Perfect location for a perfect hotel. Everything is organized here. People here are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, many taxis here. A lot of restaurants & coffee shops. Also Dubai Mall is near. Even the airport you can reach during 25-30 minutes by taxi.

Hotel is quite nice for the price. Very lovely accomadations. However, my experience was ruined when I accepted the offer to use the free shuttle service back to the airport for my departure. The driver asked what flight I was, to which he verified my drop off point would be terminal 1 prior to leaving g the airport. The driver dropped me off at the airport. A very large airport at that. Little did I k ow I was dropped off at the wrong location which took time for me to figure and to find transport to my correct terminal. I was infuriated to learn my flightbhad closed for check ins and I missed my flight and I was forced to spend more then 2000aed to get another flight. So, in summary, great hotel, bad communication with the shuttle. Take a cab or make sure you are getting dripped at the correct terminal. This kind of ruined my whole weekend though.

Lovely big hotel, just a 10 minute (free) shuttle ride from the airport. Lovely big rooms with lovely big beds, and brilliant air conditioning. I had a problem with the hot tap on my bath, but a maintenance guy had it fixed for me within an hour of me calling reception.

I stayed at the Executive Suit, very impressive bathroom I have to say. Overall, the hotel is old and you can notice some worn out elements but if you dont care about details its gonna be not an issue. Receptionists are friendly and patient but it can get very slow sometimes. My room wasnt ready on check in time and I had to wait for 1.5 hour to get my room ready. I had a pool view which was nice but unfortunately the balcony is locked and you cannot open it. AC is very good, not an issue at all. There are about 7 places to eat inside the hotel between dedicated restaurants and bars and some of them offer open seatings. Room service was good. Minibar is sealed. I booked 2 beds online but I was surprised by getting an executive suit offering one king size bed and when I asked for the second bed I got a very small and uncomfortable bed! I was requested to check out on time even tho I didnt receive my room on time.

A give 2 starts cause for internet use you HAVE to get to the bussiness center to buy a prepaid car to log in and make use of the internet (25 dirhams for 30min), or even to me a phone call. Wich is very anoying if you need a quick use of it. 2017 and have to do such a thing? No way.

It was a horrible experience. One of the receptionist (lady) was too rude and treating us like beggars who are begging for a free room. We have paid online earlier the same day when we came to check in. However her attitude was atrocious. Honestly, i will never stay in this hotel again because of the receptionist lady. We felt unwelcome and treated badly the moment we came to check in...i dont recommend this hotel at all !

Emirates uses this hotel to put all their leftover passengers from over booking the flights. The service is worst and some of the employees are rude. Especially the ones at front desk. They dont allow visitors to come to your room. If you want to make a local call, you have to go to the business center. You want internet, pay 50 aed for two hours.

"Magical" is the word that comes to my mind when I think about Millenium hotel.We had a reception function at the hotels new ballroom and I must say that the management team exceeded our expectations at every level.Mr.Anupam,Mr.Shairoo and Chef Ayesha didnt not only provide the awesome customer service but also made it an unforgetable experience for my whole family.I have never met such a happy and lively chef in my life, ..Chef Ayesha is definitely an asset for the hotel.We all fell in love with her personality instantly. This hotel is special because of its unique close location to airport 800 meters away and because of its amazing garden and spacious swimming pool. Unfortunately the management is taking advantage to use its customer needs. Though the hotel is a bit old and rooms need some re innovatin but the price is higher than other hotels. ALSO IT IS THE ONLY HOTEL I ever visited in my life who charges its guests Internet charges. Breakfast is also not included. It is really obvious that any airport Hotel must offer free wifi and breakfast for its guests especially that they usually are there for very short visits.

I was put there by Emirates- copthorn. Hotel room was running on Cold 15c , heat was not working. I know Dubai is hot but the day I was there weather was raining, and had high winds. Didnt complain as my stay warm only for 13 hrs and most of it I spent in site seeing.

