Had a short but pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express located close to the Airport. Even though the website said check-in from 2PM we took the chance and took a taxi to the hotel. They were kind enough to find us a room and check us in immediately. First room was a smoking room but it was exchanged for a non-smoking without issues when requested. The included breakfast buffet should cover most peoples taste and is decent quality. Room is decent size and has all the things you need. No less, no more. This is a great place to stay if you have a long layover.

Hotel staffs have nice hospitalities and hotel facilities are perfect, considering price. You have to note about a way to taking the hotel. Some review says "you could take the hotel on foot", thats hard especially in a night. The best way to get there in a night is, to get shuttle bus from the airport. However, you might find trouble to get the shuttle bus...... Dont hesitate asking people in parking area. They tried to help you get the shuttle bus.

This review is based on my 5 days stay in this hotel. Great value for the money. Clean .. Nice and friendly staff .. Timely shuttle bus to airport and metro station .. Nicely equipped fitness center. TO improve: breakfast offerings are of fair quality .. Shower area is very tight.

Really disappointed with this hotel. I was fast asleep and at 1:30am I had house keeping come in to my room and give me the fright of my life. When I phoned the front desk I was told that they came into the incorrect room. Really unprofessional. Breakfast very average. Location is great if using the airport. Shuttle service is good.

They reimburse your taxi if you come from terminal 2! Very good room and the breakfast is packed to go if you leave earlier. The shuttle for departure is very convenient! Overall-highly recommended!

I have been to this hotel about 4x and so far I have yet to have a disappointing experience. When hungry, I even stop down at the bar which has an amazing Jumbo Chicken Wrap. The drinks are good as well, my only wish is that they had a few more options in their alcohol selection. Overall great hotel and my room is always clean.

I arrived to Dubai on 06/27/2017 at 04:00 am and walked to IHG which operates Holiday Inn Express, I asked for a Room and the Representative told me that there is no way I can get a Room before 03:00 pm which is the Check In time in their Hotel in Dubai, I was shocked as what kind of Law is that? and than the Representative told me if I pay $300.00 extra plus the $65.00 than I will be able to get a room, I was truly shocked at that, when asked why?? the guy just said this is the policy and law but if I take care of him he will get me a room for $350.00. I walked to them again after 3 hours and saw a Lady there who called her Manager and this time the Manager told me the same thing except for him not asking for Tip this time. People! just stay away from these THUGS in Dubai,.

I stayed here for 14 nights and it was a very great experience. They also provide a complimentary breakfast buffet which consists of various variety of food items. Great service and hospitality but it does not have a swimming pool but it does have a fitness gym.

Hotel is fine... actually getting to it a nightmare. It is promoted as being 2 minutes from T3... it might be, by Drone. Stupidly you cant walk there and once you figure out where the shuttle departs from (hotel shuttles are poorly marked in Dubai generally) it will be a 10-15 minute trip to the hotel.

Excellent. We stayed for 2.5days in Jan last week. The service was excellent and so was the buffet breakfast. The front desk went above and beyond when i requested to send in for a cake and balloons to surprise my sons birthday. Though it it not their protocol to do such things, they really went out of their way to accommodate parents request My sons day started with a very positive note and we are very THANKFUL to the manager and the whole front desk. The only sore note is there is this supervisor named Yaseen who arranges for local sight seeing travel arrangements who does not have a desk at the hotel. Be watchful for him and his driver Sunny. They play good cop and bad cop and try to cheat tourists. They are not clear about their protocol while dealing with the tourists. My advise is not to go with him for local sight seeing. Even if you plan to go, do not book in advance for the following day.

I spent 1 night at this hotel and it was a terrible experience. There was no cold water in my bathroom, the water was so hot that I could not take a shower. I complained to the hotel but they didnt able to fix the problem, they even kept lying that "cold water" come directly from the outside and it was hot outside.

Clean and convenient transit hotel just minutes from the terminal. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was plenty big for a short transit or lay-over stay and bed very comfortable. Friendly staff, clean room and overall good experience. Perfect location near the DXB airport with free shuttle to Terminal 1 & 3 every half hour and Terminal 2 every hour. The breakfast isnt the best but it gets the job done.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amenities include free Wifi, access to gym and swimming pool, complimentary coffee/tea making facilities, you are given free bottles of water any time you desire, free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 min. plus shuttle to certain shopping malls on selected times. Really, could not ask for more and would definitely recommend.

