had a view overlooking the palm The restaurants have a great variety of food. Staff always on hand to help answer a query or just smile and say hello! We had a wonderful stay, so much so my partner proposed to me. We are hoping to come back for our first wedding anniversary. Highly recommended

    This was my ever best visit to any hotel in UAE... You feel very comfortable in the room , every thing in the room is amazing, the wood combination with natural Stone cladding in the bathroom give you amazing warm feeling making you think to sleep in it instead of the bed. Health club is 7

    Service was exceptional. Food excellent. We could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was beautiful and the pool and beach areas amazing. Shuttle bus to malls was good. Used the spa and that was a totally relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings. Mavana staff were the most helpful we have experienced anywhere in the world. All staff throughout the hotel went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. Thank you.

    My stay at the Sofitel, although short, was a memorable one. The service was of the highest quality Many thanks to Soliman for warm hospitality, efficient service, attention to detail and for going out of his way to ensure that we had the best possible stay for special occasion that we spent at the Sofitel. The resort itself caters for all travellers. It is sophisticated, luxurious, spacious, modern, has a unique style and elegant setting. The upgraded room we were provided was pure luxury. Definitely a resort I will be returning to in the future

    I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very professional including the reception with a lot of benefits for the "Le Club Accor membership". The room and bathroom were more than perfect. The Birthday chocolate gift was fantastic. Restaurants were magnificent and the spa provides a range of body treatments. Hotel facilities were very good and the shuttle bus was very helpful in our vacation.

    A very friendly, luxury hotel with amazing and very helpful staff. Level of service was beyond expectation from 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and very clean . Breakfast was included and there was nice and rich selection with unique offers from Chef. There was many different restaurants to enjoy during the day with very high service. Overall, I would like highly recommend the resort, because personally I will definitely come back again soon!

    Initially it took me a while to get used to my glasses fogging up, but when I overcame that, the resort was my oyster. The welcome to a weary traveler in the wee small hours, the refreshing glass of lime juice, the attentive staff taking the bags to the suite and sharing tips on the bits and bobs just made it all so comforting. Breakfast rated a 12 out of 10, customer service a 14. Cannot thank the housekeeping enough for the attention to detail. The cabana staff by the pools and beach were awesome. Friendly, attentive and on the ball. A wonderful stay and cannot wait to return.

    We had an amazing 5 day stay at the Sofitel, The Palm, Dubai, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was ideal to enjoy the beach and swimming pools and close enough to visit the sites around Dubai. If I would be very critical then, the only slight negative comment I would have: we had specified a room with sea view, but as we were on the first floor we could only see the palm trees in front of the hotel, and the Bose system in the room only had an old style Apple connector and no radio reception so was not usable.

    It was overall an enjoyable stay. our room was pleasant and the bathroom very nice and laid out well enough. A little disappointing was the view of the sea as it was obscured by a large roof area of the building below that jutted out quite a way. Was not asked if would like to upgrade (for a cost) as may have considered this. Porterhouse Restaurant was most enjoyable in all aspects. Laguna though only open at night was an attractive setting. Buffet was not up to the standard of other resorts have visited. Choices were limited, first seating areas was basic and on an occasion we felt almost unwanted as there appeared to be a private party in operation but no-one had mentioned this in advance. Maui bar looked fine but food was basic and the drinks ridiculously expensive. Would consider coming again but need assurances that some uplift had occurred. Staff however, were delightful and professional and made us feel special.

    Overall I had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi signal in my room was extremely weak and barely worked. I had to leave my room to be able to use it properly. Also I asked for a wake-up call at check-in but I did not get one.

    All the staff at the hotel have been fantastic and willing to go the extra mile each time we spoke with anyone. From the concierge helping me to store my bags when I arrived, the check-in staff that assisted getting our room ready when I arrived very early, to the staff that assisted with booking our excursion, all fantastic. Thank you all so much!

    Here on the first stop of our honeymoon and it was perfect for the 4 nights we were here. All the staff were fantastic and could never do enough for you. Extra mention for the Porter House restaurant too - we had the chateau briand, and it was one of the finest meals weve had for a long time. Thank you for having us.

