john akehurstThe apartments are situated at the end of the Dubai marina with easy access around the area. Unfortunately it is also located next door to a Mosque. OK, if you are of that faith and welcome the frequent calls to prayer around 4 am but not so good when you need a quiet and peaceful nights sleep before business meetings and the like. Whilst the reception and foyer are spacious and inviting, the apartment I was given (upgraded to as well!) gave the impression of the developers attempting to utilise the odd shape and angles of the building to maximum benefit. It consisted of a long narrow kitchen diner. With a good sized bedroom. Unfortunately, the tiny wardrobe space was squeezed into one corner directly opposite a narrow,right angle access to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was fitted with style rather than substance or practicality in mind. The shower was poor and despite my best efforts leaked water all over the floor every time it was used. The towels were from the cheapest market stall. The breakfast area was small and clean but suffered from an obvious determination to offer the cheapest and most basic self service standards and food.

Arman ToleuovLocation is good. 15-20 min to walk to metro and beach. Very close to supermarket. Everything is good apart from bathroom. It has dark walls and it really need refreshment. The bathroom looks really used. Linen also looks really used. The rest is fine. Service is ok.

Milien BothaI booked a two bedroom apartment. The room we stayed in did not look at all like the pictures. The sofa bed was rickety. It was only lucky that my children were sleeping on it. The one bedroom had no Windows. The room only contained two towels for six people. We phoned reception for more and only received them after My husband complained again. At the pool we were told children do not revive towels. The food we ordered for room service was good though. Breakfast was adequate but had limited choices. I feel that the rate I paid for a two bedroom apartment was definitely not worth what we got. The room looked out on the street and had no view. The bath plug didnt work and the room also had two spoons for the entire family. I made this booking three months ago but I feel that I got the worst room in the hotel. I am very unhappy with this hotel.

When my brother arrived next morning & asked to come up to see me he was refused & staff in reception were very rude. He was only visiting & wanted to see me & use washroom before he set off to his own hotel. We were attendng wedding & had another 4 rooms booked in the same hotel.

Jasmine MerksVery inefficient: checkin took 25 minutes (at 1:30 am when there was no line) and checkout took 50 minutes. Night receptionist explained us where the breakfast room was and gave us a letter saying the times of the breakfast and that we could go enjoy the breakfast and the spa. Much to our surprise in the morning we received the bill for the breakfast (which really was not good). I tried to speak to the manager about this breakfast bill upon checkout. It took him 20 Minutes (Im surprised there is no front office manager to deal with minimal complaints like this) to come down to speak to me to just say I dont care and dismiss anything I said. He also blamed me for not calling house keeping to ask for more towels when I told him i was disappointed we received 2 towels for 4 guests.

Negative During my staying the room was moved, checks reimbursement on disappeared so during my staying some staff that I left in the room was moved, checks that I collected for reimbursement on the shelter near my bed disappeared so I didnt get my money back for my business trip. After I started to complain about missing checks hotel staff ask housecleaning to check they said that they havent seen any. Also, I asked for a special invoice when I was checking in but they forgot about it and when I started to complain one more time have got an answer that they know nothing about it. Then I suggest some more opportunities to solve this issue but they rejected all of them (even without checking some options to help me) they promised to send an invoice by email but they didnt do even that. Also the smell in a room was terrible so I had to ventilate the room all the time

Super friendly staff, remembering you from the 2nd time they meet you. I cant praise the hotel and staff enough. Do yourself a favour and book at least 2 nights here, you wont regret it!

