Juola AsuquoLocation was just right next door to my work workshop. Warm and helpful staff. I found the (free) breakfast bland so preferred to eat out. There is a Mexican restaurant with yummy food but it opens at 5pm. Internet was patchy but I saw there was the option of buying a high speed upgrade. Room didnt smell and it was clean overall.

Larissa LuzOld stinky carpets, refrigerator wasnt actually working (anything was cold at all), shower dont keep the water temperature and the Internet at the rooms really sucks. Only the rooms right beside the routers were able to use, but had to keep the door opened. Theres no continental breakfast, only some fruits, bread and Indian cooking - spicy potatoes and chicken for the breakfast isnt cool. To use the phone, you have to go downstairs and make a "recharge" like a prepaid phone - we just needed to make a local call. We requested a taxi to the front desk and they called one with "closed price" and that, when we asked, manipulated the taximeter (run away from the white cabs, theyre a mafia). The only good point is the location - close to metro station, helped us a lot, but I wouldnt go back.

Kelvin EagletonMy wife and I stayed here overnight while on business trip. Ive stayed here twice before and my previous rating was excellent with positive review. This stay was good until the morning. No hot water. We run the hot water taps in shower and basin for 20 minutes and still had cold water so because of my schedule, I had to have a cold shower, and it was very cold. I called reception and they sent someone up to check it out. The maintenance man arrived, and did exactly what I had done, ran the hot taps, for at least another 20 - 25 minutes. I ended up telling him to leave so my wife could have a cold shower. The maintenance man told me that some pipes had been replaced overnight so that was the reason. Not good enough Holiday Inn, if you knew maintenance was going to be done, you should have put us in a room that wasnt going to be effected. Everything was good before that, room was clean and tidy, staff were very nice, check in fast, and wifi excellent, but the shower was a big let down. We were pressed for time after that so had to have a fast breakfast, coffee and croissant. Check out was slow considering I had prepaid and no one else was there. The girl had a printer issue for receipt. We stayed on night of 28 November 2016.

Nwa CoIts my favorite short business trip hotel because of its central location for me. Sometimes rooms are smelly and sometimes the AC is bad but overall Im satisfied to a certain extent. Needs a new interior Decore renovation and to upgrade the 24 hours service. Parking is useless going to the second basement.

Imran KhanStayed here in 2013 for 4 nights. Its a 3 star hotel with basic facilities. The room was bit small although not tiny. The cleaning was an issue like the carpet was old and hallways bit smelly. Also they gave me a smoking room so it was not good feeling. I did not try it but they provided the breakfast. The WiFi worked and it was near one of the metro station "Business Bay". Once can stay in this place while on budget.

Nick von BroembsenHas everything you need. It is a 5 min walk from the metro and has a shuttle to Dubai mall during the day. The rooms are what you would expect in the price range. Theyre clean. I did have a problem with hot water and water pressure on the 4th floor.

Melissa MensahI just arrived back form Dubai yesterday after a traumatic experience at Holiday Inn Express. I travel a lot. I am not one to complain. But my experience at this hotel has forced me to write this. 1. As soon as we arrived we we not greeted. We waited by the front desk. The receptionist Lucy glaced at us then looked back down. We had to ask for her attention before she acknowledged our presence. 2. The shower was ICE COLD. We informed the front desk and the brought an engineer to "fix it". Later on that evening it was cold again. For the next three days we had to call the front desk asking for an engineer to come to the room, before we could have hot water. On the third day I lost patience and complained to the manager. Please see the next complaint for his reaction. 3. The manager seemed uninterested as we spoke to him (face to face) about the water being cold. At one point he brought out his mobile phone in the middle of us speaking to him. He just DID NOT CARE. I genuinely felt like crap. In a moment of weakness I burst into tears in front of the staff. I have never been treated with such disregard and was not sure if it was because we are young (late 20-30s) or if it was because we were Black British. It was only at this point, he asked us to sit down while he sorted another room for us. 4. The second room they moved us into had a broken shower handle. As in the handle used to turn the shower on was lying on the bathroom floor. I couldnt believe it. I felt like they were trying to humiliate us. I went down to complain yet again. They said the room had been inspected before they moved us and that it couldnt possibly be broken. I told them that they shouldnt insult my intelligence and should see for themselves. The manager and a handy man came to inspect the shower and saw the broken shower handle on the floor. The handy man fixed it and they left. No apology. Please do not come to this hotel. I am being genuine about this. Every time we were going back to the hotel after a day trip I was filled with dread. I was made to feel un humane. The staff would snigger and laugh at us when we walked by. We would have to ask for their attention before they would talk to us. I have never in my life felt so humiliated. if it wasnt for funds, we would have just transferred to another hotel. It is not worth the money. It is not worth it at all. Please believe me. Enjoy your stay somewhere else

Jaber NakashQuick stay-cation place, reasonably priced and great facilities. stayed there for 2 night, would say the fastest check in ive ever seen, ample parking space in basement with access for wheel chair throughout the hotel. Large bathrooms (but remeber to ask for the toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush as its not provided in the room [free of charge] , hair dryer and shaver sockets.) Rooms have ample international sockets for all your devices. Very hospitable staff and friendly. perfect for business travel and very close to all prime locations in dubai, metro, mall, Emirates and dnata travel center. Internet is complimentary good for emails and work documents but slightly slow i would say for download and streaming. The hotel has its own convenient store and a shuttle bus to near by areas.

andrea carloniè vero che fra tasse varie arrivi a pagare anche più di cento euro a notte (febbraio 2015). ma trovare a dubai alloggi decenti non distanti miglia e miglia dalle attrazioni è molto difficile. ad ogni modo si può risparmiare per raggiungere aeroporto e varie zone di interesse in quanto lhotel è vicino alla metro business bay (basta camminare dritti per una decina di minuti) e a una solo fermata di metro di distanza da dubai mall. inoltre lalbergo è bello, con colazione abbondante (salata e dolce), staff gentile, camera pulita e spaziosa e ben accessoriata, anche con frigo. dalla finestra si vede anche il burj khalifa e vicino cè il parco safa park. lalbergo mette inoltre a disposizioni navette gratuite per la spiaggia e il dubai mall.