    This is our fifth time in Dubai .We usually stay at The Atlantis but the last few times have found it very noisy, busy and impersonal. We were delighted with our opera suite. There was plenty of room and it was kept spotlessly clean by the friendly ,helpful room attendant. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The Hotel has managed to create the perfect atmosphere. We wont be going back to The Atlantis infact we nipped there for dinner and found it dreadful. However next time we are in Dubai we will be back to the Sofitel and will certainly recommend it to family and friends. Please dont change access to The lounge it was great to go and have a bit of peace in the afternoon.The Atlantis have widened its entry into their Imperial Club and now you have to queue and wait and wait and its noisy and you feel rushed. You have got it just right.I cannot praise the hotel enough.

    Great hotel, right size. Nice beach and pool area. Had a wonderful vacation. Very friendly staff. One small thing to improve: we did not always get at the first try what weve ordered: Two eggs instead of one, with salmon instead of ham, one coffee instead of two... small mistakes, but I think they could get fixed. Anyway - we would book again in your hotel, if we are in Dubai the next time.

    Absolutely cannot fault our stay from the minute we stepped out of the car upon arrival we were made to feel so welcome and we were treat like royalty. We received a complimentary upgrade with flowers and chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary and this was a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at 1am after a very tiresome journey ! The hotel its self was beautiful both inside and out and despite staying during the month of Ramadan there was absolutely no issues that affected our stay as some people had warned when you stay during this time. The room itself was very clean and well equipped and the service was phenomenal, nothing was too much ! The shuttle bus to the Malls was very handy and saved us a small fortune in taxi fares, we used this daily to get out and about allowing us to access the metro system from the malls Etc. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, as were the bars and restaurants on site. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Dubai and will defininately be returning soon !!

    Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. I want to thank all the staff at Sofitel The Palm Dubai ... it was the best first few days of our honeymoon we could have imagined. Honestly all the staff were so helpful and friendly, I couldnt fault them. They were all so attentive, and were willing to assist with anything we needed. The room we were upgraded to was the best surprise also ... and the thought and presentation that went into decorating the room for our honeymoon was amazing. Having worked at Pullman hotels in Australia and knowing the standard to which the Sofitel brand is held, this Sofitel exceeded all my expectations. We will definitely be recommending this hotel and will be back. Thank you all so much! I wish I could name you all but unfortunately I have a memory like a goldfish! Best, Lauren and Simon Broadway

    Best hotel and resort Ive been to in Dubai.. and Ive been to a lot. The service here is impeccable the food is delicious and the facilities are second to none. You pay for it, but if youre looking for a comfortable stay with everything you need at your fingertips and all in a very relaxing atmosphere then look no further.

    Beautiful hotel, amazing location and facilities, very spacious room, well equipped, tastefully design of the room, you can feel the harmony of colours and architectural style everywhere in the resort. And, overall, a good selection of restaurants. The hotel is always busy but does not seem prepared to accommodate all the guests needs. We found it difficult to be accommodated by the main pool on a Friday and we were informed that "unfortunately, we came on a Friday and it is very busy. Well, that is not the answer a guest wants to hear. On the reception service, speaking less and doing more would be fantastic. The CSR was speaking non stop even contracting us when trying to share some of the less positive experiences. Live entertainment would add flavour and spice to the guests experience but we could not find any: not in the pool, not in the restaurants. Well equipped gym and great selection of spa treatments. Hotels app was inviting us to the advantage of various offers and promotions that the staff wasnt necessarily aware of. However, that wasnt a big problem, it was just the time we had to wait until we got the final bill. There are plenty of facilities and activities for children which was very good. Overall a nice experience, some work on the customer scrie scripts when dealing with customers would tremendously help.

    I am a regular customer in Sofitel the palm and it was my fourth visit and the worst at all. First of all, I booked the room from the Sofitel website and already mentioned that I want to have a room with a good view but I really shocked about the room that they gave me it was on the lowest floor blocked by the trees and one building!! I went to the front desk and asked them to change it and they gave us other room in the third floor with a great view! The question is what is the reason for to giving us the room from the beginning?? Secondly, the photographer in the swimming pool area “””So pushy!! Talking too much!! Aggressive for taking photos !!!””” for five stars hotel it is so bad to have this service in the swimming pool area where everyone wants to enjoy and have his privacy not talking to the photographer for 15 or 20 minutes !! Really cannot imagine what they are doing!! Everyone was telling them do not take photos and we don’t want to chat with you!! Don is not let them be friendly in this way we came for relaxing not talking with them and pushing them out! Third! The bathroom was so bad!! All the day water comes out with stopping!! Nobody came for maintenance and we were suffering from it. Fourth and the most important thing! We received the worst room cleaning service ever that I had in my life! When they clean the room we receive it without new amenities they kept old one without replacing them! Also, they did not remove old trash and some papers in the room! Adding to that they did not fix the bathroom problem that we asked for!! So what is the reason for charging us 10% room service? All in all, this is the last visit for Sofitel the palm to not face such problems with them!!

