We absolutely love this hotel and have been many times. All the staff are great, friendly yet professional, the rooms are great with comfy beds! The food is great plus the hotel surroundings & facilities are amazing. They also have an excellent gym which we use daily. We think its the best location in Dubai. The kids love the pool & we love the beach so its perfect!

This is my favourite hotel in Dubai. Having stayed there 4 times I keep returning with my husband and son. The rooms are huge, light and tastefully decorated. Half board option is fantastic. Food is of excellent quality. The staff at this hotel are amazing. They know us by name and offer an amazing personal service. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This place was great! A great bar (Barasti) and great service. Access to the Westin is definitely a plus. The pools and beach are really nice. For SPG gold and platinum members, the presidents club is amazing: the food is delicious and varied, and the choice of alcohol is highly impressive

Having been to Dubai a number of times and always staying at the Hilton Jumeirah I thought Id book somewhere different this time round but oh my god what a big mistake.... when I first made the booking I emailed the hotel directly to say this was a surprise holiday for my daughters 16th birthday and to also see if I could get an upgrade to a sea view room (i work in travel so know this can be done at the hotels discretion and obviously depending on availability) I was emailed back with a response saying they would make sure the roommwas decorated upon arrival for my daughter and that the upgrade would be based on availability on the day so having arrived at the hotel I asked at check-in if I could get an upgrade and I was told yes if I paid for it (so clearly availability was there) anyway go to our room let my daughter go in first thinking shell have a nice surprise with the balloons etc and there was nothing to say i was dissappointed is an understatement also there was no balcony in the room (no where on their website does it mention that city/land view rooms have no balconies), next morning I went to reception mentioned my dissappointment regarding the surprise for my daughter and the fact theres no balcony in the room also asked again the possibility of an upgrade and all I got was yes you can have an upgrade if I paid for it or could speak to the manager... spoke to the manager told him my issues and basically his attitude was like he didnt care at all and he told me point blank that they DO NOT give ANY upgrades at all and was told or more like fobbed off saying the person I dealt with on my emails no longer works there (what a coincidence), later on that daynI was speaking to other people at the hotel only to be told by one that they were upgraded the day before because they wanted a balcony and then having read some other reviews on tripadvisor quite a few people have mentioned on there that they also got upgraded so I was clearly lied too which is so rude especially for what is supposed to be a 5 star eatablishment... i wrote a review on trip advisor and they responded by saing they would like to contact me regarding my bad experience so i gave them my contact details and so far havent heard from them so clearly they cant be that concerned.... seem like a bunch of cowboys running the place they clearly have no idea what customer service is all about my advice is steer clear and go to the Hilton Jumeirah where customer service is brilliant!

Arrived home after an 8 night stay. Loved the hotel. Terrific location with private beach and extensive grounds offering pools and amenities for all ages. We were on half board and were spoilt for choice with any of the large selection of restaurants offering different menus. Food was excellent - good quality, beautifully prepared. Customer service was excellent. Cant wait to return . Loved it.

Great hotel with a fantastic service. Ideally located near many points of interest, and along the sea. Wonderful view and extremely nice staff. I could also mention the fact that the size of the hotel is a positive thing since it is much smaller, human than most of the other hotels in the city.

The reception have really bad communication i was told that i have breakfast included with my room rate but unfortunately when i had my breakfast a guy with bill coming to me asking for a signature with 195 AED!!! i will not go there again !

The noise at 10 pm, 11 pm, midnight, 1 am, 2 am and even 3 am from the beach is terrible! They have this place called Barasti Beach Bar is in the beach where all the sea side rooms face. It has huge speakers that pump out music so loud you can hear it over your air conditioning in your room. I called the manager the first night and asked to be switched to a city view room so I can sleep before work but she indicated there was nothing they could do. It was the same the second night and when I called was told the manager would call me back - she never did. This music plays all Friday and Saturday into the wee hours of the morning and sleeping is impossible. Im a heavy sleeper but this music thumps...even a nap during the afternoon is impossible. There are much better, customer friendly hotels in Dubai. Stay away from this one!!!!

One of the best experiences Ive ever had. Ever. A free shuttle service takes you around the resort with multiple pools and activities. Theres a childrens club that features a form of playground and different activities including a tour around the hotel, letting you see back-stage which itself is a one in a lifetime experience for many people. The hotel even features a private beach, allowing for comfortable space in the sand. Oh, did I tell you that the shuttle service is a golf kart?

Very nice hotel with lots amenities in the room. Unbeleivable Handy in the room( a smart phone with free 4g internet n apps like google maps whatsapp n skype etc.) Good for kids very good kids club. No noise in weekdays. Didnt check weekends yet. Tram connecting to metro is 200 meters away. Russian lady at the front desk only cares and helps Russians, you wait, they go. A bit discriminative and unkind. Sent several emails with simple questions to hotel about week before check-in, only answered one of them 9 days later, when i was in the hotel.

For people who wants to enjoy swimming and water sports, this resort is one of the best in Dubai. Too many things to do, you never feel board. Amazing Gym, swimming pool, bars, restaurants, and night club.

Had a great time with the family, - Great swimming pool for the kids - Kids club is just a great place to keep the kids . If they are above 3 yrs you can keep them there ( good staff there watching over them ) while u enjoy the beach activities . - Great rooms and service. - full access to Weston beach and pool as well which gives u different experience if u staying for more than a day. -Breakfast wasnt great ( in terms of variety ) but was good . - one bad thing is the internet speed . Was very bad. Highly recommend..
