Nice hotel. Quick and responsive staff. Buffet breakfast is good. A little less variety though. Wifi is complimentary in lobby only, chargeable in the rooms.

Excellent hotel if you are planning to stay in Dubai close to Airport, famous Meena Bazar Market and other amenities. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful specially the front desk people. They arrange us a drop to airport at the last minute when we missed our traveler agents cab, else we could have missed our flight. Highly recommended to all for a reasonable price and a comfortable stay, either you are going with friends or with family..

4 Star Hotel and worth the price. Breakfast included in the price and was quite good. But the taste of the Indian Preparations was not that good. Service is ok not excellent. Its an budget hotel affordable for indian tourist at dubai.

The place is great to stay over for a vacation...the staff shows hospitality nd welcomes you with gratitude...rooms are comfortable and cozy...only drawback is that you have to pay to use wifi in your room(not expected from a 4 star hotel)...which isnt that much trouble considering that it offers free wifi and a business center in the hotel lobby where you can access internet without any fee

Comfortable stay if you are in a business stay. Definitely needs improvement on cleanliness & the overall service is a bit of miss. Cost wise if its kind of value for money while the location is good as you are well connected.

Good place. Worth every bit of a 4 star rating. Location is good, staff is helpful, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice view, cost effective. No good amenities tho, dont expect a good swimming pool, or a very good sauna, its a basic hotel which focuses on the need not greed.

The stay in Sea View from 6th May to 11th May was simply awesome. The hotel staff was very courteous and the services were exemplary. The best part of the hotel is the location. Given the opportunity, we will like to stay back in the same hotel.

PROS: Chinese restaurant on the 7th floor was amazing! That was literally the best thing about this hotel. The rooftop had a nice view. Staff was overall friendly. CONS: Location is no where near any sea to view. Dont get me wrong the room was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Everything at first was just fine being my first trip to the area. Location isnt very near anything of interest if you are a tourist and want to see the night life and/or explore. I would def recommend a room near the strip where all the hotels that have clubs (if you are into night life). Keys constantly stop working and one of the front desk guys told me to make sure that I wasnt placing my cell phone near it and I wasnt. Almost everyday I had to get my keys reset. Between wifi fees and daily tourism fees you are just better off spending a little more for your experience. The staff was nice for the most part and I honestly was ok w the hotel until I had a situation with one of the valley parking managers. A friend was picking me up to show me around the city and the first time he came and parked in the front for a short time they had nothing to say. Well the second time, we attempted to give the keys to a man in a yellow jacket and he said its ok just go upstairs. By the time we made it back downstairs there was a ticket on his windshield. No one told us we couldnt park in the front. No one even attempted to contact me to let me know after seeing the first time we parked there. After going back and forth for a few days and them just saying "we will handle when you check out" it just added an annoying factor to my trip overall. They did however deduct the ticket from my total fees but still left my friend with the inconvenience of going to pay it. The thing about the ticket is, RTA was going around giving tickets out. The manager of valley parking had to call them for them to write it. Seemed like he was an a-hole anyway. OH and they left a laundry bag in my room with all of the details on it besides the fact that they are going to charge me to do it. Not sure why I thought the 15 dh a day charge would cover that but no...