    Our room was spectacular! And the hotels facilities were amazing! Our favorite was the swimming pool! We loved that the pool has an automatic temperature adjusting feature. Too bad we werent able to try the pool with slides because it closed early. In Manava where we had our breakfast buffet. It would be great if the workers there would be a little more courteous. A "simple thank you" and "youre welcome," is so nice to hear especially when youre having an early breakfast. Overall, we really liked the hotel even if its at the end of the palm.

    Beautiful spa with amazing amenities. When I first arrived I felt a bit rushed by the front desk staff which changed made me uneasy, but that was quickly washed away the staff inside who took their time showing me around. I had a one hour oriental spa treatment with access to spa amenities for the rest of the day. Great experience

    You have a priority check-in for Le Club members but because it is busy, we all had to queue at the same place... Then why do I am a Le Club member? We booked a sea view room and got a parking view room. Got explained that it was a sea view but we were low floor... Finally got upgraded to a Palm view room. Honestly even on the 4th floor (highest) the other room would have been a parking view room.

    Resort was great, room service is a bit delayed. We forgot 2 items, and left the country. However, we are very upset about the service we received as two different representative claimed that they could not find the item, and third time when we called back, they finally claimed that they found it; BUT there will be shipping charges of 250 AED. We immediately got very upset. We had to call so many times for it and finally they found it now there is a surcharge? Thats just ridiculous. My boyfriend and I we are frequent travellers, this is really the first time experiencing this situation. It would be great if they can double check before they notify us. That also goes towards other guests if it happens.

    We Stayed here two years ago for my Husbands 50th Birthday which was fantastic had one of the Apartments it was beautiful, Restaurants were lovely, and we loved the pools, We are Returning there 23rd, August this year, to Celebrate my 50th this time feeling so Excited,,..... Hope it is as Good as we had two years ago . .. We love Dubai Been coming to Dubai for 14 Years now People ask us why we Love it What can i say, !!! The Standard of Hotels Everything about The Country is Amazing .. And i can even Ski here on an Evening ...

    My famil and I stayed at the Sofitel The Palm Resort & Spa in March 2016 and had a great all round experience. Throughout our two week stay we were very well looked after and the staff were excellent which is why we are returning again in July this year! We returned in July 2017 knowing full well the temperatures can rise above 50 degrees! Yes, its cheaper at this time of year as as long as you can bare the heat it is still a wonderful experience. This visit was partly about business too and getting around to various appointments was easy, even to Abu Dhabi. This time we did not have an apartment but one of the hotels family suits which worked quite well for us despite no kitchen or washing machine! The hotel laundry service is very expensive but we have discovered an external laundry service! I am sure that future visits will revolve around an apartment and savings can be made on doing your own laundry and some cooking. Will keep you posted.

    Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. They were very helpful and serviceminded all of them and made all of us feel special. The resort is perfect! Would have prefered more lunch alternatives, since most of the restaurants opend in the evening. Moana was my favorite. And some how my bikini whent missing.. that was a big disapointing. I know that I forget it in the hotel room when we checked out, but when I contact the lost and found office they say not found...

    Not worth the money. Room service is very poor you have to ask many times. The wifi is not very fast. Room is ok but only 2 plugs to charge your devices (none of them near bed). Also the "sea view luxury suite" has A BIT of sea view on the 3rd floor but you mainly see a very awful rooftop with cigarettes thrown on it. Definately not coming back. For the same price you can get WAY better in the Palm.

    Every thing was perfect The only thing which I didnt like is the Spa rules. When we asked them that me and my wife we like to have a couple massage they informed us that the rules of spa is male to male and female to female even for couple massage For this we had to do booking with other 5* hotel in the palm to manage to get the service we were expecting.

    Outstanding service. If you decide to stay here prepare to be treated like royalty. This resort is less then 5 years old and looks like it opened the day before we arrived. Simply immaculate. Ultra modern design and amenities. Due to the unique nature of the palm island design of the island, you get sea and beach views in virtually every room on the property. Only complaint is the beach area closes at 6pm nightly( too early for me) otherwise perfect.

