I have been at this hotel for close to a week with my husband critically ill in Dubai hospital. I checked in after 3 nights at a different hotel - it was not very pleasant. The staff care here at Hues is incredible. After an initial mishap, to which they immediately responded, it has been an entirely comfortable and carefree experience. Imelda is the perfect hostess who goes above and beyond any expectations with empathy and understanding - totally proactive. The front desk staff, in particular Maybell and Amir, remember my name and are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is an issue or problem. Cheryl, on security, is an absolute delight and inquires daily about my welfare - and always with a smile. The cleaners are always friendly, smiling and thorough. The restaurant staff reflect the same attitude. Each employee with whom I have had contact is a credit to this place! Well done to everybody!

had to change Room 2 Times due to Smoke and Water draining from the upper floor in my Bed, Internet slow and breaks often, no really hot water in Shower, 1 of the 2 escalators not functioning .... but all the service People are really trying to fix things quickly. Bed is comfortable and Huge Bathtub and Parking Service is a Plus.

Good one .. rooms are very clean and high tec , wifi in rooms is very very slow so do not depend on it. wifi in the lobby works great n fast ,, location is very cool next to many shops and local restaurant .

Nice, semi-automated, large rooms with customer-identifying IPTV. Free breakfast. Fair customer service. Its location near Jesco Supermarket makes for shopping convenience. However, its a little farther off from the busier and bustling part of Deira; that is if youre looking to see the real Souk-Dubai

The security guard n the staff do not respect the customer .. has they are racial .. discriminating and the worst hotel I have seen in Dubai in 15 years of experience .. I would suggest anyone not to visit this hotel.. no customer service. If they have something called has customer service they would contact us .. but I m sure they wont ..cause they would jus take their personal racial opinions on the customer .. thank you

Very bad attitude of the bouncer outside ,he was letting people to enter without paying tickets to the shisha bar and i was coming with couples and i let them to go up before me because of the vally service parking service was slow and then he acted like he didnt see any getting down of the car and asking for ticket payment very disappointed to see such a rude behavior from your staff as they dont have a simple soft skills to present to the customer however it wasnt the matter of the payment it was the rude way of your security bouncer to approach his the hotel guest thumbs down for that.

Stayed here for 7 nights in December 2013. The hotel is very well presented and modern with very nice, large, modern rooms immaculately clean with good facilities. Each floor was finished in a different colour (mine being on the blue floor) giving a classy feel. Sadly, under the pretty exterior, there were various problems. The pool in particular was a major let down. As well as the noise from the low flying aircraft (which wasnt a problem in the actual room) Photoshopping has clearly been used on the website to turn a cheap, small gym pool into a first class roof top bathing heaven. The green effect given by the tiles is cleaver, but pointless when a large back wall prevents the sunshine getting to the sunlounger area for most of the day. A MAJOR redesign is needed here. Additionally, the staff, although they were a friendly (allowing me to check in early) there was a distinct lack of organisation. A number of times i left the top bar asking for my purchases to be charged to my room only for a staff member to turn up at my door 10 mins later to ask for my signature. Took three phone calls to room service to order something as simple a a fruit platter. Location is not great, 15min taxi ride (60-70durens) to the nearest beaches. Was not informed of the shuttle service they provided to central Dubai until i suggested it would be useful when i checked out (lot of money wasted on subway tickets...cheers!). Food was OK but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was fine, but the evening meal was always a buffet with much the same generic selection. Also some strange rules on dress in both the top floor bar and the Mistakes bar. Dont understand why guests have to dress in specific way to visit a bar in their OWN hotel... Im sure these problems can be sorted over time, but afraid i cant fully recommend HUES in its present style over substance.

Плюс в близости от аэропорта, но одновременно и минус, потому что очень сильный шум от самолётов . Отель новый , но уже поистрепался ( в пледе была дырка, которую прожгли окурком ). Утром когда уезжали в лифте были капли крови . В описании номера был диван , которого мы не нашли . Пришлось оплачивать дополнительную кровать ( 150 дирхаб ). Переночевать после длительного перелёта можно . Ещё один плюс - это хорошая парковка.

فندق جميل وصغير ويقع بمنطقة البراحة يستحق تجربته , نظيف , نادي رائع , سبا كذلك رائع , مطعم تجربة الإفطار فيه ممتعة .. يعيب عليه حجم المواقف خاصة في الليل لن تجد مكاان لسيارتك , كذلك الحي الذي يقع فيه ممتليء بالداليات الأفريقية والأسيوية , بشكل عام انصح فيه للأفراد ولا أنصح به للعائلات المحافظة خاصة الخليجية لوجود ملهى وبار وتوافد بنات الليل بكثرة عليه
