Beautiful place with a lot of bars and restaurants. Area around is mostly under construction now. There is a SPA here also. 20% discount for all facilities for D1 tower residents. A week later after my review I was experiencing SPA in Versace Palazzo - it costs separate review. It is not the best Ive ever tried but really not bad. First you lay on warm stone bench in Versace wrapper. Then youll have massage with warm oil on your skin and warm stones. You can choose the type of massage you prefer beforehand by the way. After you go to hammam where you will be washed by soap bubbles and cared with Versace hair products. In between you can enjoy steam sauna with iced water. It lasts approximately 2 hours. Im sure you can vary service package - staff is very friendly and responsive. If you like any products especially you can buy them at reception.

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every little detail is perfectly thought through (eg., Washroom towels are all Versace branded). The design and architecture are beautiful and artistic. The staff and service are impeccable. Must try this hotel if you get the chance!!

Indeed a very beautiful property. From the Valet in to Valet out the experience is fantastic. However, on the downside the construction that is being taken place around the hotel is an eye sore. Also the finding the location is not that easy. I found the staff to be very kind and food is 5 star.

Found the whole place to have a very snooty attitude.... with the exception of the very friendly doormen and valet guys. Everyone else seemed to have an unnecessary chip on their shoulder. I had scheduled a meeting with the events team and found it frustratingly hard to get in touch with them in the first place and then was given 3 different conflicting pieces of information. No one seems to be on the same page. I made an appointment and show up on time and the people in the lobby had no clue where to send me to meet the events team. I was shown where to sit and when the lady finally came she asked if I had received her email to pretty much cancel the meeting because the area I wanted to have my event at was not going to be available for a whole bunch of ridiculous reasons and I told her that If I had indeed received her email I would have wasted my time coming. (Never did end up getting that supposed email btw). Never was offered even a glass of water.