    WE were for weekend break, I have a leg fracture with Handycap needing sticks to walk . I asked for a nice room close to the lifts and restaurants. Instead I was given the room 1220 the far most room they had !!! I booked a sea view room and was given a low level room with no view pretending that this was an upgrade !!!

    Stay was lovely. The only issue we had was that our room was not ready when we arrived which we thought it would be, which was our mistake but we had travelled all night with our 4 year old & it was our honeymoon so it would have been good to have somewhere to rest.

    The reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and good from inside and I have enjoyed the fish food Golf. But the room had very bad view, I have reserved sea view, but I got no view, like a room inside any building not in the palm resort, the restaurant food was below average, since I have experience with almost all the 5 stars hotel in UAE. however, I would like to thank everybody for the welcoming and I hope my comments will help for better future.

    The staff is friendly overall, food is a total disapointment considering Sofitel is a 5 star resort, you should really work on the food quality and the dishes you offer. I felt like I was in fast food most of the time eating. Also the towels on the beach/pool are old and washed up, should really change them. App and the bathroom is very nice, also the hotel and sorrounding is very well maintained.

    I came here a few years back with other half. Proposed along the beach after a romantic dinner. Everything went to plan and now I have a Fiance and the best memories of this place. The rest is history :)

    We spent 2 nights at the resort and really enjoyed the overall quietness of our stay. Although the resort is huge, the overall layout makes a peaceful place aside from the Manava restaurant during peak hours. The room was very nice (bathroom was stunning) and comfortable and we really enjoyed the SoSpa. The staff was generally helpful although the service crew at the Manava restaurant did not impress us and was not at the level of the rest of the hotel from our point of view (probably overwhelmed by the number of guests). Moana restaurant on the opposite was really nice, as always, and the food was great. A very enjoyable stay that could have been better...had we got the chance to stay longer.

    The Sofitel Dubai Palm is a great resort. Staff always very polite and willing to help. Service is exceptional across all areas (reception, housekeeping, restaurant). Rooms are modern, spacious and immaculately cleaned every day. There is a good choice of restaurants on site. We stayed on a half board basis which included breakfast and lunch or dinner (daily voucher enables you to choose). There is a large outdoor pool/sand area for small kids as well as an indoor childrens play area so very family friendly. The resort is further away from the "big city" feel of Dubai, located on the edge of the Palm next to The Atlantis. They provide a useful shuttle bus service to the Atlantis, Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates so options to explore. Taxi prices are reasonable in Dubai. Prices are high at the Sofitel but expected for a 5 star resort (all prices include 10% service charge and 10% authority charge so nothing extra to add on). Overall, excellent!

    This is an excellent resort. Brilliant for families, the 2 bed apartment suites are up to date and spacious. 3-4 heated pools and a creche for children which is very safe.     I have been twice at this resort and I felt so relaxed and had alot of fun as well. Our room was in a polynesian style, huge and gorgeous (BEACH SUITE #6005). It has a private terase from where you can easily reach the resort beach. But be careful, you can locked from the inside and not from outside. Rich breakfast but I recommend to eat inside because of the annoying hungry birds that are sneaking around and waiting for the chance to steal something from your plate. The resort has several pools, just please, do not forget your slippers as I did. The ground in May is hot! Pools are nice and warm. You can order a drink by pressing a button on the table next to your seat and the service is there. I loved the evening walks after sunset where I´ve enjoyed the lights of Dubai and of the beautiful Atlantis. A big plus of the resort is for the family opportunities: pools, attractions for the kids, easy and calm enviroment. Stayed May 2017

    Me and my partner genuinely had the best hotel experience weve ever had anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is stunning and the facilities such as the different pools, private beach and a la carte restaurants were incredible. What really made our stay though was the staff, from the second we arrived to the second we left they were always on hand to assist with anything. The concierge staff do a wonderful job of organising your stuff when you arrive and sorting out transport for you throughout your stay not to mention there attention to detail! Our room was always well looked after by the cleaning staff and the service at the restaurants was also incredible. We tried the Porterhouse, Bottega and also Maui Beach for a picnic under the stars where i proposed to my girlfriend. Sanjeev at Maui Beach was incredible and I Thank him and his colleagues sincerely for making our engagement night one we will never forget. The restaurant staff in Bottega and Porterhouse were also in a class of there own and the food was as good as we had anywhere on our trip! We have already recommended to several friends and family and we too hope to visit again sometime soon. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

