We had a wonderful stay here. This is the M Hotel Downtown now, run by the Millennium Group. We arrived at the hotel quite early as our flight landed at just after 4am. I called a couple of days earlier and let them know that we would need early check in. Sharon checked us in and was very quick and efficient in getting us a room so early in the morning. We had breakfast at Lemon Pepper and it was very enjoyable, I appreciated the range of cheeses available. Roman was great, answering our questions and chatting with us whenever we met him. We were upgraded to a lovely suite thanks to Daniel Mathew. The views from the rooms (as well as the elevators) are lovely. The gym overlooks the swimming pool, and has good changing facilities. Arun made a point of introducing himself and making sure everything went well during our stay, and Kristine was awesome when we were checking out. The hotel is close to the massive Dubai Mall, and the hotel was always helpful getting us a cab whenever we needed one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice relaxed stay in downtown Dubai. Everyone there is cheerful, helpful, and polite.

Very nice hotel, everything was clean, room service was quick, bed was very comfortable and the front staff were always helpful. Taxi to Dubai Mall was less than £3 (12AED). Only had an issue with my shower temperature being too hot or freezing.

Great hotel. Very good service. Near a highway so you can hear cars driving by but its acceptable. AC works only on cold. If it gets too cold you cant turn on the warmth.

Nice hotel. Let us check in early at 11am rather then 2 pm. Was never told about the shuttle service to the mall or the kite beach. Mall is walking distance but we drove. Free parking. Its in financial district

DO NOT stay at this hotel .. the service is really bad. i asked them to bring my luggages but they didnt for 4 hours and i kept calling them every half hour until the room service didnt answer anymore. i went down to talk to the reception they apologized but after 4 hours i didnt work.

Everyone was polite and friendly, although it seems the hotel’s transition to this premise was not yet complete. The location was a nightmare to find the first time and gets easier on subsequent tries. The lobby drive-through was quite narrow and traffic tends to clog up every now and then. Also, every valet slip requires the front desk to stamp and sign, which seems an unnecessary hassle to me. There was also a real shortage of seats and sometimes, bellboys, in the lobby. Our room scan cards that operate the lifts sometimes work abit screwy as well. However, despite all these issues, the staff were very helpful and always had a ready smile for us.

The hotel itself was nice. But the entrance to the valet was a disaster and when I decided to self park, they said no parkings on premises. Only valet and it costs 50 aed. So either pay 50 or go find a parking outside the hotel. 3 stars because of that

If I have to describe the hotel in few words, I would say Excellent hotel. First of all, it is well located, very close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall, 5 minutes walking distance or free hourly shuttles. I was also impressed by the hotel staff, warm, helpful, friendly and smiling all time, especially in the reception and restaurants. I want to thank them one by one. Regarding the hotel, it is very clean and has many facilities. I had a beautiful room in the 22rd floor with a great view. I had really a perfect stay and I strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks for all staff. You made my business stay.

Lunica nota positiva che riconosco è laccoglienza e la cortesia del personale. Per il resto lhotel non ha hall quindi non si può ricevere né avere meeting. Le stanze NON fumatori in realtà lo sono o lo sono state...chi non fuma lo avverte. I bagni non hanno il bidet. In dotazione forniscono un solo accappatoio in una matrimoniale. Il business centre ha le postazioni cje non stampano e non c è personale addetto. Mto da migliorare!

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, 10min zu Fuß zum Burj Kalifa. Super Service. Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Am Hotel ist eine Autobahn, im Hotel hört man tagsüber nichts, nachts etwas, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Pool ist sauber. Essensauswahl ist gut. Dubai ist eine große Baustelle, das sollte man wissen. Wenn man Entspannen möchte, muss man weit außerhalb ein Hotel suchen.

Hotel in sehr guten zustand, das personal sehr freundlich. Lage des Hotels sehr zentral gelegen, man kommt binnen wenigen Minuten überall hin. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und gut. Der pool ist etwas klein aber ausreichend.
