The food is not good, but the neighbouring cafe delivers to your room, which is your best option for decent food. The water has two temperatures: Nice for a bath ("cold") and OMFG TOO HOT STOP IT! ("hot"). Staff is friendly. Man I hate the fire alarm testing. The process takes forever and makes it impossible to sleep. Would not return unless forced to.

One of the best budget hotels in Dubai. Easy access for all corners of Dubai. Parking is not a well build one but compared to the well built parkings of Dubai city, I thought this was much better. Never have to look for parking

Nice neat and clean rooms, friendly staff and room service. But there is not a lot to do in the area. All around you youll find construction sites etc. Maybe will be better in a year or 2. Would not recommend if you are travelling with children as there is nothing to do for them. Also quite a distance from the malls.

The hotel is nice and new. Small and cute. Nice for a quick stay. Only reason I gave it three stars is because they do not give you two keys like other hotels and like all the other hotels in Dubai . You need the room key in order for the lights and ac to stay on. Which is bad only because Dubai is always hot and then you have to wait for the room to cool off because they only give you one key. I like to go back to a room that is already cool not stuffy.

I just called in to make a reservation for a month or 2 or even more and the receptionist just said that the person responsible is off today, i offered her to take my number and call me but she was like No i will give u a number to call and i replied saying; well u know what dont bother because i just called a couple of hotels before i call you and they were very keen to have my number and call me back. And she was like Ok, thank u. Not a very good impression guys. Thank you.

I dont dislike the hotel as I am a regular i just dislike the attitude of the front office male who attended to me last night who knows me very well. Suddenly he asks if I want a smoking or non-smoking room when I stay there most times weekly as I live in the UAE in another Emirate. He very well knows I only like the twin Venice rooms which I also stayed in last week and I am a smoker where on all occasions they gave me an ashtray but suddenly he informs me that the entire floors of the Venice rooms are non-smoking! This after a couple of months? I was really upset and left and drove back to my Emirate which was 1.5hrs. I dont understand this attitude when all these months it was acceptable to give me a Venice room and never ask if I smoked! I dont like the other rooms some of the furniture of the Tokyo rooms was chipped and I disliked this and not as airy looking and feeling as the Venice, some were in a corner, dark dingy look and feel and a bit creepy feeling too, where I am a female but no regard at all. Very disappointing since I called this home away from home, I think not at anytime in the future!

The pros and cons are as: Pros: Very new clean and luxury, Close to the airport, friendly staff and quiet environment, Cons: landscape is still in development, rooms are somewhat smaller for luxury and be sure to print a map so your taxi driver will know where to go.

Хорошее место для такой цены. Персонал очень вежливый. В комнате чисто, работают кондиционеры, душ горячий и холодный. Отель новый и очень уютный. Кухня прекрасная, готовят очень вкусно. Рекомендую.

Uno dei peggiori Hotel dove ho soggiornato a Dubai. Camere piccole e bagno non allaltezza degli standard Europei. La colazione e la cena sono orribili, cibo scadente e personale a volte scortese. Al mio arrivo in camera non erano presenti asciugamani e mancava lacqua calda che sono riuscito ad avere solo dopo molti solleciti. Sconsiglio vivamente

Не очень удачно расположен. Вокруг песок и стройка. Метро вроде и не очень далеко, но лучше на такси, по жаре и по песку тяжело. Хорош, если Вы не надолго и на машине