SUSHAMA PATAHKWonderful experience to be precise, we stayed for 2 weeks . Staff are fantastic , enthusiastic full of energy would come out of there way to make you feel at home. Check-in was smooth even though we arrived a bit early , the lady manager Ola was very welcoming and understanding . The hotel seemed to be busy despite that the hotel Staff patiently explained us about the hotel services, one thing that was really welcoming was the free internet wi-fi service in the lobby , concierge team was really quick and informative in preparing our city tour. House keeping service was great , their supervisor me us on the arrival day to check on our availability and our preference as to when we would want to have the rooms serviced. Did not find any good reason to complain as our requests were promptly met. The best part of our stay was our sons birthday being celebrated by the Hotel service staff in our room , We were absolutely surprised to see them at our door step with the birthday cake. Our 4 years son was just overwhelmed to see them sing Birthday song for him. Hotel has some wonderful views from the room’s balcony overseeing the Marina , tall tower across the stream , we were not so lucky as they were all occupied but never the less we had partial view and would make a point to book exclusively for these rooms . Spa was a great experience. They had Dimsum promotion in their restaurant and the food was really well prepared , check for the promotions that are going on , food was priced fairly , the ambience was fine , one should sit out on their terrace restaurant section to enjoy the views . Since we were staying for a long duration we negotiated and bargain on the laundry charges even though the room was fully equipped with the home electrical appliances. They have scheduled shuttle service for the nearest malls & the beach was a great help . I am going to stay with them again and would recommend to the others as well.

Primul este fata de la receptie care nu a fost draguta si parea ca o deranjezi iar al doilea este programul piscinei de la 9 la 18 .Puteau sa inchida macar la 22. Ne intorceam dupa o zi de vizitat si voiam sa mergem la piscina mai ales ca se mai racorea putin si ce sa vezi ca era inchisa. In rest totul a fost frumos.Personalul hotelului foarte dragut!!!

Из минусов - далеко от всего интересного, имеет смысл брать машину напрокат. Совсем не моют окна, поэтому красивый вид на марину был этим омрачен. Еще сосем рядом мечеть, поэтому спать очень шумно.

Le seul problème, le wifi est trop long et le ménage doit être un peu plus approfondi.

Dovevo stare attento alle porte in basso perché altrimenti mi cadevano addosso o peggio a mia figlia di 3 anni. Pulizia della camera poco curata . Ho chiesto di avere un balcone per stendere ma mi hanno detto che non era possibile benché lalbergo fosse semivuoto. Piscina carina ma acqua ghiacciata perché sempre in ombra. Palestra piccola ma ben attrezzata. Personale cortese.

Norah Almuhannaالسلام عليكم ورحمة الله . بصراحة لا ادري من اين ابدأ ، ذهبت عائلتي لدبي لكي تستمتع باجازتها الدراسية وبرفقتهم بنتي الصغيرة ذات الخمس سنوات ولكن للاسف اصبحت الزيارة سلبية للغاية على بنتي المسكينة حيث انها كانت تلعب في رداهات القندق لعبة الغميمة مع ابن عمتها واسقطت مزهرية لا تساوي خمسين درهم ولكن للاسف الموظف المختص لم تهن عليها الخمسين درهم وصعد الموقف بشكل غريب حيث انه استخرج مقطع التسجيل من كميرات المراقبة كما لو انها جريمة سرقة مجوهرات وتواصلوا مع عائلتي وارسلوا المقطع لهم كدليل اثبات !!!!! علما ان تكلفت السكن تجاوزت 12 الف درهم . تقيمي للعاملين سيء للغاية من بداية الحجز حتي خروجنا من الفندق . لم تشعر لوهلة انك مرحب فيك من خلال التصرفات وعدم التجاوب السريع من قبل العاملين . بنتي بعد الحادثة بخمسة ايام تقول لي هناك من يقول انتي كسرتي اغراض . مما يؤكد مدى تاثرها من الحادثه عموما انا مدين باعتذار من ادارة الفندق او انني سأتواصل مع هيئة السياحة في امارة دبي

Эдуард ЯкименкоОтличный отель!!! Но когда люди едут отдыхать,то в 90% используют отель только как место ночлега!!! Поэтому важнее скорее местоположение,а не сам отель, а у него как раз оно отличное. На берегу канала,в самом лучшем (на мой взгляд) районе города,рядом с метро и торговым центром. Так что выбирайте отель,только в районе ДУБАЙ МАРИНА , не пожалеете )))