    We had a wonderful five day stay. A lovely room, excellent food and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the team in the Porterhouse restaurant and the concierge lady (Hamamae?) who tried her best to confirm our airport limo booking on a Friday. All was solved in the end though. The choice of restaurants is broad, with varying ambience to suit the mood. However the speed of service varied greatly. I suspect this is a problem for those with children. The gluten/wheat-free choices are somewhat limited in the Laguna and Hong Loong restaurants. The mild chaos of the Manava at breakfast takes a day or so to master, but you soon get into the swing of it. If eating outside, dont leave your table unguarded when you head inside for more toast - the local Minahs and Jackdaws are watching closely and will move in! The WiFi signal is excellent in most places around the hotel, except in our room, where it varied by the minute. I suspect this will be hard to fix without dedicated equipment. The courtesy bus to the Dubai Malls was useful and an adventure akin to "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel". Arrive early with sharp elbows! Could do with a larger bus or a more frequent/flexible timetable but hey, its a free service and there are plenty of other options. Although with the current traffic conditions on the Palm, a courtesy helicopter service would be useful - I jest. All in all, Highly Recommended - We will be be back next time were passing through Dubai.

    This resort is quite literally an oasis in the dry desert heat. All the facilities and amenities you could possibly need and want on a vacation, including a 24hr mini mart! Palm surrounded pools and a private beach. Attentive staff, hidden most of the time, but when needed seem to magically appear within the blink of an eye. The accommodation was spectacular. We had a beach suite and it exceeded all expectations. If youre looking for a place to relax, find your zen, yet has quick and easy access to Dubais sites, shopping and entertainment, Id highly recommend making a booking.

I first thought that the walls are fake plants until I got close and touched them. They have planted the walls from top to bottom. What we loved the most was the childrens centre.     Stayed here in march . I came with my 78year old mother and was really tired after travelling all night. Arrived about 10am at reception and was told we couldnt have our room for at least hour and half. We understood and laid on a sunbed for that time then went back and said if it was ready. They then told us it wont be until another hour. It was 2pm until we had our room.i felt they made no effort at all to get our room ready early. We were very disappointed. Room was lovely and breakfast was good but was a bit disappointed with waiting so long for the room.

    My Husband and I stayed here for a week in Feb 2016. Our stay was very pleasant, we were upgraded to the palm view upon booking our package holiday with Emirates, which was brilliant! The room was lovely, we had no complaints! The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Just be aware that if you are on a half board package drinks are not included! ( Emirates fail to tell you this when you book, we couldnt see it anywhere so just assumed soft drinks would be included or at least water- our fault for not asking them before booking I guess! Half board included breakfast and lunch or dinner only. You are provided with half board restaurant vouchers upon arrival, so be sure to carry these with you when you go out for dinner, otherwise you will have to go back to your room to get it! You are provided with the same house water in your rooms, but are not allowed to take this to dinner in any of the restaurants. We thought the prices were far too high even for a bottle of house water and a can of soda. Just be prepared if you are thinking of drinking, especially alcoholic drinks! If you are thinking of getting a taxi from the hotel....we suggest you wait for the cream taxis, we didnt have to wait more than 10 mins really, and there is a free shuttle daily to Atlantis Hotel, Emirates and Dubai Mall. The concierge and hotel staff will offer the hotels taxi ( Black cab) which is standard rate of 100dirhams however you can get to Dubai mall for anywhere between 65-75dirhams with the normal taxi so its worth just waiting a few mins. The beach was lovely, the water was quite cold but I suppose for this time of year it would be. Some people did brave it! The pools however were nice and warm. There were plenty of activities to do on the beach.....water sports- which we thought again were very pricey, but there are other activities like table tennis, volley ball, football and bowls which were free. Its great for kids as they supplied badminton rackets, tennis balls, swing bat and ball and there was a small area to play basket ball. Overall great place to stay it was a 5 min car journey to the Atlantis hotel, where you can visit the aquarium and there is a water park- (all at a cost of course), but plenty to do.