I forgot my wallet at the room and I remembered the next day and as soon I recognise I called the hotel and an Arab answer my call and he told me that they will check and contact me , and in 2 minutes he calls back and says they kept my wallet with the lost and found And I came after few hours and they were waiting for me . The worst, longest and slowest check-in procedure I have ever seen in my business/lesisure travels! However, the soundproof of the room is good, wide parking area in the basement and buffet restaurant for dinner. Continental but not so varying breakfast with fresh products. Five minutes walking from the Emirates metro station, and in front of terminal 3 of the airport.

Good breakfast, decent bar but very limited beer choice, and very quiet considering it is close to the airport (but not close enough to walk as no bridge over the highway). Its Ramadhan so were lucky breakfast is served inclusive of the room charge. The hotel is right next to the airport for those who come in very late and need a quick rest. I dont believe this should be even a 1 star hotel. Receptionist lady was rude and unhelpful upon my arrival late night. Key card given didnt work and I had to go all the way down to reception again to reactivate it. No room service at all! Even if you are feeling ill they will not bring food or delivery menus to you. Room phone did not work. Room lock didnt lock. Toilet hygiene seemed questionable. Room AC temperature was set to 24 Celsius but was always at 21 Celsius. Television remote had buttons that worked and others that didnt. IF you are trying to get some sleep before a flight or meeting FORGET ABOUT IT. One room was under maintenance with hammering and other loud sounds. Next room was full of drunk bachelors talking loudly and laughing till 3 am, whom completely ignored knocks on their door and tried many times to enter through the adjoining door. Shuttle bus service to/from the airport is excellent upon arrival. However if you are looking to take it upon check-out time make sure that you are patiently waiting outside for it because no one will inform you, even if you are sitting just at the reception doors, that the bus has come. Bus came and left with many guests waiting inside for it and the following bus was late. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Room was fine. Unfortunately we waited for an hour outside DXB Terminal 2 for a shuttle bus we had been told twice one the phone with the hotel would materlise but never did. Eventually we got an uber. At the hotel they said they wouldnt rufund this cost as we didnt take a normal taxi and didnt have a receipt a ludicrous statement as anyone who has used uber knows.

This is a very professional hotel. They respect your privacy! Ive stayed there many times and I love them. The lobby and bar and restaurant are always VERY clean. Great location as close to the Emirates Metro station that gives you access to most of the shopping areas in Dubai. Use the metro & get a day ticket as great value. Good room - comfortable beds - good shuttle service to & from airport, beach & shopping malls if you don;t want to use the metro. Buffet breakfast - late check out - bar (lots of smokers). Friendly staff.

I have stayed here 5 times coming and going into Afghanistan. Good rates. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Nice rooms and showers. If Im going to stay more than one night I will go to Crowne Plaza. Not much more and 12 GOOD restaurants and bars. Have yet to see a hooker at Holiday Inn as other posters. But then I usually get there after 21:00 and hit the bed. Then gone before 09:00.

Да, дороговато,но в районе аэропорта других более дешевых альтернатив нет. Номер приличный,чисто,заселяют быстро,удобные кровати,чай-кофе-вода в номере. С 6 утра хороший завтрак

두바이 스톱오버로 인하여 그나마 가격저렴한 곳으로 정한 호텔. 공항에서 무료 셔틀 버스 있다고 들었으나 버스 시간표가 없어서리 무작정 기다림. 걸어 갈수 있는 위치는 안됨. 로비는 생각보다 작았으나 룸 상태는 나름 만족,무료 조식이라 큰 기대는 안 하는게 좋음. 그냥 딱 스탑오버 하기에 좋은 호텔

Jai regretté, pas de personnel parlant français, malgré quil était dit le contraire, sauf RAMI qui se débrouille, mais de service de nuit, sauf laccès au PC pour confirmer lenregistrement en ligne, coût (inacceptable) de 20 UAD.
