Large, multi restaurant property on The Palm. Luxurious facilities and very family friendly. Beach faces in to the Palm lagoon and is ideal for those wanting a safe environment for children. Close to Dubai Marina and worth taking a boat trip to view the variety of boats and luxury yachts. Wide choice of restaurants but, as usual in UAE, the wine list is expensive.

Amazing Hotel Perfect Family Hotel I have visited all the Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai and I have to say that Zabeel is the best, the moment you pull up in your vehicle the valet staff were fantastic a great team and once you enter the hotel the grand reception area is amazing with the water feature the Chandeliers the decor everything is perfect, we have been to Zabeel before for meals but have never stayed there until now. The rooms are of great size and all the amenities are there we stayed on the third floor with views of the city which I preferred in the evening watching the city light up whilst the sun was going down was superb. The bathtub is enourmous everything about the room was superb. The Ottoman Spa is amazing very relaxing and was perfect for all the family mens and womens spa was totally separate my wife and daughter had a massage treatment and they said it was fantastic so well recommended We had a vehicle for the full duration whilst I was in Dubai so for me driving on and off the palm was inexpensive but if you have to take a taxi every time you go out which is essential the costs can mount up the hotel offers free buses to the malls, but I have always had a 4x4 and its great to get around and explore Dubai and get lost and lost and lost but eventually you will get used to the roads, I love driving in Dubai. All the restaurants at the hotel are superb we dined in all the restaurants and for a quick snack or afternoon tea Sultans Lounge based in the reception area is perfect,

Amazing hotel, it is the best advice in hot weather to go there because the location in the palm make the weather less hot than other places in UAE. Sea and pool is near the building no need to walk alot under the son same other resorts. Kids club also full and activities that kids will not feel boring in between swimming timings. The music hall in the hotel deserve spending the night there. For Muslims who doesnt like alcoholic drinks can attended only Ramadan Suhoor. Luxury hotel with magnificent unique spa.

Rooms are great, bathroom is amazing with great bathtub -Im not sure if I can call it a bathtub-, balcony with an amzing view you have a choice of Palm view or JBR skyline. Great choice of restaurants you have 7 if I remember correctly (Indian, steakhouse, italian, turkish...etc) staff are very friendly and helpful all in all a great experience.

Hotel is of medium quality, given the array of choice in Dubai. Rooms are great, with plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds are comfortable, pillows are way too soft. We asked for firmer pillows, but were given an extra pillow!?! Bathroom is large, with reasonable toiletries. Shower is perhaps on the narrow side. The bath is extremely large (and very uncomfortable being made from marble), it takes around 30 minutes to fill, so is impractical. The pool is nice, as is the beach. People put towels on sun beds early, so its a bit like a Spanish resort, which is a shame. Sun beds in both locations are on top of each other, so there is no privacy. Staff are very pleasant in general, although in certain areas there is just not enough of them. Pool area staff are under pressure - we asked a waiter for water a couple of times, then gave up and got it ourselves. Same for sunbeds - we asked another to find us two extra beds and bring them over to us - we waited all day and they never arrived. They also ran out of towels one day. Restaurants on site are amazing. A real plus for this place. We tried them all and did not have a bad meal. Highlights are the Lebanese and the Turkish. The biggest issue with this place is the location. Almost at the end of the Palm, it is at least 20 minutes in a taxi to anywhere. Taxi prices vary from 35 dirham to 65 dirham for the same journey so you never know what is correct. Taxi drivers seem to be taking advantage of the Palm guests - something does not add up. Would I stay here again? No, probably not. There is so much better, the competition is fierce so I will be looking elsewhere.

