Our second stay at the Pullman Dubai we had such a great stay last time two years ago. Fantastic location close to the airport for the late night arrivals and late night departures. The late night check in and late night check out is a fantastic service. The very good shopping centre located next door to the hotel with access directly from the hotel (a great thing when the outside temperature is 40+) with the train station at the end of the shopping centre means you have easy access to the rest of Dubai . Or taxis at the front door. The hotel is top class with every facility you could want. Great restaurant, sports bar, travel desk and the most amazing staff. The service was faultless, we were only there for three days but the staff remembered our names, room number and cheerfully and professionally provided amazing service.

Its our first day as married couple and our stay in Pullman was extremely awesome, as we enter the hotel Ms. Felicia in the reception welcomed us warmly, her smile makes us feel very comfortable, she explained briefly the facilities and the services they have. Location of this hotel is superb, with a direct access to one of the biggest shopping center in Dubai, the well-known Dubai City Center. A place which does not need to be presented, a sublime shopping mall.

I love Pullman Deira City Centre Hotel. Been sleeping there for the past 4 years or so. My issue is with the bathroom. My rooms were 820 and 824 this time. Each morning when I open the tap in the bathroom in 820 and the bathroom in the hall, a yellowish water flows first before clear water comes through. The tap handle in the shower also comes off at times. Also there used to be a floor towel and a floor towel mat but now only the mat is available. Because of the design of the glass on the bath, the place gets wet so the towel helps better than the mat. Other than that, everything is ok. Love the place. Im a hotelier so I know how difficult it can be at times but it can be done. You have lovely staff and loads of potential

The hotel is very very good. Staff members are very helpful especially Amine, John and Nuqman. They make sure that our stay is always comfortable. I like the room, it is very spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is also great and have a wide variety not to mention also the bar, very good ambiance. We arrive very tired after an overnight flight. Rooms were not ready before 6:30am so we had a wait. Staff were very attentive. We had mini breakfast available. The room was ready at 6:30am but the Sofa Bed we needed for the 2 kids was not prepared. Other than that the facilities, proximity to airport and Mall and the food and staff were all great. Perfect for a 1 night stop.

Pullman City Center is my home away from home. Ive stayed in this fine hotel more than 10 times in the past 3 years on business trips with my friend. My last stay was from July 27th till July 31st. I booked an executive room. The check in process was fast thank to Michelle. the Rooms was spacious and very well equipped. the bathroom was perfectly clean. me and my friend really enjoyed the executive lounge specially the happy hours. I love the rooftop pool. Very clean and an awesome place to enjoy the sun. Pullman has the greatest staff in the world. they are always welcoming and smiling and attentive and that makes me feel at home. The breakfast was good as always. wide variety of foods for every tastes. I also enjoyed the drinks in La Fabrique bar. you should try "Burger Moment" with couple of beers. Its awesome! At the end, Pullman City Center is my first choice on my trips to Dubai.

We found all team members to be friendly and helpful. We had a club room so we enjoyed the benefits. The club room is a little small but a nice atmosphere. We had breakfast down in the main breakfast area which had a good selection to suit all nationalities. I feel there couldve been more attention paid to tea/coffee service because we werent sure whether we had to get it ourselves or be served. The service was a little lacking in that area

Let me start from positives.. Staffs were very pleasing and courteous, WiFi were so effective, and the major attraction was the location is within the City Centre .Because of the location I saved a lot of time in shopping .thanks you so much for what you offered. Regret to reflect few improvements. Spa timing were bit impractical for me. 10 am to 10 pm mostly will be out .I would have gone for a daily spa if it stats from 7am.atleast for booking basis they should have keep an early morning session too. The breakfast spread was not up to expectation, same menu throughout 4 days, not at all to the standard of 5star spread. The room interior is of 4 star category, should improve the quality of carpet ,toilet fixtures, toiletries .

I stayed at Pullman Creek for 6 nights. On night number 2 there was something wrong with the showers. Only hot and very hot water came out. Your duty manager was very prompt to come to the room to check and in the end he had to call the engineer to come in to resolve the hot water issue. It was promptly fixed in 15 minutes and all was well. You may wish to check the windows in room 527. We stayed in this room and every night food smells from frying, cooking and come right into the room. Not only could we smell the kitchen exhaust, I believe the loud compressor sounds of the air conditioners etc could also be heard. Other than the 2 issues (1 was resolved) our stay was good.

