The hotel is well conveniently located next to a metro stop, as well for the tram to Marina Dubai Mall. However, the food is not great. Its not bad but just unexciting. Breakfast serves its purpose but cannot be described as yummy. This was my first stay at this hotel, and what the free upgrade made the stay much more enjoyable. I loved the room they gave me on the upgrade, but the first room they offered was not inviting to stay it. It was located close to the elevators and did not seem to get any sunlight. Room 1409 was beautiful, bright, airy and spacious. TV channels were limited to a few.

I had a great welcom to Pullman by staff at the check-in counter. Also the room is good however there was some water leak from the shower room but it was managable. Otherwise all was really warm and friendly by all staffs at hotels. Breakfast was considered as standard set up. The gym room is convenient and has vary equipments. It was on the 34 floors and you can see the view from the top. There was a cool bar at the basement which has several kinds of drinks which you should not miss those. Enjoy my stay there.

Fantastic and friendly service! The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Good hotel, right in the heart of Jumeirah Lake towers. On-site parking was convenient, the staff friendly and helpful. Got an early check in for a VIP friend. Breakfast was nice. Smallish lobby for a five star, but still, overall a nice hotel.

I stayed at jumeirah pullmann For 3 days with my wife. Staff is very good and the hotel is amazing. The Pool is beatiful, i stayed there during hot hours. The gym and spa are very large, it was very Satisfactory to train there. One of the best point was the breakfast, we found all we can to desire, from sushi to noodle, from fresh bakery to benedict eggs and all was delicious!

The staff here is really nice and polite. They help you with anything you need even before you ask. Even the cleaners are really nice, and when you pass them they will say stuff like " Good morning, sir. I hope you have a great day" etc. Makes the stay even better. The pool could be bigger, but pool on the 35th floor makes it even. Breakfeast is tasty but should probably have some more choices through out the week.

Very average, at best. Run-down and not really near anything, means you are stuck in the hotel unless you want to get a cab out. The pool is average, the place needs a face-lift. They dont seem to do a turn-down service either. Wouldnt use again. Definitely not good value for money.

This is a good hotel located on the metro line . So you can take Dubai metro straight from the airport to reach this . This is close to all the main attractions of Dubai . The hotel staff is friendly and vegetarian chooses are available close by .

Room Service is really very bad, they even dont change the towels we used for 2 days .... Wifi is really very bad compared to other close by hotels .... Executive lounge service is very good ... The boy Jagadish very well handles the Customers over der ... He very well remembers your taste and what u want to have ... Really I dont miss coming to Executive Lounge because of that Jagadish .. Management should hire such persons to give good services to der customers ... If in future I would like to stay in Pullman then I would book Executive room only because of good services at Executive lounge...

Convenient for those who wants to explore city, so many shopping malls around - Ibn Battuta, Marina Mall, Mall of Emirates. the hotels few outlets - Manzoni is worth to be tried amazing italian dishes served to us. El peor momento fue cuando llegamos. Subimos a la habitación, y el lavabo estaba roto, conectamos con recepción para que enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento y tardó más de una hora en llegar. Nos hubiera gustado aprovechar ese tiempo, pero tuvimos que quedarnos esperando en la habitación. Nos pasó algo parecido con el aire acondicionado, no sabíamos de dónde se bajaba, lo comentamos en recepción y pasó otro buen rato hasta que una persona nos aportó la solución. Casi dos horas "perdidas" en la habitación. Después nos encontramos con que el agua de la ducha se salía cada vez que la utilizábamos. Se montaba una piscina en el baño que teníamos que secar con alguna de vuestras toallas, lo cual no era nada agradable. Salvando todo esto, lo demás ha estado genial. Los desayunos extraordinarios, la bienvenida en la habitación por ser luna de miel también genial. El personal de recepción encantador. En la piscina hemos estado muy a gusto y con muy buen servicio. En conclusión, salvando todos esos detalles, la experiencia ha sido buena.

Je me suis rendu dans cet hotel avec ma femme et ma fille de 16 mois. La chambre qui ma été attribuée était située juste en face de la salle de replie du personnel de lhotel avec toutes les nuisances que cela comporte lorsque lon voyage avec un bébé. Le lit bébé était inconfortable avec un matelas presque inexistant. La chambre de lhôtel ne disposait même pas dun four a micro ondes et lorsque jen ai demandé un ou même de savoir ou je pouvais le rechauffer moi même on ma repondu que cétait impossible. Le seul moyen pour rechauffer de la nourriture bébé dans cet hotel etait de telephoner le 1159 et dattendre que quelquun veuille bien venir pour réchauffer le pot de bébé en me demandant de signer une decharge de responsabilités et dattendre quil daigne revenir. Le service de voiturier se plaint quand on sort plus de 2 fois dans la journée. Je ne sais pas si ce mauvais traitement est du au fait que je soit membre de la compagnie air france et du tarif collaborateur dont jai bénéficié. Tout cela pour vous dire que je ne conseillerais cet hôtel a personne.

Un bon hôtel busines, très bon rapport qualité prix. Manque un peu de souplesse commerciale (on ne sait pas me dire la veille si je pourrai profiter de learly check-in, finalement cest bon le matin même mais moyennant un upgrade de tout le séjour). Mais les prestations sont irréprochables et le personnel accueillant (clin dœil à Praveen, du cleaning service).