So we were not staying at the hotel , We just went to have a family day on the beach , First we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to assist us and take us to the beach , Second we had to pay twice the price we usually pay at other hotels and then they charge for kids also while other hotels dont ! well you would say ok then you must get a better service , but NO . I take the kids to the kids club and they ask for payment again , I was like we already paid so they asked for a receipt , I had to go all the way back to reception and look for the person who took the payment and did not give us a receipt ! How annoying and bad communication between staff that I had to run here and there while kids are waiting ! And then at the end we ordered food which was just fine and as usual the kids did not eat at the time so I asked for a box and they were like we do not allow food take away, like I was taking food from a buffet or something , so we ended up leaving all the food that cost 200$ !! I just want to add that the whole thing cost us 700$ ! Very expensive with bad service , Not going back again

Very pleasent stay, well recommended. Food excellent, staff helpful... Remember, if you have American electronics you MUST bring your own adapters for European outlets...the hotel did not have adapters but offered to charge our cellphones. I lost my wallet and hoped that the hotel would be able to track it down--calling the taxi service where it was probably lost...no luck...I believe they tried...but not extraordinary efforts made... The concierge offers many things to do, HOWEVER, booking on line can be up to 50% better (that said, online groups can cancel--which happened to us)... so, we booked a dinner cruise through the concierge and our expectations for the price we paid (double) were not met...promises of an air conditioned area were exclusive to GCC guests...or who knows, it wasnt clear except that we melted from the humidity and heat on the upper deck and the food on the cruise was maybe 3-Stars...the idea that we would be able to see the Eid Fireworks also did not happen... Check-in was fine at the hotel desk, however when the front desk person personally brought us to our room he showed us very little...when we left we still did not know what light switches worked for what lights... Room Service was EXTRAORDINARILY GOOD... BEACH & POOL SERVICE EXTRAORDINARILY GOOD... I cut my foot in the open water beach...as the beach has beautiful sands, but the man-made inlet area has very sharp and unaccommodating debri perhaps it was sharp cement--not sure... We took a little boat tour from the beach activities center that we really enjoyed... The hotel view was very beautiful, but there is a tremendous amount of construction going on but you dont hear it...

(FYI Im writing this review 3 years after Ive bin to the hotel) (PS dont stay at Atlantis the palm its 1,000 a night!) We stayed here for 2 weeks-This is one of the best if not the best hotel Ive ever stayed in my life! 6 star hotel +! We arrived at our hotel (this hotel was filmed in ff7) and we were greeted by a very polite women who gave us delicious orange juice and a refreshing towel obviously youd expect that from a 5 star hotel! Then she showed us all about the hotel the cinema the indoor pool the massive outdoor pool and our room! Our room was huge but not as big as the one in Waikiki Maui, Hawaii we had 2 beds and bathroom and a balcony we had a really nice view of the rest of the palm jumeirah and Atlantis the palm hotel it was beautiful because you could see the sunsetting and the buildings lit up! The sunrise was beautiful too! The first night we went to the restaurant and Jesus Christ the food was so bloody delicious! Everything was hot and delicious! Our staff was so polite too! The next morning we went to the pool and its the largest pool Ive ever swam in my life! It was 4 times as wide as my house! Literaly (changing the subject) its funny how the worlds most luxurious hotel is infront of the worlds largest aquarium which is in the worlds largest shopping mall which is right beside the worlds highest night club which is in the worlds tallest building in of which Dubai holds the world record for the most world records 36! Anyway I thurelly enjoyed my stay I highly recommend you stay here! Its not cheap but it wouldnt be considering its a 5 star hotel!

Overall we had a pleasant 10 night stay at the ZS. In general it is what you would expect from a fairly high end 5* middle eastern hotel. What we liked: - Rooms to a generally very good standard - large and well equipped - The half board offer is good value and is worth about 200AED/40GBP per person per day. The onsite restaurants are all of good quality and variety (plus you can use other brand hotels) - we never felt like we were captive to the vouchers - Good pool What we felt could have been better elsewhere for similar money: - Was more family orientated than I expected - meaning lots of small children running around the pool and screaming in the restaurants. I would have preferred it more peaceful - Availability of sun beds by the beach and pool were occasionally hard to find - Some staff were very pleasant to deal with, some were only average and one (Aziz by the beach) was downright rude and unpleasant Overall - if the hotel was exceptionally well priced I would consider going back and would recommend to friends. However there is a lot of similar hotels out there in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and I have stayed in better.