I found Pullman Hotel as best hotel for me and since several months I always stay in Pullman Hotel Deira city centre.Reception always welcomes with smile and as soon as I enter I feel at home, check out is always so fast and quick. Breakfast is great variety, staff is always ready to serve. House keeping person will visit in the evening and ask if one needs anything. Alle these things make me very comfortable and I prefer always to stay in this hotel only. I recently stayed over the weekend at this property and it certainly didnt disappoint. Positives;- The location is excellent in the heart of old Dubai and with a direct access to Deira City Centre Spacious bedroom, with ample room to work and relax with nice balcony overlooking the creek. Breakfast buffet is excellent with the variety on over and most importantly its very well laid out to avoid congestion. The bakery items are exquisite especially the croissant. Ali the Restaurant Manager and his Team are very welcoming and hospitable. La Fabrique Sports Bar has a very good selection of beverages with an extended happy hour from 4-8 pm. The Bar Team still manage to serve with a smile in spite of a very busy outlet. One of the major strengths of this hotel is the genuine warmth displayed by all members of staff. All housekeeping boys and girls offer greetings in the corridors. Security Guards offer the same level of courtesy. Abdul Baset a security guard stationed on the 1st floor outside the bar insures to inquire how was every guest evening and bids you good night. Lobby staff is no exception. Possible improvements- The tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom is a let down. I would expect in this category hotel a Nespreso Machine or at least a French Press with grounded coffee sachets. Hotel stock of microfiber pillows are old and lumpy Shower glass screen is not long enough to avoid flooding the bathroom Overall a very good stay at a very good hotel that could easily become one of the top 10 hotels in Dubai after some minor improvements

I cannot say enough staying at Pullman Dubai Creek. Me and my children had an amazing stay. Every staff members are very accommodating and really took care of us. Mr. John has been very helpful for us since day one. He made sure that everything is okay and really concerned about my son when he got sick. My kids really enjoyed the chocolates amenities that were sent to our room. Musa from Concierge is also very helpful especially during our departure. This has been my only choice during the last stays in Dubai and frankly I am still very happy. I might have more luxury alternatives (Sofitel Downtown) or slightly cheaper. But still good (Novotel), but I chose to stay loyal to Pullman Deira city centre). This was my first (and last) experience in the heat of UAE in summer, but the hotel made me happy to have been there however. Never have I been pampered in a hotel the way I was during my stay. Thank you Jocelyn, the Lounge Supervisor. Always smiling and kind and full of attention towards customers. Thank you Michelle, at the Lounge, for your brilliant job, readiness and courtesy. Thanks to Marivie, her experience makes this hotel outstanding. I owe an apology to the Restaurant manager, whose name I dont know unfortunately: he has been there for many years now and he knows I appreciate his job. Dhamit, always nice to see you are there, you did an excellent job at the Lounge, you do an excellent job at the Restaurant. Thank you to Cliff, my breakfast waiter: he deserves a career!!! Good experience,clean hotel good staff.Stayed in room 708 and was happy. kudos to Felicia and Sarah who checked me in early since m flight arrived in the wee hours. Lucy Mwanza followed my stay by calling to find if all was well and thus made us feel wellcome. The security lady Wanjiku at the lobby and the brown young lady wanjiku always with a big smile as she dusted the finger prints on the elevators. I have been to Dubai many times before but pullman was the best. will definately come again this year. Oooh and the proximity and direct connection to the mall.

I was there for a 3 nights get away to rest and catch up on my sleep. 1st night there was a family fight outside my room which went on for more than 2 hours and there was no response from the staff. 2nd night there were children playing in the hallway and they were very loud and again there was no action from the staff.

Hi I have been at this hotel few years ago and had good feeling from the past. we came there again to re fresh it but your colleague in the lounge at 11th Floor destroyed every thing. We came to LOUNGE in the evening and saw all the seats were full except one table with "RESERVED" sign !!! I asked the lady what is this ? , Can we seat here ? She replied that, this table is reserved !!1 I astonished and said that : Here is the LOUNGE and not a RESTAURANT !! , have never seen this any where during the years !!!! She was a middle age lady and impolitely said here is normal !!!! , You had a room there in the LOUNGE and she was able to lead us there our remove the sign and lead that/those gust coming there later. Pullman Hotel Dubai Deira Centre Dubai is our most favoured destination in the UAE. The hotel is well placed and the rooms are well appointed. But the best quality of this hotel is their very professional and courteous staff. Especially the welcome manager Mr Amir Sheikh and his staff specially the concierge Mr Ali. The location of this hotel is spot on as its in deira city centre and located very well when travelling around Dubai, however thats the only positive about this hotel. Upon arrival it was good and checked in easily, however it was downhill from there. Broken toilet seat in room and mould all over silicone. Which does not represent a 5 star hotel. The room was changed and upgraded the next day which was nice of them especially when they tried upselling us the same room the night before. Everyday we would have to wait around 5-10 mins for our vehicle to be collected from the car park. We where then advised to call reception to speed the process up which turned out to be worse because sometimes we would wait and no one had even been sent to collect our vehicle! Not to mention the courtesy of the staff not once did any of them open the doors which Im not fussed about however is this not 5 star service?? Every other hotel I stay at provide this service. The staff all have bad attitude with the exception of 2/3. They cannot be bothered to do there job never mind go that extra mile something we are usually used to in Dubai 5 star hotels. Housekeeping and cleaning our rooms absolutely disgusting to the point they leave food even though its next to bin they dont even attempt to dust anything the shelves where full of dust and the balcony was never cleaned throughout the full stay. Conclusion this is not a 5* by any means more like a 3/4 The staff especially on the door need retraining or replacing as your competitors definitely excel at this. All except Azmat who was very courteous.