    Had the most amazing stay here. The room is beautiful and very clean. Staff are very helpful ignore all the bad reviews its total rubbish. This place is amazing. You can easily walk to your room unless your lazy then u could get the buggy but its a lovely walk back in the evenings. The pools are amazing the beech is perfect. Not busy hotel at all.. its so big that everyone is spaced out. We didnt wait long at all for our drinks and food at the pool area which was lovely. Cold towels and fruit also brought around whilst sunbathing. Like I said an amazing place to stay and would defo come back. Only downside is food expensive but what do you expect being in a 5star hotel on the palm. Pop down to the atlantis hotel and have a starbucks much cheaper :)

    Unfortunatly a really bad experience... Ive seen many "five" star hotels in my life. The Sofitel "luxury" Palm hotel in Dubai was by far the worst Ive every experienced. Why? The hotel has not atmosphere at all. The LOBBY looks like a new fancy train station in Bejing and has a similiar inspiring attitude - simply big, noisy and unfriendly. Same with the main restaurant. The BEACH is way to small for this crowd of people. You can littarly see what other are texting into their mobile phones as you are so close to each and everyone. If you think you can simply order something on the beach, I mean nothing special, just an expresso for example, you will struggel to get a waiter for at least 45 minutes, and of cours, it will also take at least 45 minutes until your expresso will be delivered.. In the meantime the expresso will propably have lost some of its temperatur.. And yeah, at that time you havent received the bill yet, just to keep that in mind.. The CONSIERGE isnt very helpfull at all. You cant expect to get any advise from him of a certain kitchen or location to have dinner. If you can tell him exactly where to go, he might be able to book a table for you.. But my experience was that he was "told" that its fully booked and when I personally called up they suddenly had a table.. He might just called up an other restaurant indeed, because that also happend as we arrived in a restaurant asking for our table/reservation, which wasnt done at that restaurant even I was told so from the consierge... The ROOM didnt look that bad actually. The problem was that the lights werent really working. During sleeping hours they used to turn on suddenly, few times per night.. In the morning, the light in the bathroom was not working properly.. A so called 5 STAR LUXURY hotel would notice that by itself, at least this is my experience from proper 5 star hotels.. Last but not least, a fire alarm went off? Right, not a bad thing in case of a REAL fire - but a VERY BAD thing in case of NO FIRE and 6.00 am... THE GENERAL MANAGER, after the wrong fire alarm I asked the consierge to meet with the GM, the consierge promised me, that the GM would meet me in my room at 12 pm... I dont know if he every really intended to meet with me, I left the room at 12.30 pm.. MY ADVISE: PRICE/QUALITY TOTAL MISSMATCH. DONT GO.

    Altijd fijn als je een hotel hebt geboekt en je ontdekt dat je goed gekozen hebt. Alles lijkt in dit hotel te kloppen. De entree is prachtig en er hangt een heerlijke geur. De kamer was zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht (wel zeer onhandige kranen). Het personeel vriendelijk, het zwembad heerlijk. De restaurants gezellig. En zo voort. Je wil eigenlijk heel Dubai niet meer in. Overigens ligt de monorail naast het Atlantis. Dat is een kwartiertje lopen vanuit het hotel langs een niet al te leuke weg maar prima te doen. De monorail sluit weer aan op de tram waarmee je eigenlijk over kan komen. Als je eens iets anders dan een taxi wil een prima optie. Negatieve punten over het hotel opnoemen is best lastig. Opvallend slecht is de Wifi. Je kunt betaald een snellere verbinding nemen maar dat past eigenlijk niet bij zon hotel. Jammer. Ander minpuntje was de muffe geur op de gang waar we zaten. Houd er in Dubai wel rekening mee dat eten en drinken duur is. Je bent per dag de kamerprijs ook nog wel aan eten en drinken kwijt (als je dat er niet bij in hebt geboekt).

    Отличное место, хороший сервис, внимательный персонал, Кухня- шведский стол весьма разнообразный, кроме этого несколько ресторанов а ля карт- рыбный, азиатский, европейский. Несколько пул баров. Отдельно отмечу сервис на пляже- Вам принесут полотенца, найдут свободные места и всяко за вами поухаживают. Кроме того Вы сможете дополнительно оплатить 400 дерхам (130$) и в вашем распоряжении беседка с двумя лежаками и зонтик, а так же напитки безалкогольные и фруктовая тарелка с мороженым. Прекрасное, средней цены, спа- где можно заказав процедуру, провести целый день в приватном бассейне и зоне массажей джакузи разных видов. В целом хороший, добротный, чистый отель. Не дёшево, но и не супер дорого. Советую всем, кто может себе позволить.

