Stayed here last week for 2 nights. Excellent hotel for families. Located in very location in Al rigga road(Deira). All staff members are very polite, professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of varieties. Rigga metro station is 400 meters away only.

Disappointed with the attitude of the front office . Family including 2 kids aged 6 and 9 booked through Emirates holidays and were assured 24 hour check in basis. At 2 am on arrival reception said check in was at 1400 . After much argument they allocated a different category room as if they were doing us a favour. Both receptionist were far from polite and treated us as if we were a nuisance. At most times one has to queue up and wait almost 20 to 30 minutes for table allocation for breakfast . The restaurant cannot handle the demand and is in a mess when full. Restaurant staff are friendly but overworked and cannot cope. Surprised about such service in a property that carries the Hyattt brand name.

Good location: short drive from airport and within walking distance to the meteo station. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was OK but very busy and noisy on a weekend. Fitness room with good equipment. Pool just nice for cooling down, not really for swimming

I had stayed at dis property in nov 2016 and i must stay d hotel is just awsome. From the service to the staff to d breakfast to the location .. everything just tops it all. Check in was super smooth, thanks to the reception person "Franz". Upon request we were also given a room away from the mosque side. We were also informed about the breakfast timings and d wait during peak breakfast hrs and hence we always preferred to have our breakfasts before 9 am. We were also allowed to order food from outside, special thanks for that. Even post our checkout , the staff was extremely helpful helping us with our tickets and luggage.. Location is super convenient as the Al rigga metro station is just a mere 3-4 min walk from the hotel. The rooms are real spacious, neat and clean. They do provide extra beds wid mattresses in case of extra person. So please keep up with d good work and will definitely recommend dis hotel to anyone and everyone.. Kudos and cheers!!!! Only two concerns : 1) chef at the restaurant is not so approachable for customization. I do understand that during peak hrs its difficult for the chefs to cater to everybodys needs, bt for me approaching the lady chef was a big no no!!!.. 2) Include a lil more Indian variety items at d bf :( But overall still i wud give 5 stars!!! :)

Clean, modern hotel, close to the airport. Walking distance to the metro. There is a mosque directly in front of the hotel, however. If youre looking for a good nights sleep, dont stay here during Ramadan, as nighttime prayers can go until almost midnight.

Nice hotel in the old part of Dubai. Lovely oudoor pool, full breakfast buffet included with room rate. Restaurant on site, but no alcohol served here due to proximity to a mosque. Great staff, concierge and commentary bottled water in room. Only complaints atrium they need to wash the windows and gave bathrobes in the rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. We booked an apartment. Very spacious rooms. Location is very good. All staff are very friendly and always happy to help. We initially booked only 4 nights in this hotel and last 3 nights in a different hyatt place hotel property but after an amazing experience here we decided to stay here for the remaining 3 nights. So we requested to one of the managers Anant. He managed to allocate a room for us bearing in mind it was Easter period and hotel was very busy. I will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone going Dubai. Thanks to everyone in Hyatt place especially Anant.

I travelled with my husband and disabled son and stayed in your hotel for ten days. I actually wanted to stay in a hotel near the airport just for convenience, but my stay superseded my expectations. Your hotel is beautiful, a nugget in the heart of the old Dubai. Inna, the receptionist made our check-in an easy transition. Rhea and Nabin are the two most wonderful workers in room servicing. Not only did they make us feel like guests but a part of the Hyatt family. Their daily smiles and anticipating our needs before we can ask was exceptional. My son loves apple juice and pancakes, your wonderful staff had apple juice and made his pancakes exactly how he likes it every morning for breakfast. My son signs on daily to the Hyatts Place website since returning home and says "I Love Hyatt Place". If Im ever back in Dubai Im most definitely returning to this very hotel. Thank You and your exceptional staff for making our vacation the most wonderful experience. Oh, I want to thank Tony your chef for making my husband stay even more special. Every night was worse than the other, fist night they have given us a room which was for accessibility person, next day , a room with electricity problem, and tv issues. 3 days they struggled to fix the issue, they havent done anything about it! The location is awesome, but the staff is so rude and very unprofessional. You wont be able to invite any of your guest, I felt racism because of my color asking for IDs every time i bring a visitor, even that visitor is a relative. I paid 200 AED because i decide to bring a visitor. If you dont expect any company or your prefer being alone, then this place for you.. If your like me who decides that have company, this place is not for you because no matter how much i tried, they will not allow you to have more than two visitors coming over.. I didnt know they will be this prejudice, I would never book in this place ever again..

This isnt a 4 stars hotel!! Wifi sucks, when the cleaner do your room they take the towels but forget to put new ones!! The pool is just a mess! Sun bed matelas are dirty I had to speak to the desk manager to wash them!! They dont even have a matches for smokers!! I cant imagine the ktchen....I can continue like that for a while... Just dont come in this hotel if you want a 4 stars hotel service!!

Отличный отель. Снимали с друзьями апартаменты. Остались очень довольны. Хорошие завтраки, тренировочный зал, чистые просторные номера. Из минусов, рядом мечеть и рано утром слышно муэтдзина. 4 утра и тут такой крик, что первое время думал, что началась война :) На рецепции обязательно работают русскоязычные девочки. Очень помогают, отдельное спасибо!
