Antonio IacopinoArmada Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever been to, and we travel a lot. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Its a fancy place and you get everything you need. Close to Marina, super super clean room with balcony and an amazing view of the skyscrapers, staff super courteous, a nice pool, room service with 24 hours food, lounge room where you can smoke and chill, free parking in the garage, and so much more that it would be long to list everything here. Not to mention they have Nola, an amazing bar/club downstairs that we loved so much! This hotel is just super, and great value for money. Would definitely come back!

Ihab SalaminWent for iftar at this hotel. I have never experienced such an awful iftar in my life. The variety and amount of meals was poor. The food smelled not well, looked not presentable. The food tasted very bad, so even couldnt swallow it. The only one thing which was okay from the whole restaurant suggested, was pasta, however the size of portion was maybe counted for a kid 2 years old. Cant say about the hotel in general, but the food is very bad. Moreover it was overpriced. Do not waste your time and money for this place.

Abdulla Al MehairiThe hotel is good in general and the rooms are clean and the staff are very friebdly. The negative points are that the elevators are always busy and you have to wait specially at night. The other point that they have shortage of staff which also cause a delay.

Abdulrhaman JiffryHotel is... Okay. Seems to not have enough staff, room and decor seems like it was designed 50 years ago. Windows were grimy so the view was hampered. Overall it was passable but given how competitive Dubais hotel are that is not good enough.

Omar KaradshehBed was rock hard,staff seemed a bit inexperienced as check in took forever as they got my reservation all wrong and did not know how to operate the credit card machine and almost charged me twice, but the rest of the stay went smooth. A carrefour is right next to the hotel and two bars and a Greek restaurant is just downstairs which was very convenient.

At the end they didnt allowed me to come to the room because the uae driving licence it is not emirates Id. Excuse me I am not first time going to hotel and I even chek in using my driving licence because it is an official document.do all my bank transaction because it is a document. Manager or what ever staff of the hotel just decided do not alowed me to come to the room but passed this info thru the reception guy. This is a service??? Are you 10 aed hotel which treat ur guest in this way??? We wanTed to leave and change the hotel but it was 2am and my friend just pay full amount for 1 week stay. U told it is rules??? U just mention pets not allowed. So basically I am a pet. So humiliated. Did u see that people passing without ur notice and going to the friend room ? U dont even know about it. The same as they going strength from the restaurant downstarts to the room. I came to 5 star hotel they didnt even ask me Id as they have a guest information. If you telling me that uae driving licence is not a Id that u need to educate urself. My Id can be on renew, get lost , stolen anything, so at this point I will be paralysed ? Hope u will never have this feeling which I have at the moment.

Alter EGOWe booked our room via Expedia just to arrive and be told that we had to pay an additional US$84 after a 27 hour flight we were just too tired to complain. When we got to the room we learnt that the AC couldnt go below 24C even when maintainance tried!

The reason.... because they left my car with the window open in full view over night and told be I shouldnt be upset and still pay them because nothing got stolen. Ilona AgapitoIt was our 3rd check in there last night and we arrived kinda late at night. I left my charger at home. I asked the reception if they could lend me a charger and after checking with the housekeeping, they called me to tell me couldnt provide one as there is none. And morning as i was about to have my shower, i noticed that there is no dental kit on the shower room. I called the reception to request for one. After 10 minutes of waiting i called the reception again to follow up. And the housekeeping personnel arrived after 20 minutes just to tell me that they dont have any available dental kit. That i would need to wait until 9AM just to have one. While I requested around 7:30AM... like seriously?!?! they couldnt provide simple things for their guests and they dont even know how to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. Poorest service that i experienced on a hotel. I dont think well be checking in there again.

Massimo BaggioPersonale cortese e preparato, lunico problema trovato, la mia camera non era molto pulita. Non metto 4 stelle per questo motivo. Buon buffet per colazione e ristorante accetabile. Non comodo per prendere la metro o andare in centro.
