Jasmin HussainBooking with Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel you receive complimentary tickets for the Wild Wadi Waterpark and you will be able to use the huge family pool at Jumeirah Beach hotel. A shuttle will bring you back and forth to the named locations plus to the Dubai Mall free of charge. Be aware that frequency of shuttles are limited, they only run about four times a day. A metro station is located within 10min. of walk. Booking a room including breakfast is well worth it. The breakfast menu ranges from continental, great bakery items, live fried egg station, Arabic mezza, and a variety of international items. The rooms are super clean and well equipped with bottled water, tea, and a coffee variety. Make sure you try from the delicious Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby that is offered free of charge to the hotel guests.

Gapbella MusicWhen we visited Dubai, the staff in this hotel made us feel really welcome and special. We loved the rooms. The food and the service was exceptional. The views from the rooms are stunning. If you are a shopaholic, you have the luxury of the shopping boulevard next to the hotels with ease of access to top brand stores and restaurants.

Robert StewartThe Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel is a beautiful property located 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and less than 10 minutes from downtown Dubai. A luxury hotel with a first-rate staff, well appointed rooms and every amenity you could possibly need. WiFi is strong and fast throughout the hotel, room service is 24 hours and the staff are efficient. Fitness room and restaurants are both well appointed. An excellent hotel in every way.

amirali sharifiThe staff are Amazing. As soon as you meet them you will know the only thing they talk about in their meeting is how to provide the best customer service possible. Their breakfast buffet is full of fresh and healthy food and is worth every penny ( or Dirham) Their travel desk helped my wife and I book a couple of activities. He was patient and understanding and took his time to find the right activities in our budget. And last but not least is their Valet staff. After a couple of days they learned our names and every time we were leaving they would make suggestions as far as where we should go and how to get there. The last day we lost our Valet ticket but their supervisor knew us so well he knew what kind of car we were driving and what the key looked like. Keep up the good job folks. Cant wait to come back and stay there again.