Found the whole experience in the Hotel to be fantastic , we were celebrating both our 50th Birthdays and we were glad we chose this hotel. Luxury at its highest , pleasant staff beyond belief , restaurants so good we found it pointless eating out , the Voda bar was excellent ...happy hour was a bonus . Unfortunately the internal hotel jewellery shop parted me with a months wage on a beautiful ring for my wife . Will return for longer than 7 days next time.

Contrary to most of the reviews here I was pleasantly surprised by Amala. We opted for the Thali which meant that we got starters followed by a large plate of smaller curry bowls, naan bread and rice. The starters were good and included chicken tikka and mutton seekh kebab. The chicken tikka was slightly too oily for my palate and I could taste the mustard oil. The seekh on the other hand could have been slightly more spicy but as they were appealing to a neutral and not an Indian plate it was well flavoured, a balance of coriander cumin and garlic. The main curries were decent. I loved the presentation of the naan while the paneer and dal was again too greasy for me. The saviours however were the butter chicken and the prawn curry both of which were the highlights of the meal. Perfectly spiced and cooked chicken in a light but creamy tomato sauce along with the prawns in a chilli coconut curry left me very satisfied with the meal. I will definitely be back as long as they make slight tweaks to complement their perfect ambience and not to mention great service!

Ну просто шикарный отель!!! Жил как шейх!!! Обычный номер отделан сусальным золотом,ванная из мрамора. Это шейховский отель, а значит можете ездить по всей сети его отелей и ужинать в любом бесплатно!!! Но алкоголь очень дорогой в отеле,я покупал себе по прилету в duty free пиво и виски!!! Пляж шикарный,лежаки устелают двумя полотенцами,дают пакетик со льдом,чтобы пивко не нагревалось)))

Palmusta voi olla jonkun aikaa nököttää paikkoihin mutta eipä se kauheasti haitannut. Kaupunki on jotain upeaa, varsinkin ihailen sitä kuinka taskuvarkaita ei ole mailla halmeilla.

Luxury. Superb. Lovely staff. Great facilities, especially the spa and the variety of restaurants and food. Amazing views from the pool. Location is a little bit far out if you are intending on exploring Dubai, being at the end of the Palm Crescent, although there is a shuttle bus both to Wild Wadi and Mall of the Emirates. The room was lovely, large and very clean with all the usual amenities... and the bathroom, a marble extravaganza. Lujoso. Magnífico. Personal muy amable. Fantásticas instalaciones, especialmente el spa y la variedad de restaurantes y comida. Impresionantes vistas desde la piscina. La situación es un poco alejada si tu intención es explorar Dubái, puesto que está al final del Palm Crescent, aunque hay un servicio de autobús hasta Wild Wadi y Mall of Emirates. La habitación era preciosa, grande y muy limpia, con las comodidades habituales... y el baño, una extravagancia en mármol.

Although God deal with hotels I havent اسء this, and your glory God not toilet clean it before delivery room. client.Please contact me. اقمت في فندق سرايا زعبيل ..وانصح موقع بوكنج عدم التعامل معهم ..سوء في النظافه ..سوء في الخدمه ..كما انهم سوء في الصيانه ..لم استطيع النوم لسبب عكل مكيف الغرفه وعند استدعايهم ..لاجدوي ولا نفع ..كما انني ابلغتهم بان سبب الحجز ذكري ميلاد .تكرمو بارسال فاكهه فاسده ..والله برغم عدم تعاملي مع الفنادق لم اجد اسء من هذا الفندق ..والتواليت عزكم الله ..لم يتم تنظيفه قبل تسليم الغرفه كان مليء بشعر واوساخ من بعد الزبون الذي خرج .. ..للزبون ..ارجوكم التواصل معي .والاسوء ردود فعل المدراء ..عبير الهاجري عندما ساء الفندق وظع عروض لنا ..!
