Very helpful staff, got a late check-out 4 hrs after the original check-out, a very good and fresh breakfast, but not a very big menu, the design and decoration of the hotel is awesome. The room was kind of spacious. A very clean room, part of it is that the hotel have welcomed guests since a year ago. Loved the bathroom. BUT THE LUGGAGE TOOK TOO LONG, CALLED OVER 4 TIMES TO GET MY LUGGAGE. Overall, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in.

Very nice efficient friendly staff. The front desk manager Hanan was super nice and checked us in early and also upgraded our room to pool view as we have children. The hotel is nice and good room service. Good advantage of having the dubai park and resorts at a walking distance. Was worth spending Eid there. Will definitely come back!

It took 1 hour standing in line to check in. Checkout was different story,it took 45 min to get them from the room. But I do have to stay the staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the pool areas and golf cart service to and from the room to the entrance of the park.

Very good hotel. Close to Dubai parks and resorts. Lots of swimming pools.They have a good package for room plus two days unlimited access to parks. Great breakfast. Buggy services to parks and within the hotel.

Last week me and my family had a trip to Dubai park and resort with over night stay at Lapita Hotel, I already inform all my relatives and friend circle that they should go and enjoy as we had a nice time, 1. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful 2. Rooms are very neat and tidy and very well organised 3. Breakfast was very good 4. Pick and drop service from hotel to parks was perfect. 5. Over all nice experience, please keep it up. Only a small concern if you can improve little bit on check in process as that was very slow and many families was struggling.

Very nice Polynesian themed resort. Very helpfull and friendly, each and every staffs. Room services were excellent. One of the best place in DUbai to spend a weekend with friends and family. Good quality and mouth watering dishes at KALEA.

Went there for 5 days Nice hotel with a polynesian theme (love the food) Spacious clean rooms Great staff they are very nice helpful and welcoming Amazing views two pools and a lazy river to relax from 7am to 8pm The Gym is 24h and is fully equipped The restaurant is nice kind of the same menu everyday but pretty diversed asian meals Free park tickets and fasttrack access to 2 of the parks I would highly recommend it

-Check in was a nightmare. It was very late for no reason! I came before 8 pm, yet, I couldnt get my reserved room until 9pm. -The receptionists were 2. both with a bad attitude. Mohammad was handling our check in so slowly, and the rude majed was interfering and responding to my outrage with sarcasm and laughs. I had 3 rooms, and found them all with not working fridges. -The phone is not working in one of the rooms. -Bed is not comfortable, very high up from the floor. -I found a dirty tee spoon. -I called to complain to the duty manager, it turned out that the same rude Majed is the manager!!!?? BE CAREFUL,,, DO NOT COME HERE.

The hotel is nice but the service is very poor. Normally hotel checkout is at 12 pm but this hotel check out is communicated as 11 am. When I called them to check out and take my luggage to main hall. It took them 2 hours to send somebody after lot of shouting. Complained to the Front Office Manager but she just apologize with a flat face that nothing happened.

Dont be fooled by the nice design and decorations. Worst service I have seen in a resort. Very rude reception staff, made me feel like theyre paying for my expensive stay. No tickets available with only one comment "system is down" Definitely not staying here again and definitely not recommended.

Outstanding hotel, environment, food swimming pool and also great convenient access to Dubai parks and resorts. Staff always friendly and helpful. Also family themed, and a bonus of "lazy river" in addition with the 2 gigantic pools. Great fun and service. Absolutely pure awesomeness.

Worst check-in experience we had to wait for 4 hours to get 3 out of 4 confirmed rooms, and then wait for 8 hours for the 4th one. Disappointing! Other than that food, environment, location, rooms all were good.

The worst check In experience I have ever had. I had to wait for 4 hrs to get the room even though my booking was confirmed 2 weeks ago .... I saw people getting their room immediately.... I am so dissatisfied with the service..... for the money I paid it not worth it.

Very nice for a family. Staff is amazing. Never been to a Polynesian island, but this is an amazing Polynesian theme. The price of night is a bit high. But they offer multi pass to Dubai Parks: Motion Gate, Lego Land and Bollywood.

Worst hotel to ever visit with empty promises and late check in where as i received to of my rooms at 8:30pm and the other was 6:30 pm i did not have a chance to visit the park the staff are hostel and disrespectful and no care what so ever to the costumer i order a baby bed and they promised to give me one but after 2 hours waiting they sent one of their cleaning staff to tell me we ran out of one i dont support of suggest any human who wants to be treated as a human to visit this hotel
