Used Ramada hotel for my 3 nights in Dubai and must say I was impressed with my stay. Its not the most fancy hotel in Dubai but its a pleasant stay nonetheless. There is an outdoor pool, gym sauna and steam room which is free to use, although theyre not the biggest facilities.The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help, I did have an issue where one of the staff members didnt understand that they could book a minivan to take us to the airport, however that was solved by speaking to another staff member. The snacks and drinks in the rooms are a nice touch, however they are not free and you will be charged, the tea and coffee however is free. The room service is quite nice and there are a variety of options, which are available round the clock. Overall a great experience and one which I would recommend

Extremely bad, thats two words for this place. It looks all nice until you enter the building and are hit with the smell of smoke. No matter where you go even in non smoke areas just smoke. They dont have any good equipment and will overcharge you. As my father once said this place is quack