we had a pleasant stay and that was during ramadan 2017, the breakfast part was covered and the pool area was prohibited from smoking or drinking/eating. but overall everything was really fine and pleasant, the staff were polite and helpful, the only negative part was check out time that unlike we didnt use mini bar, the reception guy wanted to take 180 dhs for mini bar, as i resisted he ignored. my suggestion for whom want to go in ramadan, the hotel price is low but you would be more welcome in other months. thanks to pullman team.

Extremely dissatisfied by the woman at the reception who checked us in. I paid early check-in and was told to check- out the same day by 3pm whereas I was supposed to check out the next day at 12. Due to this I couldnt sleep properly and had to keep waking up so i dont miss my check out time. After coming down at 3 to check out I asked why I am being asked to leave at 3 today while I paid extra for early check in and should be able to check out tommorow, only then I was told that there has been a mistake and my check out is tommorow. The receptionist who checked us in was a rude lady too. We were planning to book a suite for 2 weeks for the upcoming stay but cancelled it due to misinformation provided. Never recommending the hotel again. I have stayed in many hotels but never experienced this before. I apologize for the rage but I hope you understand and avoid losing any further customers. Regards

Check In: I arrived for late check in, exhausted after my 12hr flight. Room was not readily available. Your FO staff handled it professionally. Offered welcome drinks. Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Was not fond of the foam and square pillows. Preferred the traditional rectangular pillow. Did not bother to ask housekeeping anymore. T&B: Did not like the design of your shower area. The swivel glass was not sufficient protection against excess shower water. Had to squeeze near the faucet and shower head to avoid getting water all over the place. Food: Had breakfast everyday and 2 lunch buffet. Loved the quality of your food! On the second day of my lunch buffet experience, I was surprised to see Chicken Sisig on the buffet. The staff mentioned that your Chef noticed that there were a lot of Filipinos staying in house, hence the special entrée. I commend the attention to detail. Service: IRD was good. Breakfast staff handled it professionally when they would be overrun by in-house guests during breakfast. It gets quite chaotic from 830-10AM. It was fully booked during my stay. Very good flow of table turnover despite the waiting in line. Housekeeping: Good cleaning and turndown service. Im sorry I was not able to take note of the one who assisted with my room but I would like to commend him nonetheless for the following reasons: -Keen on guest preference. He noticed that I would use both bottles of the shower gel at the same time. Loved the scent! He would replenish the next day with an additional bottle on top of the two. I appreciated the extra without having to ask! -He made a dog using a pair hand towels as part of the turndown service. He accentuated it with my reading glasses and the empty kitten purse I left inside my room. It was a delightful thing to see after a long tiring day. I really appreciated it. Check out: I had a special requirement that was handled professionally by Hisham. I emailed the hotel 2 days after check out inquiring for a white shawl I may have left behind. It was promptly handled Fe Marie Bangsoy which was most appreciated. I booked at Pullman due to a 2 day event I participated in. I am very happy with my stay and the service of all your departments, banquets included. Thank you, everyone!

over priced and I honestly dont know who gave this Hotel a five star!? I stayed at this hotel for few days and I have to say nothing look like a five star. Rooms are small, bathroom tiny and whoever designed the bathtub must have been drunk!? taking shower was hassle if you manage not to fall. The drainage clogged most of the time bathtub and sink. No Ice bucket in room and you have to constantly call housekeeping for that. No airport transport. they charged us over 80AED for making few local call!!!!! can you believe this!?! local call from hotel IS NOT FREE!?! the bed was one of most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced, most mornings I had back pain and neck pain! they had breakfast buffet that was ok but nothing special. all in all save your money and get a different hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
