One of the best hotels I stayed in.location is amazing, in Barsha. Hotel is directly connected to The Mall of Emirates, therefore, you will not need a car to go shopping or get something to eat. Close to mall of emirates metro station. It is quite and super clean. Upon availability, early check in is very smooth. Nice staff!

I have been going there for years but today was a special day. I went there for a business meeting at the cafe located at the lobby. Upon finishing and getting back home that I realised that I lost my valuable pen which had cost me around USD 1500 dollars. But to my surprise after almost 5 hours, he cafe had kept it with them. I was very grateful to them for securing it for me and I will always be 10 times more comfortable of being there next. Thank you Aspin Cafe and Kempensinki.

Great hotel and standards but regular rooms are very small. Not close to jebel ali or dubai center. If youre going to jebel ali you are better staying at the address marina or sofitel. if you want to be close to dubai center you have plenty of options

The hotel is located in the mall of the emirates. Ski dubai is adjacent to the exit of the hotel. Food court is 3 min walk again all indoors. Lulu hypermarket is a 5 min walk, just exit the parking and cross the road. Carefour hypermarket is a 5 min walk indoors as its in the mall itself. The metro station is a 6 min walk all indoors using escalators most of the time. The hotel is well kept and seems very new. Even the basic rooms we were in seemed so luxurious. The staff is polite, prompt and very customer centric. Did not try in room dining or any of the buffets on offer.

Very nice hotel and you can walk directly to the mall of Emarites, I got a deluxe room and they upgraded my booking to grand deluxe for free! Sky Dubai is there in the mall plus what ever shop you think of, there is a metro there that takes you any where in Dubai.

As a travel agent: Kempinski is one of the most sensational hotels you can ever be lucky to see. This hotel has the best mall attached to it. Its huge ! The service is impeccable from the helpful concierge that opens the taxi door and leads you in. Be prepared for comfort and luxury. The rooms over look the city (one side is not anything special) The other side overlooks the indoor ski lodge. I had 2 rooms at the hotel and saw both ends of the coin.My first room was a suite with a lving room and double door bathroom, 2 TVs, and a small kitchen. My next room was a Duplex and I found it strange to have a tub in the bedroom. The downstairs was a living room. kitchen with a table to sit 6 a bathroom and an entire walk in closet with an iron.Best of all we had the room to watch the ski chalet! The infinity pool has a lifeguard that watches with an attentive eye:Brings towels, water, suntan lotion. I never dined in the restaurants since I stayed on concierge level. Everything was delicious including the candy bar. When you want to book this hotel ...be sure to contact me.

A lot of the older reviews mention dated rooms, the property has since been through a refurb across all categories, rooms are now modern and sleek yet remain the large compared to their category, this is the only hotel in Dubai to have ski chalets which overlook the slope within Ski Dubai which is a nice touch, food and service was exemplary. I look forward to revisiting.

The hotel is great, very professional staff and luxurious setup and amenities in the rooms. The brand is well reflected on how this hotel is setup and how professional and friendly the atmosphere is. Only one drawback, which is that the hotel doesnt offer self-parking service. It was a pain waiting for 10 minutes for the car to arrive at non-busy times. The other hotel in the same mall (i.e. Sheraton) gives you free self-parking service as a choice.

Everthing is excellent with this hotel, the way its attached to the mall is amazing. However, the staff, specially some of the arab staff unfortunately. They are so rude and unprofessional. One incedent happened with me. My wife lost a jewelry and the way they handled the case was horrible. Its so sad im not going to this hotel again.

I am Abdullah Binmahfooz. I am 20 years old. I lived in Saudi Arabia. I went to Dubai with my friends for tourism. we stayed for one week , I travel 3 or 4 times in the year . The hotel it was a good .the location it was great.there are a big lobby and it has a friendly stuff and they are very accommodating so the stuff was top-notch. The room it was good and is clean less and is very spacious. There are a big parking and it was a good location it is on AlshaikhZaiyed road near of mall of emirates there are near of station metro. There are a big swimming pool and Italian restaurant it has a good breakfast and launch. The hotel is 5 stars. I recommend for every one would to go to Dubai stayed in kempinski hotel. The hotel is not near from the airport. You should take a taxi maybe 50 dirham. The hotel dose not have a beach. the hotel is near from the mall of emirates its 5 minute. It has a special service they can pick up from the hotel to the beach. The room it has a good furniture and a big bed. The bed is comfortable for example if you go to sleep in this bed you can sleep 10 hour without feeling also the bathroom is cleanness and there are a big pool. The room it has a big TV. The stuff it was courteous and friendly. They were very helpful. There are room service you can call them anytime they will help you. For example if you have a meeting you can go and tell them to clean the room they will come very fast.

Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights last week in the Pullman Dubai. The restaurant was poor and the the service unacceptable. On checking in asked to switch to a king sized room and we were told that we could switch as soon as one was cleaned. I calledthe welcome desk, the reception desk and also spoke with the porter four times. Each time we were told we that we could switch (including being told that they would bring the key). After waiting for two and a half hours, we then went to the reception area to be told there was no room and no record of our request. This was very disappointing. Wasting an afteroon waiting for a room is not how I planned to spend my time in Dubai. The restaurant is also substandard: slow service, cold curry and cold, greasy naan. On the whole, a poor experience, and not up to international standards. Hardly deserving four stars: dated, carpeted rooms.