    المنتجع جدا جميل هناك قسم للغرف الفندية وقسم للشقق الفندقية . اعجبني كثرة المسابح ووجود مركز للاطفال وحضانة خاصه لهم وسينما كذلك . استايل المنتجع جدا جميل وكأنك في احد منتجعات شرق اسيا . طريقة التوصيل للشقق عن طريق سيارات القولف. اللي ما عجبني تأخر وصول سيارات القولف عند طلبها ومرات تضطر انك تتأخر لاكثر من نص ساعة .

    LHôtel Sofitel Palm à Dubai est un très belle hôtel, une situation très agréable, tranquille, qui permet de passer de très agréables vacances. Le confort des chambres aussi très, nous avions une suite junior avec une superbe salle de bain et un double balcon. Les infrastructures dans la chambre sont bonnes le personnel de chambre ne sais que faire pour vous êtes agréables. Par contre ayant une carte Gold Sofitel je nai eu a aucun sur classement et aucune précaution, je me demande a quoi sert cette carte ? dans lensemble bonne prestation

    늦은 시간 체크인을 했슴에도 불구하고 아이를 위해 소파베드를 준비해주셔서 감사했습니다. 일정상 다음날 아침 일찍 체크아웃했지만, 리조트 경관을 보는 순간 하루 더 묵고 싶었던 아쉬움이 기억나네요. 언젠가 기회가 된다면 다시금 방문하고픈 호텔로 추천 드립니다.

    Très bonne surprise pour nous! Le lieu, le cadre, lambiance, laccueil, un séjour parfait. Hôtel de grande classe, toutes les personnes y travaillant sont agréables et souriant avec une ambiance chaleureuse dans un cadre magnifique face à la mer. Le spa exceptionnelle avec des massages du corps complet à couper le souffle, ne passez pas à côté rentrée et adopter. Les cocktails des restaurants tous très attrayants visuellement comme gustative-ment avec des plats dune saveur et dune présentation méritent une grande reconnaissance pour un 5* luxe. 1er voyage pour nous en couple, notre séjour sest déroule la semaine du 17/06 au 24/06/2017 dans la suite 6102. Lors de cette semaine avons eu chaleur, soleil, un régal! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir en famille.

    Suffyan et Mr Win se sont très bien occupés de moi. En étant arrivée très tôt le matin, ils ont réussi à me trouver une chambre bien avant lheure de check-in et je les remercie vraiment. Ce fut très agréable. La chambre était magnifique. Le lit incroyable et autant la douche que le bain était parfait.

    Wir waren 9 Tage im Sofitel The Palm in Dubai. Beim Check-In wurde festgestellt, dass wir nur ein Appartment reserviert hatten und nicht wie gewünscht 2 Appartement. Das war ein Fehler des Reiseanbieters. Egal ... nach langem hin und her bekamen wir das 2. Zimmer. Wegen den Umtrieben wurde uns kostenlos ein Upgrade auf ein grösseres Appartement angeboten.Tolle Geste des Hotels :-) Aufenthalt -> Super Sauberkeit der Zimmer - Super Mitarbeiter -> Super, immer sehr freundlich Restaurant -> Super Wenn Dubai dann bestimmt wieder das Sofitel The Palm Hotel :-) Einen lieben Gruss an Viktor

    5 yıldızlı lüks ve birçok ödül almış bir otele göre vasat. Odalar, temizlik ve hizmet açısından çok iyi. tesis Türkiye deki oteller ile kıyaslandığında çok küçük. Örneğin sadece bir havuzu var. Plajdaki kum çakıl ile kum arası ve su çok çabuk derinleşiyor ve yüzme alanınız sınırlandırıldığı için çok küçük bir alanda yüzmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Gece gündüz otele ait ek ücret ile satın alacağınız su sporları dışında hiç bir etkinlik yok. Biz balayı çifti olmamıza ve bunu belirtmemize rağmen odamıza sadece bir çikolata koyulmuştu. Restoranlar orta iyi arası ama çok pahalı.

    فندق غالي والقيمة مقابل المال سيئة جدا لان مافيه خدمة ولا سرعة إنجاز ، لكن مانبغا نظلمهم الغرفة كانت مريحة جدا والنشاطات بالفندق كثيرة ومتوفرة لكنها تغلق الساعة الثامنة ليلا .