Used the phone in reception to rearrange flights and international call rate was not advised or made clear. After hanging up I was told I owe them 1,260 Dihram for the hour long call. It is unacceptable to charge such extortionate rates without inform guests prior to making a call. Clearly the call would have actually cost a fraction of that amount but the hotel took the opportunity to scam a huge sum of money out of us when we were in a vulnerable situation but knew we had no choice but to pay.

It was a real disappointment as the receptionist told me that, in one of the most advanced cities of the world, I need to pay 28$/day (100AED)to have access for the internet. The room and bathroom seemed very outdated, with mold on the edges of the tiles. The breakfast had a large variety, but lacked richness in taste. The reception rejected an urgent package delivered to me via DHL (I was there on a business trip and needed a paper to be delivered from my office), although their desk offers this service, therefore resulting in a delay in my trip. I had to extend my stay for another day. I wouldnt chose it for another stay.

Avoid this place. Its no good. Heres why Pros the location and breakfast. Cons paid 500 USD for the room. Cons wi-fi is extreamly and riduculusly expensive. Who the hell pays for only 30 min of wi-fi. I just went and got a chip. For 50 derham. Cons they charge me to make a local call. Cons Beds are hard like rocks. My cousin booked this place for me. I later changed hotels. For 200$ I get free Wi-Fi parking etc.. and the beds are a lot better.

Red alert, the only hotel I have ever visited which doesnt offer free wifi. They are making extra profits by seeing too expensive as well as slow internet. I spent $38 CAD for only 12 hours of my stay. The most surprising thing is that you are banned from calling using Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, viber etc, which is ridiculous, by which they are also selling pay phone. Dont stay here if you have other options. Foods were also not delicious. I dont recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel is beautiful and very professional. The staff are always fast when bringing items to your room. The rooms are very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Its a few minutes from the airport, which makes it great for those one day stops when traveling back and forth between Afghanistan and the US. I will continue to stay here! UPDATE FOR TWO STAYS IN MAY 2015: Ive stayed here MANY times and will continue to stay here. They have everything I need/want. The pool with bar is amazing! The Italian restaurant is quiet and classy, with large portions. The Mexican restaurant has great food and dancing. The British restaurant has a phenomenal pub-style atmosphere with live entertainment and sports on several TVs. There is plenty of outside seating also. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They also respect your privacy. I would stay here again!!

Just wanted to inform about an incident with the hotel staff. We visited the Millennium Hotel Airport Hotel DXB with one of my uncle who is staying in the hotel. He called us up to freshen up. We were stopped by the hotel security and asked to present ID. Also my uncle was asked to present the ID (he was a guest in hotel). We went to the front desk and checked with the staff and to our surprise their behavior was extremely rude. We saw a group of other people who were going upstairs and they were not stopped by the staff. We asked for the duty manager. When he arrived we asked him a simple question that why was there a discrimination and he replied very rudely that we will not accept these kind of remarks. We told him that if there is a procedure then they should check for every guest who is coming to the hotel. On that he was not commenting and did not accept his mistake and kept on replying rudely. His name was "Kanchan" Just want to say please learn some manners and do not discriminate. This will not be accepted thumbs down to the staff. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Worst hotel ever. They have lost my confirmation, put incorrect name and pushed me pay again for prepaid room. No regrets, no excuses from hotel staff at all. They just said it was fully my responsibility to resolve the issue during the night with my agency. They dont know anything about client service. Beware of this hotel.

Biggles - took them ten minutes to serve me. I was offered the special chilli con carne with a beer for 80 dhs. Sorry sir special not available its breaded prawns instead. Came with a bottle of grolsch. chips were cold. Ketchup not offered until i was down to my last 3 prawns. next beer came as a half even though I ordered a pint. Shocking service and a shocking bar manager who minces around serving instead of managing. And as for the entertainment, two girl singers and a guitarist with laptop background and a terrible sound system - also shocking. An experience not to be repeated any time soon....

I would not recommend this place - the room rate I was quoted did not include breakfast, or internet. Amazingly, if you want to use the internet it will cost you an extra 100 Dirham (about $30 American) per day, and breakfast will set you back the same amount again! The rooms are nice enough, but the first one I went to smelled strongly of vomit and I had to ask to be moved, which took a long time. Not a great experience overall.
